App Will not open. The subscription is paid for and cannot get past the subscription window. I need to figure out how to get refund. Useless if it will not even open. I do not even who to contact!!!!!!! Help

Poor Customer Service. I cannot get past the sign up page even though I’m already a subscriber. Click on app support and it’s just a rabbit hole not even related to the app.

So far not impressed. I’m having issues getting into app. I bought a year membership and the only way it seems to be able to open again is if I buy a new year! What’s up with that. I guess it’s a bug but not a way to build confidence.

Senior in Denver. I completed the beginner level with no issues. I started the intermediate level and completed the first session. However, when trying to start session two the app is no longer available to me. I attempted to contact their assistance but the address to email them doesn’t exist. I feel like I have been cheated. I won’t purchase anything from this developer again.

Lost Data. I completed the beginner mode then went on to the second mode. I logged in today and a free trial popped with no option to close. I closed the app and when I clicked back on the app all my history was gone and the only option was to start the beginner mode over. I tried emailing the support team and the email was returned stating address not found. I paid for the year. Not happy!!!!

Unhappy. I paid for a year subscription, and after 2 months that subscription has disappeared, no reply to email inquiries. I was enjoying it, now I am ordering how I get my money back.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. This is a fraud! Find a different chair yoga app. Dozens of reviews talk about being trapped in the subscription and being charged even after you cancel. I was enticed with a stupidly low intro price and went for it. That price went from $0.68 to $54.54 when it ran through my PayPal! I’m still fighting to get a refund

Bad business practice. Very disappointed in customer service. The app automatically renewed before the subscription end date and then a bot denied a refund.

Not easy to cancel. If a person wants to cancel their subscription, there is no easy way to do this, and the info is not in the faqs. This should be made easy to do, especially for seniors.

Berate it prompts are dangerous. Downloaded and got a prompt for a rating, opened app and got another rating prompt, tried to rate it and got yet another rating prompt. Hey I think I’ve selected the wrong app and will get a different one in order to make it to an actual chair yoga routine and evaluate.
