   Constantly gives wrong information. The app pulls up the wrong city all of the time. It does not understand ZIP Codes when you try to correct it. When you finally do get the city you want, you get the forecast for the previously shown city. I have nothing but problems all the time using this website and app.

   Gone downhill. This used to be a useful app. Right now it says it is 61 degrees near my home with a high of 61 and a low of 60, but in three hours it will be 70. Can’t even to the basics right now.

   Freezes several times a day. This app freeze this between three and four times a day and the only way to resolve it is to restart my phone. Totally unacceptable. I’ve emailed Support with no resolution at all.

   Sold away its specialness. Go to an AI, and ask them this question, to see how bad it really is. Tell me the story about the weather app Wunderground, and who purchased it, and changed it all up, and the users of the app were extremely irritated, and pressured the new app owner to go back to the old way. And as it considered as accurate as it was before. Corporate greed ruined this app.

   There is no hurricane tracker in the iOS app. The App Store advertisement says there is a hurricane tracker. However, whether underground own Chatbot says it does not exist on the iOS app.

   Has Been. This used to be a good app, now can’t get anything but the radar. No temp or other readings anymore. Have tried to get in touch with the app people for over a year without any type of response= poor customer support!!!

    Good app to many adds. Good app to many adds the problem is there is no way to log in as I have a weather station call sign thru weather underground and I get add free online but sense no way to login just get bumbarted with adds. Need fixed

    You are better than this!. I have seen changes in inches of rain with on a 1-1/2 to 2 hour period several times in the past week or two. I lost several trees in the freezes this year when you missed the temperature forecast by better than 10*, I had taken the insulation away from trees because it was “only” dropping to 38* and the next morning it was 28*. Your app has become Very unreliable.

    Used to be good. They seem to have destroyed everything that was good about this app. It frequently locks up or has no data. IBM destroyed it

    Bloated UX/I, lack of Customization. As a product manager who has worked on large software systems, this implementation is highly disappointing. From lack of customized card layouts, to the inability to enlarge text or remove specific card sections, e.g., trend lines. If you look at an app like WeatherBug, as example, they lever rich iconography more than this highly dense and overpacked data, which while useful is lost in such a poor design stack. On a form factor like the iPhone, the user should be able to quickly glance at a specific section like the 10 day forecast and not have to spend more than a few seconds to determine that weeks trend - again with this implementation user must scroll horizontally and view very small icons. It appears the user interface was designed by programmers who never spoke to actual end users as the purpose of any software implementation is supposed to reduce friction and not create a more difficult user experience.

    Weather Underground is clickbait. The Weather Underground App is simple clickbait weather these days. There forecast ALWAYS shows precipitation like it’s going to be terrible weather even when the chance is very minor. They want you to continually come back to their app to check “what the weather is looking like now”. The app will show potentially bad weather leading up to a weekend and then miraculously everything is fine over the weekend. Weather underground is a joke.

    Money Money Money. I have used Weather Underground for many years. I even provide data feeds from personal weather stations. It is complete and utter garbage that “they” expect you to pay for separate accounts for online and the app. There are plenty of other options (some even better). I will not pay for the same data twice, especially since I only access it one way at a time.

    Inaccurate temperatures forecasts. The Weather Channel and Weather Underground app consistently overestimates marine influence on Long Island during warm weather setups. Forecasting North Patchogue at 73° while inland NJ is 96° is an unrealistic 23° temperature difference with a SSW wind. Even coastal Barrington, RI was forecast in the mid-upper 80s while central Suffolk was stuck in the low 70s. North Patchogue is not beachfront property, yet the app often treats much of Long Island like it’s sitting directly over cold ocean water all day. The forecasts have also badly underperformed during previous warm spells. During the April 15, 2026 warm surge, the app was only forecasting around 70° for North Patchogue, yet the actual high reached 82°. There have been multiple cases this spring where temperatures ended up 10°+ warmer than forecast. The app seriously needs improvement for forecasting inland Suffolk County microclimates and sea breeze placement.

    Forecasting is way off. The forecasting on the app is way off. I have a weather station tied into the app and it definitely does not use its information in forecasting. Very disappointed.

    Over priced subscription model. For a paid subscription the radar map should give you options to view up to at least 4 hours of future data. App is also missing Pollen data.

    Adds over content, hourly weather not updated.. Lately the hourly weather is showing LAST 5 days, instead of the future 5 days. It does not display current day in hourly view. The app is getting worse and worse. The adds now obscure content to very high degree. On top of it the app crashes within 10 seconds on IOS 18.

    Worse than useless. Used to be great. I used to love this app but something changed in the last couple years. Now. It is consistently wrong, by a lot. I know to take all weather forecasts with a grain of salt but not only are the forecasts on this app typically wrong, they’re very wrong. Case in point today forecast said ‘snow developing late, .3 inches’. It is currently blizzard conditions at 10am with more than 4 inches already accumulated and the model has not updated to reflect this. Worse than useless, it’s dangerous to follow this apps advice.

    Ads and subscription? No thanks. Having ads all over to just try and see the weather is awful. Is it a one time purchase? Nope. It’s subscription. I’m all set. Bad weather app
