   Bad experience with this app. Last week alllll of my recordings suddenly disappeared without me deleting them. And there’s no way to retrieve them back and thr support email also does not even go through the system. No support system here

   It’s the worst!. This app doesn’t do what it says it does. Move to the next one. Thank me later.

   Playback Recording stopped after 5 minutes. The app stopped transcribing and playing audio during playback at 5 minutes. You pay $1.99 for one time upgrade. After paying the fee, it still does not playback the audio or transcribe past the 5 minute mark. I tried to email them, but the email failed too. Total scam.

    Deleted file. I recorded an oncologist meeting for my wife and mistakenly hit delete instead of save. There is no way that I have seen that allows recovery of the deleted file.

    They steal my info. I’ve noticed when I decided to go back and listen to my freestyle ideas to become hopefully a star with my content. Come to find out kind of them play that they say N/A please be careful as they will steal your ideas. I have several that won’t play and it’s all my good ideas. I’ve already heard things in the radio in music with things I came up with in my own private sessions

    Not able to share. Don’t know what’s going wrong but every time I try to share my recording, the app freezes completely. I give 1 star because I’m unable to complete my job which is number 1 to me.

    Does not SAVE recording!. Instructions are as follows.After switching to the Listen tab, there are no recordings. Open the app and switch to the “Listen” tab. Select all of the recordings you wish to backup.

    Recordings ruined :(. I’ve used this app for years with no problem, and have hundreds of song recordings saved on the app. The app undownloaded itself due to storage space on my phone, and when I redownloaded it all of the songs’ audio quality was destroyed, they’re basically unlistenable. Please let me know if this can be fixed

    Security and safety. This app is neither secure nor is it safe when the person who is hurting you can get in without your fingerprint and erase everything, plus it lights up line the Northern sky when recording starts. That could get someone in serious trouble!!!!!!!

    Error Message. Tried to use this app, but when I hit record, it says something about there is an error due to another app having higher priority over the microphone (such as a phone call), however there was no other apps running on my phone, and no phone call during that time either.

    Not compatible with the rest of the world. Have this on Android. Options to upload to Google drive, Microsoft, Dropbox. As I widen my scope into Apple, once again frustrated of the upload to iCloud only. No options but to device. Credit the fault to Apple not the app. Lame.

    Continued error messages during transcription. I just bought this and have tried to transcribe multiple recordings with no luck. An error appears each time. Not sure what’s going on. Disappointed!!

    Good app except for storage. I like this app and use it quite a bit. But it only gives two storage options, the cloud or the device. So if you choose the cloud, you have to download the Recording again every single time you want to use it. And if you keep the recording resident on your device, you can’t use it on any other device.
