   Dubs. I click a show that’s dubbed in 4 languages, the original language is mandarin, and I notice the voices are not speaking mandarin. So when I try to change it I realize I’m on the mandarin option when I can hear they’re literally speaking thai.. there’s no way around this ‘glitch’ and it’s quite annoying.

   Cannot login without phone app. The TV app forces you to download the phone app in order to log in. There’s no option to use just your credentials to log into the TV app.

   Terribly designed app - ads galore. This app is awful. Even when you pay premium, you’re still shown ads at every turn (when you pause, when you start new episode, etc). What’s the point of paying if you’re still shown ads nonstop? Switching between devices makes you lose your watch progress. The app alerts you when you lose WiFi but it flashes nonstop, disrupting your viewing. It’s truly a horribly designed user. You’re better off paying a premium for Viki or any other drama watching app. Skip this one if you can find shows on other platforms.

   Constant Ads with VIP. I paid for VIP and was expecting the ads to disappear. Not so! They are constant. They’re there when you pause a video, when you’re browsing for a show. Just everywhere! What’s the point of VIP when you still get ads? What am I paying for??

   Terrible. Terrible! There are 4 ads in a row and it says skip but it won’t let me. I have to restart the app about 10 times PER episode. I believe this is to get you to pay instead of use their free version. I’ve left a review before but apparently they only post the positive ones.

   Don't waste your money. This app has so many flaws, through loading and layout it's bad. It's so bad that it feels like a scam. Then there's the programming, even when you pay for full access they want you to pay extra for the "short" stories. And don't even try to get a refund they try to punish you for wanting to cancel. I'm more disappointed in myself in not doing my due diligence on this one.

    Why Vietnamese audio dubbing only in the USA Too much of the BL stuff. It’s overkill.. Lately, this channel is saturated with BL stuff, I don’t mind a few, please don’t bombard us with nothing but the weird stuff because it’s overkill. 👎🏻I am a longtime subscriber in the USA, I cancelled today because lately you only have Vietnamese audio. It’s ridiculous. I won’t return unless you switch it back to Chinese audio.

    Ads everywhere. This app has way too many ads. Even after subscribing to premium there are still a ton of ads. Ads when you pause, pop-up ads while you’re watching, banner ads just browsing the shows. Just a terrible experience having to constantly tap off these ads. Which is a shame because the shows are enjoyable. Though even those have issue with subtitles as when there is a song playing in the background, the lyrics are plastered in the middle of the screen just blocking everything. And these songs usually play in important scenes and the lyrics subtitles just ruin it.

    Ads in between eps. VIP subscriber here and iQIYI are now sneaking ads in between episodes. I paid for uninterrupted viewing so what’s up with the add between episodes? It’s time to start torrenting.

    Is it still on?…. I’ll be frank, over these past months I was able to watch series after series, no issues, whatsoever. Now… When I choose a series of the next episode: I get (”playback error”)… Unexplanatory. I would like this app to function properly because I have paid for the subscription monthly plan! Therefore, I expect no errors in return. It's very annoying…

    Pop up ads even with premium subscription. This app is quite ridiculous!! It constantly shows pop up ads even with premium subscriptions. If you are watching a video and had to pause, ads will pop up every single time you return to your video and there will also be ads every time you launch the app. The app also only gives you about 1 second to respond to whether you want to skip introductory content at the beginning of each episode—making it a mission impossible.

    Way to much AI. I used to adore this app so much, I loved the shows and I loved the variety. I started seeing a bit of AI start to trickle in and at first I thought it was just a show but now I’m seeing it more and more. I’ve come to realize that they announced that they are going to push AI generated content to be most of their content within the next five years, I cannot support this. It kills our planet and there’s no soul behind a show created by AI. I feel like I must pull the plug now before all I see is stuff from a bot. If they stop using AI to generate shows and content, then I’d come back. But so long as these corporations decide to push this as it kills the land at my home, my money will go elsewhere. Also, for those who become premium VIP members as I was, their song subtitles will cover their faces throughout very important scenes just FYI. You’ll still occasionally get a three second start to an ad, and even though you’ve been a VIP member for three years, it will still tell you you should be a VIP member!

    Drama episode doesn’t change. I really hate that i can’t continue watching drama from where it stop. If the ep is on 15 why did it show me at ep 11 ?? Also what is up with the watch history? Shouldn’t it at-least show how many eps i have watched? This app needs to really improve, there shouldn’t a difference for the phone/ ipad and tv.

    Not the best. I got the VIP subscription for a discount to just watch a show. I plan on cancelling my membership after finishing the show because the functionality of the app is a nightmare. When searching for a drama I do not have the options to pick an episode it will just start from the first one. When continuing a drama the app never remembers what episode I’m on and where I am in the episode. Also I keep getting random ads while watching that take me out of full screen mode, which is annoying since I am paying for VIP.

    3.5 star. I use the app on TV, and the subtitle is so small. Please make it so that it can be changed in size. Many platforms like Netflix and Viki have that options. I think it can help increase your subscribers.

    Glitchy. I want to love the app because the content is excellent but the app is glitchy. 1. Sometimes the app cuts off the last 5-10 minutes so you’re left not knowing what happens in your series! 2. I’m attempting to watch Dual Stars and it refuses to actually show the series and kicks back to the home page. So frustrating! 3. Subtitles need improvement.

    ADs never stop even with premium VIP. I like being able to see shows in advance. What I don’t like is there are still ads even when paying for highest VIP tier. Lately there are even more ads than before. Ads when opening the APP. ADs when selecting a show. There are even ads between episodes of shows.

    Doesnt work on desktops. App works fine on an iPhone or iPad - but completely useless on a desktop. You can download it, but it won’t work. You can only access IQIY on your desktop through a browser, but then the shorts aren’t available.

    Love the dramas. I love the dramas and shows they have, my only gripe is that sometimes when watching a show the audio cuts out and you can’t hear anything. Sometimes I restart the app or exit out of the show to fix it but it doesn’t always work
