   Very anti-machine. If you dont use actual weights dont even bother with this app

   Will not notify or refund you after free trial. Just dropped $43 on this because it failed to notify me that my free trial was ending and it renewed me for a year. Apple will not refund you.

   only if you need weekly alert. This helps if you do need that daily/weekly reminder to get up and work out, but the app itself is a little clunky to operate and some of the exercises are under very specific names. No skullcrusher but you have “lying tricep extension” ??? Also I imported my data from Hevy just for it to delete all my imports after I logged a new workout. So my “ranks” went back to grayed out.

   Trash. You have to pay for this garbage. I just wanted to check my rank and also a bunch of this stuff is stupid. The taking a picture of your food doesn’t work because you can hide stuff underneath it’s so stupid. Trash app don’t download it

   Caution: $29.99 versus $79.99. Heads up before you subscribe to Liftoff! I paid full price $79.99 only to find out the very next day that a friend signed up, went to cancel during checkout, and got offered the exact same subscription for just $29.99. Same plan, less than half the price. I reached out to support hoping they’d make it right, but they refused to do anything or respond even after I explained what happened. Pretty frustrating when someone gets a better deal 24 hours later with zero effort. Here’s the trick: When you go to subscribe, start the process like you’re going to sign up then back out. A pop-up should appear offering you the discounted rate of $29.99. Don’t pay full price if you don’t have to. Just trying to save you from the same headache. You’re welcome! 😅

   Why do you force me to subscribe. You force me to subscribe when I haven’t even tried the product yet. I get I can cancel but I want to try it out first. Sorry I’m deleting this app. Looks cool but I don’t care to find out any more with a company who FORCES you to subscribe before even seeing anything

    Scammers. If you sign up for the free trial and forget to cancel they WILL charge you for the FULL year subscription. Do not recommend.

    Long set up just to make you pay. Yet another app with a long “collect all my data and then hit you with the payment screen”. Id rather just use gymstro.

    Audio. Can not mute the audio. There is a sound when you start/end a workout and when you track a set. These sound queues cannot be muted and will play through your phones “silent mode”.

    Can’t make an account. I was very excited to try this app and then I went through the whole thing and set up the free trial, then couldn’t make an account went through the whole thing again couldn’t make one, updated the app and still couldn’t make an account. I wouldn’t have cared to leave a review but the fact I can set up a free trial without an account is ridiculous and if I’m charged I expect every refund possible

    Bad app. Overall it doesn’t seem like a bad app but it’s so confusing to know how to cancel your 7 day free trial. I tried asking support but I still am yet to hear back on how to cancel it or even see if it was activated.

    Be careful with cancellation. I used the free pro upgrade for a week and while it was nice, I will not be able to work out in the gym enough for it to be worth the money. So the day my trial was set to end I cancelled and it charged me for a full year. I tried to get a refund and even though I was still on the trial end date was told that I was not eligible for a refund. I’ll use it when I can but definitely will not be renewing again at any point in the future after this.

    Waste of time. You can make workout schedules easy but has useless pop ups and to use any of the interesting features like seeing what your ranks are for specific muscles you have to pay. If you want this for free get a better app with less pop ups.

    Bad to go. May be good for people just starting, but other than that the workouts it generates are pretty amateur. Even when In the Highest setting I feel like the workouts arent good enough. And the Ai Scan isnt as accurate, making the whole year subscription absolutely useless.

    I despise this. Yes, I do work out and I’m sure this is a good tool, but it’s UI is completely ripped from duo lingo. As well as being a subscription. There is no originality and you want me to PAY for it??????? I despise subscriptions for apps enough already, but it’s very unoriginal as well

    Shoving the subscription down your throat. The app is great I love it, but Jesus Christ after EVERY workout it wants me to buy the subscription. It’s so annoying. If it had something like generated workouts, programs, of stuff like that it would be worth it. But it’s lifetime tracking and seeing your ranks. That should just be free. I’m Not paying money for something that should just be a part of the app and not behind a paywall.

    Can’t sign up and support is worthless. Trying to sign up for the app. Willing to pay full price for the year. Will not let me create my account, keeps saying Unexpected error and to contact support. Support does not respond. No way of calling it’s only email. It doesn’t save the set up questions so you have to constantly fill in the initial forms, it is tedious and annoying. This app was recommended by a friend and I am very interested but I will be canceling and moving to a competitor if it’s not fixed in a timely fashion.

    Poor support. The app was fun and worked great for me during my free trial. However I canceled the subscription before it renewed, but they still took the money from my account a week later. The support team has been none existent, not responding to either email I’ve sent them. Unfortunate waste of money.
