Waste of money. As a paid member, site worked before but not will not log me in. There’s been various issues since I paid $134.99 for an annual subscription but the site not allowing me access today tops its. I’ve had enough of this site and do not recommend it to anyone. Total scam website

UPDATE IS TERRIBLE!!!. The new update is terrible - it is so complicated that it’s almost unusable. No more simple schedules by time and court and players. No more simple access to replays or highlights. And it first appears vertical on iPad Pro and then needs to be turned horizontal and then there’s no sound until you tap the sound icon (that doesn’t indicate mute). It’s filled with all kinds of unnecessary bells and whistles - what’s next? an online gambling option??!!??

Voted Worst App 2026. The results are in. This app has failed in all tests we conducted in the usability tests. With test plans tailored to this product, nobody could find players. Nobody could how the players got ranked this high - when they were told where the players could be found. Nobody could find how to find live matches. When they could find live matches it took them 3-4 clicks to play the match. Only to find it has a rain delay which could have been displayed. The testers could not find the play controls since there were so small and how to exit some screens. So they had to exit the app and close it in the OS then open it again. The comments I got after the tests made me want to share this with the world and hope the Tennis TV team actually tries to use the product. “Have they even used their own app” was a common feedback note. I knew this would score low by using it myself but did not expect it to get a 3/100. The next worst app we got in 2025 and 2026 was 19/100.

Great app before the new changes this year.. The old version was great. The new updates make it so hard to navigate and now it’s not even loading live matches.

New app bad. Old app good. Go back to old. The number of issues are hard to enumerate. Aside from the general bugginess, no one is looking for TikTok or instagram in their tennis tv app. Just stop (and immediately fire the product manager). Also, it takes me three times clicking separate “watch live” buttons to get the match on. The whole purpose of the app and the subscription is to watch live. It’s remarkable how bad this became.

New Update is Terrible. The previous UI and app wasn’t an amazing experience, but it was functional and did the job. This new update has made everything so convoluted and messy. Live matches are not immediately accessible anymore, there are too many additional features, such as stories, that seem pointless. The search function does not work beyond looking up a specific player. All of this together makes my new device overheat as well.

New update is awful. I love TennisTV and I loved the app. It was nearly perfect. Now it suddenly looks like a social media app? Stuck in portrait mode and incredibly hard to find anything. There was no need to make this app like Instagram or TikTok. If it’s not fixed, I’m cancelling my membership.

Apple should ban this version on the AppStore. You broke the landscape mode and not just for your own app but for iOS, violating the orientation lock setting. Is this not a big no-no in Apple AppStore guidelines? Do you ever try your own apps?

iPad orientation terrible. I’m not sure what happened with the update but the app only launches in portrait mode and it functions like iPhone app on the iPad. I would never use this app to watch Tennis TV on an iPad now (and I before used it all the time on the iPad)

Horrible Uodate. App worked well until latest update; now if freezes on opening most of the time and the experience is so cluttered that it is hard to find what you want. Most users want three things: live matches, match replays, or recent highlights. Making it take too long to find those three things wastes time and is frustrating. Two recommendations: don’t make the symbol for explore the same as for search. And when you search for a player, highlight top 50 players by listing them first. If you search for Carlos, it’s silly that Alcaraz isn’t one of the first ten results.

What a disaster!!!. The new version is great fiasco!!! I use it on my IPad and the screen size is off, the new user interface is cumbersome, doesn’t update timely…how do I go back to the previous version???

Update removes functionality. You can no longer hear commentary on mobile but you can on a tv. Probably a temporary glitch. Also, I was trying to watch Sinner vs Tien but the only match available was a doubles match. After 45 minutes the doubles match ended then I had the option to watch Sinner. This never happened before the update. An ongoing issues is this app’s inability to keep you signed in more than a couple days at a time.

Latest update is really bad. You took probably the best sports app and severely degraded the user experience. It is hard to find the live stream with the commentary. iPad orientation is broken. I have to use the web version because of the latest update. Please bring back the good old app. I believe few people desired social media style features.

Laggy with update. When I downloaded this app it was great, then it updated with all these new (unnecessary) features ie stories, and it’s so laggy. I can literally scroll when opening the app for 30 seconds without the screen moving a single millimeter. UPDATE: when you press the settings to change the playback speed it glitches. When you try to click what speed you want it just pauses and starts the video. I have a strong feeling this company is mainly staffed by AI. Their YouTube highlight audio is often out of sync and apparently that is a sign of AI editing.
