Keeps crashing on me. So I like the app. I bought it but every time I try to build my workout it crashes and erases everything.

1 star to stand out. Dev team, please make it so the sets don’t cap at 150 per workout. I often times find my self restricted on what machines and exercises I can do on my different days. Make it 999 or something large that way I can continue to add exercises / sets. After all, it’s the users workout so let them do as many or as little sets of what they want. TIA, I will change to a 5 star after this change is made

Annoyed by set tracking behavior. I'm a Strong App user who wanted to migrate to Hevy because of its larger exercise database, but the set tracking behavior is holding me back. Currently, for example, if I do an exercise at 60 lbs in a past workout but decide to do 40 lbs today, changing Set 1 to 40 lbs doesn't carry forward to the rest of the sets. I have to manually overwrite the historical 60 lbs data for every single set, which kills my momentum between sets. In Strong, if I change a weight or rep count on a set, adding a new set automatically inherits that new current weight or rep count. Hevy forcing me to constantly overwrite my past personal records mid-workout just to log a lighter day is a huge qol issue for me. Adding a toggle in the settings to "carry forward current set values" instead of always using the past workout's data would be enough to make me switch over. Please consider adding this!

Import from Strong is Broken. I imported my workouts and stats from the Strong app into Hevy, and all of my stats are inflated by at least 2 to 3 times more than what I actually did. This means that my 1RM and PRs are wrong. I can’t accurately track my progress. There is no way to fix this without removing all of my workout history that I imported. I may move back to the Strong app since my workout history is accurate there.

AI Built; could be way better. Been using for a month now - it’s good but the interface is buggy and it feels like an app that was created as a money making machine. It was never the main objective of the makers or it eventually became a behind the scenes project. Many elements feel AI built. Could be much better. Far too buggy on little features to be charging us money. It wouldn’t be hard to make an app of the same quality and charge nothing.

Good, but has glitches. It’s a good workout app. It’s easy to create workouts and I love the fact that you can organize them in folders. Would give five stars, but it is super glitchy with my Apple Watch. Seems to only work about half the time, I’ll mark sets complete on my Watch and it won’t sync to the phone and vice versa. Needs more work.

Number one fitness tracker. I find this app to meet all my needs. It’s the only one that I found that will track all my exercise exercises. Give it a shot. It works best for me. I would like to see some changes to some of the apps, especially the sled because it does not show how much weight you stack on the sled just distance. Maybe they can make a change to how much weight you can stack on the sled that’s the only complaint I have.

It’s ok. I like it. Have sync issues with my watch a lot which I would to see get better. Very limited on programs. Would like to see more. The cost is not bad and building a workout is ok. Lots of potential growth. It’s worth it if you like building your own workouts and want to save money.

Be a furry. Being party of a community that is on this app is awesome. Besides that you are drifting in space.

Great app. It’s a great app! It keeps me on track throughout my workouts. The only downside is you can only have 6 custom workouts. Overall 8/10

Amazing Workout Tracker. Before this I only used to use my notes app, and I can confidently say this is a million times better. A few features I wish were different/added but I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s in the premium version, which I think if you have the spare change for you should deffo go for

One of the most pragmatic app out there. I’ve used numerous workout tracking app, including Trainerize through coaching. This is the most user friendly and intuitive app I’ve used. Easy to program, easy to filter muscle groups. The one wish I want to request for the creators is that if you’d ask compound movement exercises as well. I’ve been just adding separate exercises on the app for my compound moves.

Great app, Needs Customization. Awesome app really helps me stick to strict times in the gym. If i could add anything to this, add in more units for length like feet or cm for things like Broad jump for distance, or inches for box jumps.

