   Fix This App, PLEASE!. Reading these 2-year old reviews makes it clear that OWN doesn’t want to own up to this terrible app! Love the network but why isn’t ANYONE trying to fix this??? App STILL crashes - if you can even connect your TV provider because the sign on screen frequently doesn’t work. If it does, forget staying signed in for two weeks because you’ll be signing on every 2 hours! How sad that a media mogul can’t fix their media!

   Wrong you are URL for optimum.net. I downloaded the app on the TV. It gave me the activation code, except for the fact that the app only goes to altice.com people who have optimum for a long time I log into optimum.net and it does not work for altice please add another link so that people can login and put the code in and watch it on TV. I don’t like watching shows on my phone.

   Can’t watch.. Terrible idea to not allow internet streaming in 2025. Who still pays for cable?

   Ads. Love the network in it self but it’s to ads I understand that’s how money is generated on the network but when the ads become longer then the actual content/ show its gets to become overwhelming and makes yo not want to watch the shows we really love I know a lot of people that watch the shows on YouTube to avoid all the ads it’s less there I’m assuming.

   Huge Miss. You have to link your cable provider to watch much of the content. In 2025? Many people have cut cable to stream exclusively and would pay a subscription fee to access programs. However, that’s not an option. Specifically I wanted to be able to watch the current season of Family or Fiancé. I guess I can’t. The company is missing a lot of money and a lot of viewers are finding other things to watch that are easily accessible. I hope this is something in the works because I love my Tracy.

   Can’t watch last season but will let me watch current season. I am logged into the app and linked to a tv provider. When I try to watch season 8 of Love and Marriage Huntsville, I get an error stating “this video is from a network that's not included in your TV package. Please contact your TV provider to update your package.” The strange part is that I can watch the season 9 episodes with no problem at all. Why is that? This app is trash…

    Too many stupid commercials. THE ADDS ARE SERIOUSLY OVERBEARING AND EXCESSIVE!!! THATS WHY I DELETED YHIS APP YOU PEOPLE ARE TOO MONEY HUNGRY. You only get to watch 2 minutes of the show and every commercial is more than 3 minutes long it’s very annoying and greedy. This is why I stopped dealing with this app. It’s excessive and it’s not even worth it. Just pure greed!!!! Better off watching YouTube. Sorry a** thirsty people.

    Too many ads and chromecast won’t work. Commercials are excessive. Chromecast will attempt to connect, but quit. Several glitches with the app.

    Horrible experience!. I don’t write app reviews but I must in this case because I’m over it!!! First, the app barely functions. You have to closing and opening the app to work. Second, the app keeps logging out the provider info so I have to keep going through the same process to watch shows! Lastly, there are always issues with the loading. It takes forever to play then when you do error messages come up! Like please get it together

    Ads are ridiculously long. I rather pay then watch almost 3 minutes of ads every time I try to do simple things like fast forward or go back. It’s to the point where I have to be ready to watch with no interruptions or I lose interest watching all of the ads!

    Way too many Ads!. This would be a great app but it has the most ads I have ever seen. It’s the same ads over and over again for at least 2 mins or more. It seems the longer you watch, the longer the ads become. I honestly expected more from this app. I would rather pay to not watch ads, however that’s not an option. You will have so many ads per episode! So be prepared to occupy your time while all the continuing ads play. Other than that the app has many great shows on it. The ads will make you just not want to watch anymore.

    Unable to watch shows with Dish. I have linked this with my Dish Network account and receive a message this is not part of my package. This is not the case- I do subscribe to this channel via Dish. In looking at previous comments, this is a known issue.

    Does not have the show I was looking for. I saw various advertisements of the show “All Rise” being in the OWN network now in which I was enticed to subscribe to watch this specific show. As I subscribed and searched through the selection of shows available I found that episodes for“All Rise” were not available and only clips were available to be seen. This is disappointing because it appears I was a victim of false advertising and I really wanted to watch this show. Hopefully this issue gets solved and I can watch this show but if not then I will be taking my business and resources to another subscription service.

    Frustrating. First show I watched, it kicked back to an earlier and earlier time several times when it went to commercials. Couldn’t seem to make it skip ahead, so I quit watching before the episode was over. I don’t expect I’ll give it another try.

    Trash. All the shows on there are trash. Then had the audacity to charge for them. The 1 show I wanted to see on there is no longer even on there. Wanted to see Dance Crash smh. Uninstalled this garbage. Thought I would keep it until I saw nothing else hood on there. Disappointment
