   Rip off. Give me my $ back. I paid a 1 time fee that gave me nothing and still wants a monthly fee to do any kind of action. Customer support returns 404 error. Don’t buy!

   KEPT CHARGING AFTER I CANCELLED. THEN WOULDN’T REFUND.. I cancelled my membership and they kept charging me for a year after. When I contacted them and sent proof, they said, “Sorry, you have to cancel in two different places so we can’t refund NINE of those months.

   Way off the mark. They really need some serious help with this app, it’s way off the mark for your color pallet and style!

   A poor attempt at driving sales through partners. Tried this app and will continue to play with it through the month, but honestly it feels like a thinly veiled attempt to drive purchases through partner stores to monetize on kickbacks. The ai chat is worthless asking it the question “what should I wear today” yields outfits with pieces I don’t own. Furthermore it frequently refuses to generate outfits for pieces I want to know how to pair more effectively from my closet. This isn’t a technical challenge just pure bias towards increasing sales. I would expect that from a free service not one with a monthly charge. Furthermore it will recommend outrageous outfits. For example it suggested I wear a cardigan with nothing on underneath. I will say the flesh tone gap through the cardigan was funny with the AI visualization.

   Cannot get past first picture. Downloaded the app and took my selfie but it Keeps saying “something went wrong, we are already working on it. Try again later”… been waiting an hour.. i made sure my iPhone had the latest iOS. Followed all instructions on taking. Good self…I can’t get past this selfie to move on, guess I won’t be using this app. Disappointed

    Expectations weren’t high, reality was terrible. I was told I’m a true winter. One of the colors in the palette was red. I received outfits that focused on red throughout. The outfits were terrible. It was like my five year old nephews was clicking and putting outfits together. Nuts. At one point I asked for the ai to focus on blue. It gave me these sky blue patterned options that were even worse. Then outfits went to black and white with these horrible, no heinous, light purple sparkled heels with a crooked heel (part of the design). This app didn’t get almost anything right. I don’t know if this is an issue on their initial information gathering or if AI chose violence every time I opened the app. I got the app a week or two ago and canceled the subscription today. I didn’t expect much for the price, but this was far worse than I thought it would be.

    Unauthorized charges!!. Was charged almost $60 over three months despite deleting the app after 5 minutes. I did not sign up for a subscription or authorize charges. They won’t give me a full refund. There was no way to cancel through Apple since I never signed up and don’t even have the app! I had to email them and jump through hoops to even get a partial refund. Do not fall for this app!!!!

    Awful - not as advertised. Don’t buy this. It is advertised as a great way to know what colours to wear. It does not do that well. It makes you pay even more to see all colours and they aren’t accurate. They also offer for you to just choose what you like - but the point is to be accessed. Don’t waste your money.

    Scam. Not only does it charge $30 for subscription but it will make you pay $10 for more features… and let me not get started on the colors and outfits it picked. If I wanted to look like a clown I can do that for free myself.. I wish I could upload pictures!!!

    SCAM!!!! Bad style and will steal your money. This app was NOT what I wanted at all. The color analysis was off, the outfits they came up with were hideous, and most importantly, the continued taking money from my account even after I cancelled my subscription and deleted the app. Do not get this.

    do not believe it, this stinks. Do not give them a penny, this is a rip off. the style analysis questions are inadequate, the color analysis is inaccurate (an ai analysis based solely on your photo), and it is geared to sell you new clothing, not to help you find appealing styles. Also, they are absolutely unwilling to provide a refund. you will only ever email with an ai bot. This app does not provide any value for your money.

    App doesn’t load/work. Made my purchase and although the app is downloaded , it will not open or load anything— the page stays blank despite checking my wifi network and service. Disappointing and a waste, there’s no customer service to help regarding this.

    Unauthorized Charges. Do not use! I actually kind of liked this app. I knew they offered upgraded memberships, but I wasn’t interested. The bare bones app was enough for me, at least for now! I absolutely did NOT authorize a $29 charge. I cannot rectify it through the app store. I will have to cancel my bankcard or even close my account and open a new one all because they scammed me. Do not use!

    Not trustworthy. I cancelled right away but still getting charged. Untrustworthy app. You can expect a lot of unexpected charges and even when you try to cancel this company is still going to try to take more payments. 0/10 recommend. I reported it to my bank luckily so they’re blocking them. I really didn’t like the app once I got into it but not being able to cancel was the cherry on top.

    Id give zero stars if I could. Continually charged every month for something I’ve never signed up for. Tried disputing it with my cc company but told I have to contact the merchant to resolve this. Surprise, there’s no customer service to speak to!!! Total scam!!!