Additional details in variety sports!. For those of us who enjoy other sports on top of our weekly workout routines. Maybe add more details about outdoor runs! (Like HR zones or elevation data) Or maybe for rock climbing or bouldering, distinguish the two and maybe add details about the grades of difficulty completed. Also climbing is not 100% a cardio sport :)

Cool app - potential bug?. Overall, I really like Hevy and it has become my primary workout tracking app. The interface is clean, routines are easy to set up, rest timers work well, and the Apple Watch integration is one of the reasons I chose it over other fitness apps. My main issue is with the Apple Watch experience when starting a workout directly from the watch. After completing a set, the next set starts with the weight reset to 0 instead of carrying forward the weight from the previous set. For example, if I complete 10 reps at 135 lbs, the next set requires me to enter 135 again on the watch before I can continue. Entering weights on the Apple Watch is significantly more tedious than on the phone, so having to re-enter the same weight for every set adds a lot of unnecessary friction to workouts. I would expect the next set to default to the previous set’s weight, or at least retain the planned weight from the routine. If this is a bug, I’d love to see it fixed. If it’s intended behavior, please consider adding an option to automatically carry forward the previous set’s weight. That one change would make the watch experience much smoother. Great app overall, but this issue keeps it from being a 5-star experience for me.

great app. In an accountability group with some friends and the app has been great. The only drawback I have with it so far is that it’s hard to keep track of my laps while swimming in the pool. If there was a lap counter that would instantly make the app a 10/10 for me. I switched from the normal apple health app and going from having the lap counter to not having it has been tough but i’m sticking with hevy for now.

Amazing! But minor issues. It’s been helping me track really easily and pretty great with setting up my workouts. There are just a few things I wish would improve. -When I have the app open on my phone and my watch to sync; they sometimes fight each other and think they’re two different sessions even though I tap on “sync”. One can be off by a whole set and it throws off my workout. Either I have to stop the sync or discard it and restart my workout. -My phone sometimes overheats when I have the app open; not sure why. I have a newer iPhone 17 model. -Would be nice if the app would suggest when to increase reps or weight based on how many times I logged the same amount of reps and weight for awhile. Could be an opt in feature, but would love it!

Pretty great tbh. It’s a great app with alot of workouts already accessible for you. It keeps track of ur time and gives you a break time in between sets. However it only lets you make 4-5 workouts and then you will have to pay for a subscription but other than that it’s pretty great

Great app. I love everything about this app except the apple watch syncing is a little wonky. If u start it on ur phone, sometimes the watch doesnt pick it up and starts a different workout. Then u miss out on ur calorie and heart data when u finish ur workout

Good format. Let’s me put in my own routines and workout easily and is a very simple well designed tracker. Very easy to use

Love!. i love using this! i have a bad memory so it makes tracking things (like routines and weights) so much easier. i wish we wernt limited on custom workouts however! i’m always finding wacky stuff to do that they don’t have on the app. or even a suggestion box for new workouts!

HEVY Keeps me on track. So easy to use and I could never remember my progress without it. And it motivates me to do better. Highly recommended.

Love it!!. Hevy is very good for people willing to pay and for people not wanting to pay it gives you full access to a library of workouts the only downside is you can only have 4 workouts in total

Old man. I think it’s good enough that I’m now a paid subscriber, still some machines, configurations and lifts not in menu, I’m hoping that will improve

Great workout experience. Works really well on my phone and Apple Watch. I enjoy the social features as well and got a few of my friends to join. I haven’t really used apps like these in the past, so I don’t have much to compare too.

Great app. * first , bug finishing workout in trainer on Watch ultra 3 when clicking finish on Watch it doesn’t update to the next workout plan and glitches and gives you the same workout I did legs 3 times until noticing so I logged out and logged in and it updated . Clicking finish on phone it updates normally only bug I noticed , secondly trainer could use some updates in showing your future workouts or plan and details but that’s all I can think of for now other then that I love the app , it’s great with ui and examples and explaining also simple and looks clean almost 5 stars but I support Hevy and recommend heavily ‘

Best lifting app!. I have tried a few different lifting apps, and this is the one I love the most! I have only been lifting for 6 months but can truly say that it has helped me to lift better and smarter. I really like being able to see the different muscle groups being worked as I track. One wish I have is to be able to add incline to my treadmill walk, and see more exercises in the available list. Also, the rest timer sound sometimes turns off or is ignored while I’m listening to music, but it’s an easy reset. Overall, I’m sticking with this one!
