   War Room Manager. Cross platform usage is spotty at best. Mobile application is filled with bugs. Desktop experiences MINUTES long delays in transcribing a short video.

   Doesn’t transcribe audio. Wasted money. Unlike other apps it does not transcribe audio and doesn’t make it clear. It’s robbery. I have no way of getting a refund.

    Not what I expected. I tried another transcription app before this one and I was not impressed by the quality of the other app. So when I came across this app and saw the app rating I was really hoping that I found something that would help me get through a few hours worth of transcribing the old fashion way. While I applaud the the fact the app is easy use when uploading files and exporting files. However, I was disappointed in the quality of the transcripts. The majority of the transcripts I received were incomplete or only had one word.

    App stops recording without telling you. I had almost 10 hours of recording time available. Recorded a 1 hour meeting. The clock kept counting but it stopped recording after 8 minutes. I think the glitch came because we rejected a scam call around that time, but a phone app that records things shouldn’t glitch out (and say it’s still going when it isn’t) because a phone call was received. Please fix.

    Stole my money. I downloaded the app onto my computer after trying the free 15 minutes. I have around 10 hours of transcription to do, so I bought the 10 hours. Those hours never showed up on my account. I got in contact with their support team twice, got instructions that made no sense and didn’t line up with anything I was seeing. Brought in tech help who also found their instructions for finding my balance to be nonsensical. Finally decided to cut my loss and find a better program. Do not recommend.

    This APP does not work good. When I import file to make transcripts it took more than two hours playing and nothing go out that file was only 1.5 minutes recording

    Money grab. I had a 58 minute recording to transcribe. You only get 15 minutes free. To be clear, not 15 minutes to transcribe as much as you can for free. Literally, only 15 mins of your recording is transcribed for free. Anything more is an additional $4.99, which I paid. Then, the entire transcription is saved, but to export it so you can work with the transcription, you are charged another $14.99! The $4.99 doesn’t cover that. It’s ridiculous. No thanks!

    Payment problem. After reviewing the first 15 minutes I was thrilled and paid for an hour on the website. My credit card was charged but there wasn't a way to find the credit. Now I need to dispute the charge with the credit card company.

    Deleted my files. This app just deleted all my recordings after i paid for more transcription time. I just lost an entire interview. Horrible.

    Failed Operation on Server. I just paid for the service and it’s telling me that it failed the operation due to the server.

    Did not work at all.. I could hear my voice during playback, it labeled it as translated, but nothing was written down. Don't have time to troubleshoot as I need to get stuff done.

    Pricing is REALLY high. When you purchase 1 hour time, it does not mean 1 hour of transcriptions!! It means the clock starts when you first start a transcription. I had 12 minutes transcribed and I left my iPad. I came back and wanted to continue on transcribing and I was told my time was up!! So the clock was running while I ate dinner. Maybe they got mad that I didn’t invite them to eat with me?

    French. Helped me almost instantly transcribe a french recording and made it very easy for me to read and translate to english. Awesome app!
