   Will continue to charge your CC after cancelling. Do not recommend; this company will continue to charge your credit card annually after you have cancelled your account. Every year, I have to contact my CC company and dispute the charges.

   Another update fail for me. Apparently the new app update is supposed to have a community feature. Mine does not. Good news is that it didn’t freeze the calendar and make the app unusable this time. Absolutely not worth the money.

   Charged for free trial. I started the free trial and immediately knew I didn’t want this app. I cancelled it immediately but it looks like they still charged me $50!! Do not do a free trial!!!!

   AI Slop. What used to be a helpful app has gotten bogged down by AI features that don’t work. I like the concept of adding my own items, but what’s the point if the AI won’t use them to generate the outfits? It’s just infinite incorrect generations. The AI is ruining the app

   AI Assistant doesn’t remember anything. If you are in a chat with the AI stylist and you have to flip to another screen in the app the whole conversation disappears and you have to start all over again. The styles they are proposing don’t meet my taste and there is no way to change my preferences.

   denim almost everyday. The app will ask you what your color season and what you need to dress for day to day (work formal, work casual, work from home, errands etc) and your color season, but then recommend formulas that are completely unsuitable to your needs or coloring and will make you work with their AI bot to “personalize “ but that doesn’t help you visualize what an outfit is. It just asks you if you want to switch out jeans for a pair of pants and a sweater for a blazer. Not worth the money.

   This is a scam. **In response to the developer’s comment below: I have contacted you and you refuse to help. You keep dismissing my claim. I downloaded the app and canceled the same day through my apple subscriptions, but I’m still getting charged monthly. My Apple receipts show a zero charge because I canceled within the free trial, but my credit charge keeps getting charged $19. Please don’t fall for this!

   Waste of Money. This app had a good concept and pitch, but the execution completely falls apart in real life. The biggest issue is the lack of weather intelligence. It appears to only factor in the morning temperature and ignores the actual high for the day. I was recommended a blazer and khaki pants on a 90 degree day, which is not just impractical, it is absurd. There is also no meaningful customization for real lifestyles. The app seems to assume everyone is getting dressed for a traditional office environment every day. There are no realistic work-from-home options. Most people are not sitting at home in structured slacks, and the app offers little to nothing that reflects how people actually live and dress now. The AI assistant customization doesn’t work at all. You’ll tell it (with a good prompt, of course) to adjust for heat, and it simply doesn’t understand and keeps telling you to wear a turtleneck. The outfit combinations themselves feel disconnected from personal style. Instead of helping me use my wardrobe more effectively (which was the purchase hook for me…) it made me feel like I need to only wear circus tent silhouette clothes. This app needs major improvements in weather awareness, personalization, and understanding of modern day-to-day life. Right now, it feels like it was designed without real users in mind.

    Nope. I signed up by accident. I’m guessing this is how they make most of their money. I sent feedback about how the app doesn’t function as described, and I didn’t hear anything back. Also, the clothing suggestions are pretty frumpy - classic at best. Not youthful or following trends that I can tell.

    This app sucks. This app seems like a scam. That AI chat never makes any sense and the outfits it puts together are awful. It says it takes weather into consideration but then suggest a sun dress on a 20 degree day.

    Terrible ai app trying to steal your data. There is only one outfit option. And it won’t show you anymore. I signed up to get outfit ideas. Every time i try to change the outfit it just prompts me to upload photos. Clearly it’s trying to learn what people own probably to sell off the information. Stay away. I am so mad at myself that I paid for this.

    Way too basic and I had to dispute charges. This app had me take a 5min quiz asking me about my personal style and I thought the outfit formulas would reflect my answers. But nothing about this app was tailored to my style. The outfits are completely generic and all the outfit pairings are preppy and for older women. Also, I did a free trial but after 1 day in the app I realized it’s not for me. I canceled the free trial but they still charged me $20 after the trial ended.

    Charged me despite canceling. This app charged me $99 for an annual membership even though I canceled before the free trial ended. I have screenshots and receipts and no one from customer service has answered me. Beware if you're just trying it.

App description lists plan options but doesn’t specify that a subscription is required to even use the app. Downloaded assuming there’d be a trial period or a free version with fewer features. Filled out a quiz and then as soon as I declined to pay the subscription it kicked me out. Not going to sign up for something paid without even seeing what the app does or how it works.

    You have to conform to the app it doesn’t personalize for you. I repeatedly tried to work with the AI Chatbot to see if the recommended outfits could get closer to my personal style or pieces I actually own All it did was kick out formulas with expensive cashmere sweaters, camel overcoats, leather heeled boots and fur coats with basically no color. It doesn’t take into account what you own. It expects you to change your shopping and wardrobe to match it.

    Completely Dissatisfied. I have been a long time subscriber to OF. Over the years the product has changed, transitioning from seasonal capsules to monthly and moving to an app. There used to be a Facebook group for subscribers that was fun but they ruined it by moderating it heavily and then getting rid of it altogether. The outfits repeat for months and are incredibly boring. It’s clear they are using AI to generate the formulas now. All the cute style is gone. Save your money… this app is not worth it.

    Not good first impression!. I was excited to download the app but wasn’t able to access any features! Somehow the items on the screen were too large for the screen and I wasn’t able to get started! I’m cancelling during my trial period! How disappointing!

    It wants me to pay again. I used the seven day trial last year but didn't sign up. I signed up today and PAID, but when I login it only shows me the two payment options and I can't access the app. I tried to cancel but it shows that I'm still a member for a full year because I've paid!! But I still can't access anything and only get the payment screen. Waste of money

    Needs review. So i was on the app and was looking at the ootd and clicked to see how it was styled since there was a photo under the outfit shown. I clicked it and it i was shocked to see an incredibly disturbing image. i immediately unsubscribed. There definitely needs to some kind of filter or safety measure in place that ensures content posted to the app is relevant and on brand.

    Sign-Up Nightmare – Can’t Access Account. was excited to try this app, but it doesn’t work. The sign-up process keeps looping—after choosing a plan, it kicks me out and won’t let me sign in. Tried again and got stuck at “confirm your password.” Contacted support and never got a reply. Not worth signing up for.
