   What ? Still NOT fixed.. I received an email from your support because my previous PURCHASES, these were PURCHASES of ALL features, wouldn’t restore my purchases. They said the update would fix it. Just updated the app, it’s NOT working still to restore past purchases!

   What is happening?. The one time I really use the app and then I can’t access it. I saw the format change and then a few hours later, I can’t access open the app anymore. The worst timing ever. Please fix it!!!!

   Don’t buy this unless you already know how to use it. How could you know?. There is no support for this app that I can find. Click on the link for the help manual and you’re taken back to the desktop. Do a search on internet for support and there is none. It hasn’t worked properly for me despite many attempts trying different things. I feel it is just a scam app.

   Be careful. Complete meltdown. All my recordings have disappeared. Nothing in files app recently deleted. Long time user. Just fine

   File names can not be changed?. I bought this APP to record my Erhu practice. I am unable to rename file names. After recording ended, I tried to give it a file name but the APP just did not take it! I did not see any pop up menu to do file name change after recording ended. Why???

   It needs support. I bought the app but once on an iphone14, it doesn’t work well. Can’t get support and it nags about buying it. The Restore just loops and times out. Is there another install?

    Lost all of my audio files. Over a year of audio files have been lost, after finally giving in and purchasing the full package of the app Immediately I was unable to access any of the files and the app crashed every single time I clicked on any of them. I find this to be unacceptable.

    False in app purchase….. Says .99 upgrade all features. Then only upgrades one.

    Purchased cloud drive, doesn’t work. I paid for the upgrade to use Google Drive. I have excellent internet, but I get a white screen when attempting to link/connect to my desired cloud storage. Poor quality, feel robbed.

    If you need to recover your files from this broken app. Plug iPhone into computer. Go to “files” Recorder+ You should see all your files there Drag to a folder of your choice on your computer. PHEW

    Must pay for the extras. There’s a Google ad smack in the middle of the screen that interferes with what you’re doing. Tried to send a recording via email and it got stuck there. Couldn’t get out, couldn’t get back, couldn’t delete a draft. Not worth it and then couldn’t even think about paying more for something not worth it.

    Crashing. This app was great at first. Now, it crashes ALL THE TIME. I’m not sure if I’ll b able to retrieve my recordings. Avoid.

    Recorder+ Pro not working. I have used Recorder+ Pro for years, but suddenly the app is no longer working. I click on one of my old recordings, and the app shuts down completely. Does anyone have any ideas of how I can at least recover my old recordings. I am a singer and it would be devastating to lose them all! Is there any App Support any more???

    Used to be great. Does not work with IOS 16.0.2. I hope this will be fixed soon, as I cannot access any part of the app without it crashing. It seems I have lost all my previous recordings.

    Crashes on the rename feature. Why eevrytime i try to rename a recording it crashes!? Ridiculous

    Deleted all my files. All my files are gone. It’s not like I was gonna do anything profound with them but personally I liked having them to show my progress in singing. All of it is gone.

    Doesn’t work on iPhone 12 pro. I bought the full version, I try to record phone calls and it doesn’t record at all. I can’t even report a bug from inside the app

    Didn’t work at all very disappointed. The ads are all over, annoying, I was charged couple dollars, no worth it. Do Not Buy. Other apps has better and user friendly.

    Lost all of my recordings.. I purchased the app and it was great for me to use to quickly record a song idea when the inspiration hit. However the other day I tried to access my saved files using the “Files” icon on my iPhone. All of my song idea files are gone and I can’t find them anywhere.

    Buggy on iPhone 12 max. Lost my files. Furious at this app for losing my data. It saved 3 sessions fine but the 4th it showed an ad when I hit stop... with NO close "X". I clicked everywhere on screen for 10min trying to get to my file. Eventually found it via files browser and it was blank. Then I clicked to open one of the other 3 files and it launched the app and immediately permenantly deleted my 3 other recordings. They were not shown in iCloud recently deleted files. Seeing as it ruined my session I give this app zero stars. Buyer beware until bugs are fixed.
