   Could be better. I think that the app is an amazing idea and sounds so helpful, but it wasn’t helpful at all unless you pay the subscription. It would be better if at the very least, they made it so you only get 3 outfit checks a day or something before you have to pay the subscription for unlimited.

   SCAM!!! Do NOT GET this APP!!!!. I downloaded this out of curiosity and so far it was okay, but I didn’t want it anymore. I deleted my account and canceled the subscription during the free trial period…only to come to find Stylix charged me $39.99 anyway and said they “renewed” my subscription!!!! These people are scammers!!!! Many other people have reported the same thing happening, with some people saying they’ve been charged up to $50.00!!! This is RIDICULOUS!!!

   Subscription. The app settings are not compatible, can’t change anything regarding personal information to cancel I had to download the app and the get redirected to website and the email was never sent got charged 40 bucks. Just overall bad experience.

   This company will steal your money and then ignore you. This company will steal your money, if I could leave less than 1 star I would. I paid $1 for a 3-day trial. 30 minutes later I attempted to cancel that trial. I sent MULTIPLE emails trying to cancel this. They never responded and then charged my bank account 3 days later. I sent multiple emails today trying to be refunded and they responded one time saying the payment was authorized. They were supposed to respond within 24 hrs to my email request to cancel the membership and they didn’t. This company will lie, ignore, and steal money from you. I BEG you not to use this company. They refuse to refund my money too. Awful people, awful company.

   Very deceptive subscription practices. Just when you think it’s canceled, it’s not! Read the fine print! Of course it’s hard to find and the information is hidden on their website. They provide no access to cancel your subscription within the app itself! Clearly they would not be able to function without stealing people’s money!! But they aren’t the only ones selling AI generated $59.99!

   Total scam. I signed up for my one dollar trial. Did the test and figured out my colors. I cancelled the subscription and deleted the account, just to find out they’ve been charging me $40 for 3 months. I asked for one month to be refunded and any subscriptions completely cancelled but they refused saying I signed up for it. Even though there is nothing on my Apple ID subscriptions or log into my account. Don’t get the app

   SCAM. I paid for the $1 free trial and then canceled my membership. They then charged me 29.99 and 39.99 within the same month. They have just now charged me 39.99 AGAIN. I have no way to access my account. I try to reset my password and never get an email. Customer service has not reached out to me besides one email. I need them to make this right and stop these recurrent charges that I already CANCELED. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!

    Very disappointing experience. The app requires payment before you can even properly see or evaluate the features. You have to pay $1 just to access basic content, and I was charged $28.99 even though I never downloaded the personal report. The app is designed so that you can’t really preview how it works unless you pay first. I also signed up for what was advertised as a 2-week trial for $5.49, but then I was unexpectedly charged $39.99 without clear consent. I requested a refund only two days after subscribing because I was unhappy with the service, but they refused. Overall, the billing practices feel very misleading and untrustworthy. Honestly makes me question whether this is a legitimate company.

    Beware of trial. I had canceled through the app before the trial period ended.  However, what I thought was a confirmation email that I had canceled was actually asking me to click another button to cancel. And I did not see it until I received the charge invoice email.  I went back to what I thought was the cancellation confirmation email and realized at that point there was another button to push. They refused to give me refund for the $39.99 they charged me. I feel like sending the second click to cancel email was a scam, and i guess it worked because they got an overpriced monthly subscription fee from me for a single month.

    Scammy company. They make this so hard to cancel. I email a cancellation, then they want me to download an app, then redirects to website, then HIDES THE CANCELLATION BUTTON. Then an email that goes to spam that you have to respond to before you can finally get cancelled. So much BS how is this legal?

    Dishonest charges. This app offered a $1 trial. After that it apparently auto-subscribed me to a website version that doesn’t appear in the apple app. So it looks as if you have cancelled the subscription and then you’re hit with a $40 charge. I have protection set on my account and it was denied so I wasn’t charged but beware of dealing with this app.

    Predatory. This is a scam predatory company. They make it extremely difficult to cancel your subscription. You cancel it on the app, and think it was fully cancelled, but it isn’t. They then reach out by email to ask if you still want to cancel, despite you already thinking you have. This is how they continue to charge people, by being predatory and disingenuous. They are scams! Please reach out to BBB for their dishonest cancellation policy. I will also be contacting class action attorneys for their assistance.

    SCAM BUSINESS PRACTICES: Difficult to Cancel Subscription. It feels scammy how difficult it’s is to cancel the subscription. Why did I cancel the app subscription just to be charged via web because it’s separate? SCAM! The reel you in saying “it’s just a dollar” then bank on you forgetting so they can sneakily charge $39.99 and try to blend in with your other bills! I definitely reported them to my bank as a SCAM! -0/10

    this app is a SCAM. I took the quiz to see what my colors were and I paid a one time fee or what I thought it was a one time fee for like a dollar or two and then it started charging me every two weeks for 39.99 and would not let me cancel my subscription because it says I don’t have one

    A scam! Never download. This app is nothing more than a scam.And the people who run it are lairs. If you use the 3 day subscription they will charge you immediately after. You won’t be able to cancel and then they will sight this long thing basically telling you that it sucks to be you. They made these promises of services they offer but they are behind another pay wall. Save yourself the money and brain power. DON’T USE THIS APP!

    Scam-be careful if you sign up for a trial. I only wanted to try it out. I paid ~$4 to try this out. No where did it state I would be charged monthly for a subscription after the trial. I was mindful when I signed up & was not notified during the sign up process. It was not clear or transparent. In addition, the app is not worth what they charge. It's infuriating. Be careful!

    Scam & Fraud. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. I signed up for a trial period for a small amount of money. I then tried to cancel within that trial period and could not - not through the “subscription” section of the Apple ID, not through the app. I contacted their customer support within the trial period to cancel and all they told me was do it through the app (which I already told them was not an option). They did not cancel and they charged me for a month - even though I asked to cancel within the trial period. They then sent me a long email saying that it was my fault for not cancelling or contacting them to cancel within the trial period - which I clearly did. I should have done a search before downloading because then I would have seen that this is a common tactic that they use - just search on Reddit and you can see all the people who could not cancel and contacted them to cancel but they were still charged
