   Worst customer service. I actually like the app. I switched phones and lost all my saved data . I’ve wrote them Many times . And got no response . This actually happens years ago. It took them long to answer them but they answered . This time I’m not getting answers . When the app expires I’m Not renewing it . I’ve been a loyal to the brand it’s the only fitness app I’ve used since about at least 2014 .

   Worst. I had the free app for years and liked it a lot. Decided to get the premium subscription for $30 and was charged the $30 but it didn’t show in the app. I emailed support twice. Crickets. I even tried support on this and it will not send the message. Where is the customer support?!??

   Paid use only. Appears as a free app in the App Store, with in-app purchases, but once downloaded and logged in will not let you into the program unless you sign up for a subscription. Keeps popping up a “free trial” offer and if you X out of the offer it just pops right back up again.

   Company seeks money grab. I had a stand alone app which was paid for. They terminated the service and went to a subscription. No grandfathering in for early adopters that supported them. I will never support this company and you shouldn’t either.

   No longer a free workout app!. Been using this app for about 10 years now. Loved the free features with exercises, building your own custom workouts, and pre-workout plans. Now I can’t even get on anything without it try to get me to subscribe to a paid plan. I’m good, going to find another workout app.

   Disappointed. I used to be a user of this from years ago. I received an email inviting back at a special discounted rate. After following the instructions many times in the email to accept the offer I've had zero success. I've sent a number of emails asking support to advise me how to take advantage of the offer but I still have not received any type of acknowledgement. If I can't get a response as a potential customer, what will happen if I need help as a paying customer? There are many quality competing apps that I can spend my money on and recommend to family and friends.

   Misleading Pricing and Lack of Transparency. I was excited to try this app after seeing the advertised price of $29.99 per year ($2.48/month). However, I was charged $3.99 instead, which doesn’t align with the pricing they promoted. This feels deceptive and misleading, as there’s no clear explanation for the discrepancy. Customers deserve transparency and honest pricing. If there are hidden fees or other charges, they should be disclosed upfront. This kind of practice damages trust and makes me hesitant to continue using the service or recommend it to anyone. I’ve reached out to support to resolve this, but so far, the experience has been frustrating. If you’re considering this program, beware of the unclear billing practices.

   No longer a great free app. I’ve been using this app for years and was great because it didn’t make you pay for great features. But that no longer is the case. Sad to say but they’re going to lose many users and see many more 1 star reviews moving forward.

   Meal logging is worrhless. The meal logging of calories for this app is pretty worthless. Most foods it gets the nutrition incorrect even when you scan the package. Other times it doesn’t find most of the foods when you scan the package. And if you search for a food, it usually can’t find it or finds only something very generic. Looks like it’s back to my fitness pal for meal logging.

    No longer a free app for pre planned workout plans. There use to be a list of free fitness work out plans for the non premium accounts. There was a wide variety based off your goals. Now it’s just a list of exercises. Plus I have to also sign up for the app just to see the free list now. As well as finding out after I signed up that there was no free work out plans…. I’m trying not to say anything over negative but this really grinds my gears. App deserves a thumbs down and no stars.

    Cannot restore purchase. I like the app, I have a new iPhone and I cannot restore my subscription. I have sent 5 emails to support over the last week and a half, no response. Terrible!

    App is long dead. I’m a paid premium user.. There is no way to create a custom workout, despite what it claims. It has instructions on how to create a workout, but the feature does not exist. I’ve messaged them numerous times over the last couple months, they will NEVER RESPOND. Plus this app crashes A LOT. This app is DEAD. Trust me don’t waste your time.

    No content or help with the issue. I’ve used this app for YEARS. Loved it but then recently it started pulling up blank on the Discovery feature, then it randomly deleted all of my data for the past 4+ years. I reached out for support and got someone that acted like I didn’t know the basic process of logging into an app. I pay for this app and wish I could get my moneys worth. But they will NOT fix the issues so I cancelled my membership and switched to the STRONG listing app that is way better.

    No content in the app.. I have had this app since 2017 and paid the annual renewal with no issues and I’m current on my subscription. Opened the app and it’s blank, my saved workouts are gone, workouts period are gone. Tried to contact app support & nothing. Please help me get the product I paid for.

    Used to be Great. I’ve used this app for 5+ years, and now the discover tab (which has all the workouts I love doing), is completely blank. I know the sets and reps, but I enjoy using the app to log progress and share data with Apple fitness metrics. While it seems like a recent issue, it’s annoying and it’s pretty clear the app is barely supported anymore.

    Abandoned App. This app has been abandoned for too long. I report issues to the devs and they state they know about it and are working on it. 5 years later, the problem still exists, report the issue, and the same canned email is received from support. Now, the whole workout database is gone for over 3 weeks making the app pointless.

    App peaked a year ago find something else. I’ve been subscribed for 4 years now and it was great for 3.5. Around 6 months ago they paywalled the portion that gave you recipes and tracked your calories (pay wall after the $30/year subscription). Now, the pre made workout plans are off the app as well and looks like it’s in an app that you need to pay for separately, making it the second paywall after subscription. You can still track what you’ve done and how many reps/weight, but why not just use a pen and paper that costs less than $30 a year?

    What changed ?. App used to work great. For years and years. I went to upgrade to premium again , and the app stopped working. All white screens. It’s a shame. I got charged like twice for subscription trying to make the app work.

    Focus on fitness not strength. I suppose I should have read it in the title, but this app is 100% focused on cardio training. Do NOT assume that “strength” training has anything to do with strength. This app was 100% disappointing. 22000 of their 23000 reviews have to be bots.

    Workout options don’t work!!. I paid $30 for the year and cannot access the discover page or the workout programs page. I’ve reported this a few times and no response. I enjoyed this app while it worked. I checked for updates and re applied the app, no success. I won’t be renewing.

    Suddenly deleted premium features. Used this app to track calories and workouts for years, and then they suddenly pulled the calorie tracking feature for premium. Reached out to customer support three times with no reply. Canceling my subscription and switching to another app

    New paywall for access to different exercises. There has been a change in the way this app works. The developer has taken what used to be access to all the exercises and changed it to put maybe half or more behind a paywall. Meaning you cannot log normal gym exercises unless you pay up for their worthless premium membership. What a sad state of affairs, there are other workout apps out there. I will be using one of the ‘‘em going forward. Also, the app is now inundated with ads. This app is garbage now.

    Loaded with bugs. I have had a membership with this app for over 4 years. It used to be a good app, then they updated it and got rid of all the features I loved and introduced tons of new bugs… then they just completely quit caring about updating the app. It has had many of the same bugs for over 2 years now. The bugs that are very irritating is, after an exercise the app shuts down completely and you have to relaunch it. When you choose a time to exercise it keeps resetting to 31 minutes. Every single exercise you have to keep messing with this over and over until it finally works. I lose about 5-10 mins by messing with the bugs each time I exercise. It keeps reminding me that I haven’t exercised in days when really I exercise everyday. The only good thing about this app now is that the membership is cheap, just like the effort put into it. When my membership expires I will not be renewing, I tell everyone to avoid these apps due to the lazy developers.

    Please refund. I accidentally downloaded this not realizing there was a cost. I do not want this app! Within seconds I worked to get this charge off my account and so I shouldn’t have to pay for it as I didn’t use it.     Rarely updated. I used to love this app but after months of doing the same workouts over and over, it would be nice for the developers to release some new workouts . It’s been months since they’ve updated this and even then, it was only for bug fixes. For the amount of money they charge, they should release new content. I’ll be searching for something new
