   What went wrong?. I have used this app for several years and loved it! It was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. However, it now keeps turning the sound off by itself. I updated the app and the same thing keeps happening. Please fix the app so I can sleep.

   Can’t use it anymore. Been using and relying on this white noise app when traveling for a very long time. Latest update suddenly has ads and wants me to upgrade. Time to get rid of it.

   Get Bent!. I have used this for years now all of a sudden I can't keep it on with the phone being closed then trying to get more info and money for stuff I'll go get for free somewhere else. Thanks for nothing

   Kills battery. 1 minute of usage and 8 hours of “background usage” which used more than 50% of the battery life. They need to fix whatever the latest OS update did. Until then…delete the app and find a different one

   Privacy concerns. I’ve used and relied on this app for years, but as all apps eventually do, it seems like a recent update has pushed to collect personal identifiers and harvest data from its user base. Most likely will start to sell off this data to tech giants and advertisers. You can say it’s anonymized, but the reality is with all the data points it’s collecting, it’s not really. Would love to hear why they went this route rather than simply asking its users to support it with small donation. A real shame…

   Volume Ruined. What the heck?! New app update makes the sound so soft now. I can barely hear anything even at max volume. Will be switching to another app.

   Broken. I’ve used this app every single night without fail for almost ten years, never had any issues. Starting today, sound stops playing when you turn your screen off or go to another app, you have to restart the app only to get it to do it again after 15 seconds. It’s very clearly a programming error because if you switch outputs, it will continue playing again until you shut the screen off. Completely broken. Please fix this, I’ll update my review when it’s fixed. Absolutely begging. This is my sleep app, I use it every single night and I can’t sleep without it.

   Ads stopping the sound. Some new ads being displayed in the app silence the sound selection in the app making it useless.

    Lost lock screen clock. New version forces you to use app clock which I do not like. I only use Gray Noise and IOS now has that for free. Switching to IOS.

    Ads are very annoying. The ads on the new version of the lite app are very distractin* and annoying. You now have to agree to personalized ads.

    Battery problems. This app feels bloated and runs in the background even when I don’t want it to. It has been draining my battery until I finally figured out what was causing the problem. It also caused my phone to heat up (and I wasn’t even using the app.)

    Used to be the best. This used to be the greatest white noise generator for sleeping. Perfect air conditioner sound. Then they ruined it with an “updated ad experience” which includes pop ups that stop the sound every 5-10 minutes, rendering the app completely useless. Please fix this!!!

    Unusable. To actually get any sounds into this app, you need to download another app, and create an account, and log in. And then the other app tells you that you need to upgrade, which it won’t successfully do. In the end, you can’t actually get any sounds. Horrible.

    Can’t Purchase! Broke. Neither the App nor Apple TV can you buy it. Both show in app purchases but it doesn’t exist on my iPhone 12.

    Tricked into ads. Had this for years without ads, loved it - but just got tricked into clicking to allow them ("see what's new"...), and now have blinking obtrusive ads at the bottom of the screen. Complete fail.

    They removed landscape mode. Used to like this app. Recently they removed landscape mode from the app so now my phone won’t display the clock properly when the phone is on the side. They replied to my inquiry and said that’s in the Pro version. Already paid more for the Lite version with the features I liked, now they want more? Nah, I’ll go to a competitor’s app now. No thank you.

    Deceptive privacy consent. The latest app update employs a very deceptive ‘continue’ button instead of the promised <screen of consent or don’t consent>, which is supposed to appear next in the splash screens after first opening the app after its update. However, the next screen cannot be gotten to without clicking the continue button and then the privacy consent screen never appears. Once this was done, I assume they had all my data, even if I went into the settings of the app to withdraw consent it was too late to protect my privacy!

    New problem in last five days. App immediacy stops after 60 seconds. iPhone is already closed, no other apps open, incredibly inconvenient.
