   It’s not calming when you can’t sign up right. For all the wonders classes, this app may have signing up has been so impossible that after a half an hour I’m still not signed up. That’s not yoga.

   Unable to sign in. I purchased a Groupon code which was a three month reduced price membership. I wanted to trial this app and see if it was worth it. Unfortunately the only options I get when I download the app is to do a free trial with an obligation for a full priced membership. It does not give me any opportunity to use my Groupon code and when I try to put the Groupon code under coupon code, it says it is an invalid code. It feels like a rip off. Why would the yoga collective advertise coupons through Groupon if they don’t give customers any way to redeem them. I have reached out to customer service at both Groupon and the online app without any response. I feel like this is a bit of a scam.

   None of the videos actually load. I have tried this on multiple devices. Virtually none of the videos are actually available.

   Auto charge. Never received an email that I was going to be auto renewed for another year. Just had the charge on my credit card. No notification from yoga collective that I was up for renewal or that it would automatically charge me again for another year. 👎🏽👎🏽

   Not well put together. I would like to see something more put together. More yoga options and better instructors. It’s too cookie cutter and I find better classes on YouTube.

   Charging my account when I’m not a member. I canceled this app over a year ago I can’t even login to any existing accounts. It does not show up in my subscriptions yet they are still charging me for the 2nd year in a row without even having an account

   Billing. They make it impossible to cancel your subscription and will continue to bill even after you’ve contacted them.

   Can’t stand this app. I made the mistake of paying for a year but I can never seem to find a class that I like. The videos seem low budget and like not much effort or professionalism was put into them. On top of that there are always bugs and it messes up my phone where I have to reset it. I finally deleted the app even though it’s paid for. I’d rather pay for something else that has good content and works properly.

    Free Sessions. On site a scam. No area on sign in on free offer. I refuse to place credit card information. If free is a scam!!! I would appreciate more honesty if it is in fact FREE. Site doesn’t allow a “nickname “ to be placed.

    Bad customer service. Charge me for a year and I signed up for a 3 month trial. Giving scam vibes. Hard to contact and couldn’t even find the email without downloading app. Attempted to locate contact info through website and that was a fail. Terrible.

    Problem not resolved. For the 4-6 weeks the app worked for me, I loved it. Then one day, I couldn’t log in. Contacted YC and they told me there was an update, the issues should be resolved, try again. I did with no luck. Subsequent follow up with YC lead to no resolution and they told me to contact Apple. Which I have - 3 times already, with no response. I have paid for an annual subscription and cannot access. Very frustrated.

    Poor design. The videos rarely work and they charge without permission. I purchased through Groupon and cancelled and was still charged. I tried to use the app and the videos rarely play. Very dissatisfied

    Continues to auto renew even after cancellation. I decided to try this a couple of years ago. It was a nice app but I just didn’t use it. Last year it auto renewed so I was stuck with the payment. This year I cancelled well in advance (well over 6 months in advance), only to find a charge in my credit card AGAIN. This is unacceptable. There is no way to contact them to straighten it out either.

    Don’t waste money. Bought this for a daily yoga routine, but there’s not too much in terms of basic daily yoga practice. The teachers do not lead well, and a poor variety of classes. You can find free yoga classes online that are better.

    Poor app. So this is on my iPhone but not Apple TV now Amazon and it doesn’t airdrop great so you end up trying to watch it on your laptop or tiny device. It’s just really not Setup to be easy for the user. Overall I like the videos but I got this using a $3 Groupon and I wouldn’t waste anymore on it frankly. I’d this doesn’t get more user friendly I will be cancelling. Right now it’s more of a annoyance and I really don’t use it.

    Wishing for diversity.... ... of any kind. Seems that their teachers are mostly thin white people. Would love to see different kinds and colors of bodies of different abilities.

    Couldn’t get it to work. I installed the app, created an account and password and signed up for my seven day free trial then the app froze. I closed the app and try to start over but I could not login. I tried forgot password but it said there were no users with my email address (which auto filled by the app by the way). So I have no account but it is set up in my iTunes to start billing me in seven days. Kind of a bummer, I was hoping this would work out great.

    Disappointing. I wish I had cancelled this before I got charged. I tried this as a cheaper alternative to more expensive programs but you really get what you pay for ...I find the teaching very poor quality, I have done several videos with unbalanced sequences where they do something on one side and not the other which is my biggest yoga pet peeve.

    don’t waist your time. I upgraded my iPad and everything became a mess. i began using the app since the start of covid-19. it was great until I upgraded my iPad, then things have turned south fast. 1st the class types disappeared, after complaining the came back. but then they added a search bar that covered up the class type options and you can’t close it to see the options. the final straw was finding a class I liked (now a real struggle) and it would pause for no reason at all. It got so bad at the end that it was pausing every 1-2 minutes. don’t know who is in charge of this apps coding but they ruined a completely usable app.
