Color scheme. That is good except for the color scheme for the lows and highs on daily forecast. The low is a very light blue. And you can’t see the damn thing. Especially when the background is cloudy. When it’s a sunny day it’s the same color as the blue background completely ridiculous who the hell needs to read this to change that?

Background sucks. When looking at daily forecasts, you can’t see the temps because of the background image. Hard to see white letters against white clouds.

Too much. We I signed up for alerts I didn’t think it would be senseless “alerts” all day long. I’m sorry but I don’t see why anyone needs several alters a day about a heat advisory in August in south Mississippi. One a day should be more than enough! It is very distracting at work when my phone goes off several times in an 8 hour work day with these. You ever hear of the little boy that cried wolf? Too many of these alerts, and we stop reading them. So when there really is alarming weather we will not be prepared.

Why?. This app “WAS” good but when I reinstalled it it wouldn’t track my location even thought I went on settings and let it track me but it still didn’t work so something’s wrong and it’s getting on my nerves I did everything right so it can’t be that I’m doing something wrong it’s a bug in the app

Really bad app!. This might be the most frustrating app just because of the ads. I get that they have to make money but if I’m having a tornado warning going off and I open the app to see where or how close it is to me and I have to see a Toyota ad as soon as I open the app. Not to mention the required video ad before the live stream. 0/10.

Adds during weather events. In the rural south where most people don’t have access to high speed internet and cable tv who depend on their phones for weather… they do not need to see a carters jewelry add while a tornado is on the ground…

Awful More Ads Than Weather. Downloaded to check on severe weather. Every click came with ads before I could get to the weather. Completely frustrating when you need to know what’s happening fast. Take the ads down. Trash app until they put their viewers safety first.

Never updated with daily news. I would give this app no stars but I can't! I have the app to keep updated on the news but the same stories remain for days even though our local news in TV is filled w/new stories! Deleting the app until someone is serious about managing it and keeping other things besides the weather updated.

Daily weather background. Can’t see what the daily temps are because of a cloudy then bright spot in the background. Just make the background a simple color or a nice clean weather related background instead of a bad cloudy looking, bad day background.

2026 Update. The latest update is a perfect example of “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it”. Why take a perfectly good simple app and build in a huge learning curve? The options on the RADAR screen are hardly intuitive and are cumbersome. In case any developer should read this, get a cup of coffee, read the paper, watch WDAM news, bring back the old app features and leave it alone!

Sleezy ads. I have vowed not to use any business that shows up when you launch the app. Even is you just leave and return to the app you have to go threw an ad to see this possibly life saving information. Also why do I have to have Facebook to get the emergency weather streams? Those streams should also be on this app. I deleted my Facebook for privacy reasons and had to make a new one just to make sure I wasn’t about to get blown away.

Not very accurate. This App is getting worse and worse. One day it said my location was right in the middle of dark green, red, & yellow on the radar screen (meaning it was raining) and it was sunshining big as day at my house. It had not rained all day! And for the past 3 days it has been completely wrong regarding the forecast. Actually WDAM has been wrong about the forecast also. Don’t know where y’all get your info from, but maybe you should get it from a more reliable source! Not worth having this App or watching the weather on TV anymore.

In this ad:. There is no place to click to get the app. All kinds of info about channel 7 weather. Places to click to get other weather apps but not the WDAM channel 7 weather app.

Messed up. Last update screw the radar map up. It will not go “full screen “. Cuts parts off on one end and adds to much to the other end. Please fix. It was fine before. All apps are doing that by this developer
