   Poor Customer Service. The app itself is fine. Basic but fine. I was testing it out and unfortunately forgot about the trial until a day after they charged me for a full year. I contacted them right away to get my subscription canceled and a refund since I was just a day or two over the trial period and it’s a yearly subscription. They told me by policy they didn’t refund any subscriptions and were very inflexible about it. I’ve found other companies to be more understanding of this kind of thing happening.

   Horrible customer service and subscription policy. This white noise app was very disappointing and I tried to cancel it within the 7 day trial period. The app is has a scam aspect in that it makes you contact the app without a simple cancel subscription button. The customer service rep emailed back saying to cancel I need to take XYZ steps which was after my 7 day free trial and they charged me $34.99 for the whole year. I will contact Apple and complain for how complicated they make the cancellation to get subscription fees.

   Not sure what the problem is.... I bought the subscription but the noises only play for 30 seconds. I’ve tried to figure out how to adjust the duration and reached out to support and haven’t gotten a response. I haven’t used the app at all since the subscription kicked in. When I was on the free trial the noises played for an hour or more.

   Nothing is free.. Free download but then right away asks you to make a monthly or annual purchase. Can’t use the app without paying. Then why not make it a paid app 🤔🤔

   Not happy. Charged me $35.99 for a years subscription.. I wasn’t even given an option on how long or how much I wanted to pay for. So my phone is tied up during the only free time I have at all, when My daughter is asleep!

    Tricked me into paying $30!!!. This app makes you believe you can have a temporary subscription to try things out, but that’s not the case. Their “free initial subscription” caused Apple to send me a $30 bill. I’m fighting for a refund, but you know how it is. Stay away.

    Subscription???. Why on Earth would you pay for a monthly subscription for this when there are free apps that do the exact same thing?!?! I wouldn't pay a one time $.99 charge for this, let alone a recurring monthly charge. I really hope people don't get suckered into buying this. Absurd.

    Won’t let me unsubscribe. I’ve used the app a handful of times and didn’t find it soothed my baby much so I deleted the app now I can’t unsubscribe and I’m being locked out of Apple till I pay for this app I’m no longer using

    Purchase. I purchased this app and now that I’ve switched phones even with the same Apple ID it won’t let me use the full version and I’m getting so frustrated. My husband is snoring and all I want is to fade him out with white noise

    A fine app with a useless subscription fee.. That works fine except it to use it you are charged a subscription fee. For what? There's no extra value provided month to month that is already available all over the web. I'd be willing to pay a one time fee but a subscription fee for what is offered is laughable.

    Rip Off!. Downloaded this app as we just had a baby and I thought I’d give it a shot. My bad! Downloading the app takes you to an advertisement for the app where you have two choices: select free trial or buy access. Dude, really? In a world of feee YouTube videos and everything else, at what point did you think people would pay for “white noise”? Deleted. I’ll go back to YouTube or the Spotify I already pay for that does millions more than this app ever will.

    LOL, subscriptions for something this simple is outrageous.. Free 7 day trial, and then they actually think people are going to then subscribe for how much again?!?! I really hope no one actually pays for this.

    Free app that requires purchase?. With a baby on the way, I though I would check out the app. However, it appears that you have to have a subscription for the app to do anything. Please label it as a free trial instead of a free app. Deleting this app as a waste of my time.

    Still charged after I unsubscribe the same day of download. It didn’t help my infant so the same day I tried to unsubscribe and delete it and it apparently did not do soo and they still charged me and the charge locked me out of downloading all my apps and is trying to force me to use my card number.

    An app that just plays sounds.... And you have to pay? I get people need to make money but why would someone pay a monthly fee for sounds you can get for free in other apps? I deleted immediately so possibly a good app, but to big of a barrier to entry.

    Lies. Shouldn’t say free if it’s not usable. Then try’s to Force you to buy it if you want to use it. A handful of the noises sounded identical. Deleted instantly!

    Are you kidding me?. Thanks for making us update so that the free trial ends within 7 days. Your update did not mention this. Now you are forcing us to buy a product we have already been using with our baby for 5 months now. No thanks. We will not be paying $3.00 a month for 1 sound we actually use. Nice try though. Quick update for those paying for Amazon Prime the waterfall sound we like from this app is under an album called “Baby Sleep” and the title is “Rain on the Lake.” Very poor marketing strategy to force the reoccurring payments. These are just sounds not a we’ll develop application.

    Nothing original and they want $5.99 over 15 mins of play??. Have to pay for sounds played over 15 mine other apps give free? Naaaa. Nothing special I can see here. Quality is not any better than others either that I can hear. Deleting this app.
