   Not cheap flights. There flights are not cheap at all there more expensive than booking.com if you ever need to book a flight go to booking.com

   Rude & Disrespectful customer services. The person who called me told me they are unable to full fill the request at my asking price. She sounded like she hates her job and made up a senerio about “restrictive economy” don’t BS me with your made ip excuses when you over promise something you can’t fulfill. What a terrible app! Worst of the wordt!

   No refund. I bought a flight and had to pay extra for carry on luggage. When I called the airline to confirm my flight, they informed me that there was no purchase for a carry on. I had to pay again to add the luggage. When I called customer service for the app they put it back on the airline and were carelessly rude about the whole thing. Live and learn. Won’t be using them again.

   DO NOT USE THIS APP!. I swear this app is a scam! I put for 2 adults for flight, “booked” one for almost $1k and got a call stating they only have one seat available for the date I chose so I would need to pay extra for another flight!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS AGAIN!!! SCAMMMMMMMM!!!

    Horrible. Do not waste your time or your money on this website by the time they add on all the fees it cost more than a regular airlines. It says free cancellation for 24 hours but if picked a seat or paid for baggage they not refund that amount. Very bad business ethics.

    Totally scam. Total scam! I booked a flight, and a few minutes later, I got a call saying I had to pay an additional amount to confirm the booking. When I asked to cancel, they refused to provide a refund. On top of that, the customer support was extremely rude, not even willing to listen, and had the audacity to ask, "Are you traveling for the first time?" This website is a complete fraud avoid it at all costs! Avoid ! Avoid !

    Complaint. I booked a fight from Newark to Cairo Egypt, Four hours after I had already paid. Someone called me and told me that the price had been raised by a 100 dollars and that I’ll have to pay that or I’ll have to cancel my ticket.

I was tried more then 10 times for my booking ticket even I put my credit card detail after that even it didn’t book I booked through this but service provider kiwi I tried but I couldn’t complete because ever time during booking not completing even each and every thing I book correctly

    these are scammers!!!. beware scammers!!! I bought a ticket through their app for $132, it came out to $262 for two people including tax. As a result, I did not receive a confirmation number, I wrote to support, they also could not provide me with a confirmation number and asked me to confirm the cost of the ticket for $600 and after that they would be able to provide a confirmation number! to which I naturally did not agree! these are scammers, do not contact them and do not enter your card details!

    Fraud. These people change your flights without asking you and apply your funds however they want just to make the sale. I paid $140 in baggage fees and only received 2 bags. Scammers .

    Scam site? Zero stars an option?. I feel like this is a scam site. Over this last year that I’ve had the app, I’ve attempted to purchase tickets at the cheap price displayed. And every time I have clicked to make payment, the very next window shows an increased price. This is not because the prices go up immediately… because I had my wife then use her computer to go to the site/app and she would still see the lower price, therefore it’s not increased. It only increases once they know you’re interested in the flight and click to pay. As an example, a flight that was approximately $200 each. Once we put in our payment info and tried to pay, the total was just under $700… the flights that I’ve attempted to book all jumped in total price by 300% to 400%. Again, this site / app feels like a scam and I’m concerned with how they get your payment info and only then they give this highly inflated total. I have this app in my phone under the label of Scam. I won’t trust them and I’ve told others to stay away from it. Use at your own risk.

    Отвратительный сайт. Купила на этом сайте билеты, это было суббота, никакое уведомление не пришли и сняли с меня деньги спустя 2 дня. И никаких уведомлений и билетов ничего не прислали. И я начила разобраться. Звонила узнала они сказали те билеты не остались какая то ошибка и сняли деньги. В течение 3/5 рабочих дней обещали вернуть деньги. Прошло 7 рабочих дней нет ничего. И я начила опять звонить, мой аккаунт не могут найти и первый раз когда звонила тоже самое было, что не нашли мой аккаунт. И часами в ожидание сидела ждала и так ели смогли разобраться, сказали что деньги сняли возможно на днях поступить обратно. Ничего не поступило. Пришлось ехать в банк и сделать claim и куча времени отняли и деньги нету, не понятно где? Мой аккаунт не могут найти. И никаких билетов нету. Отвретильный сайт удаляю и не рекомендую. Исправьте ошибки. Как можно деньги снять если у их ни сайт не видит мой аккаунт?!
