   This is a Scam App. They will trick you to signup a free trail which will renew monthly without notice. There is no easy way to cancel subscription!!!

   Unauthorized Charges After Subscription Cancellation. This is a serious scam. I canceled my subscription on June 9 and then again on June 21, yet I was still charged for both June and July. I contacted the company by email, and they refused to issue a refund, even though I have screenshots showing that I received confirmation emails stating that my subscription had been canceled. Charging customers after they have canceled their subscription is completely unacceptable. I have clear evidence that I canceled the service, yet I was still billed and then denied a refund.

   Neurodivergents, BEWARE, too expensive & no refund NO MATTER WHAT (predatory jerks). This may be a lovely app, I wouldn’t know as it was never compelling enough for me to use it. But it was paired with an app the purported to help with ADHD so I got the free trial. I don’t think I even tried one workout. Then it auto-renewed an ANNUAL subscription that was over $200. I reached out to customer service immediately to explain the situation and ask for a refund. Nope. “The renewal was processed correctly” so they can’t offer my money back. They can see that I literally NEVER used the app. Charlatans. If you know you’ll cancel in time, maybe give it a try? I can’t speak to the app itself. If you want a $200+ app that has reasonable customer support, STEER CLEAR OF THIS ONE.

   Beware of Auto-Renewal. I was charged again for another 3-month subscription, even though I only used the program for about 3 days and did not intend to renew. When I originally signed up, I paid $24/3 month. This renewal charged me $53, which was both unexpected and significantly higher than the original price.

   Not good. There is no way to perform walking and yoga poses that require you to lay down unless you are in your house or a gym. Not what I thought and I gave it a month. Now trying to cancel my subscription.

   Subscriber Beware. I signed up for the free trial of Effecto, not realizing that I also signed up for Walking Yoga as well. I have never recently any emails from Walking Yoga. In December, after being charged $19.99 for the Effecto app, I contacted customer service requesting a cancellation. They processed my cancellation for Effecto but never told me that I also had a subscription to the Walking Yoga app (remember, I’ve never received any emails regarding the Walking Yoga app). Now 6 months later I am being charged $219.99 for a yearly subscription for Walking Yoga. I contacted Effecto and requested cancellation and a refund, especially since the charge incurred a NSF. Once again, I am told it has been cancelled but a refund will not be issued, there is no mention of the Walking Yoga app. I found the cancellation email from December and contacted the company again, stating that I have the cancellation email proving the cancellation request. It is only then that I am told that I was charged for the Walking Yoga app and that Effecto & Walking Yoga app are two different subscriptions. They canceled the subscription but still will not issue a refund. This type of app incorporation is deceptive and misleading.

    Renew your plan without consent. misleading free trials, unexpected subscription charges. I made sure I took only one month plan but month later charge me 139, when I email to cancel they cancel me but refuse to refund . Bad app keep people money . Usually if app is not being use and if you cancel me then refund me money . You took the plan that you charging me money I no need the plan give me money back

    Horrific Company. I found the Ai coaching a rip off. I could have asked any ai for free. And when i politely declined continuing my subscription, they billed me anyway and have argued the entire time. Worst customer service for an unremarkable app. I wish I could leave zero stars

    Stay away. Recommended to download with Mindway App, but wildly misleading that you are signing up for a recurring subscription with a different company on a different cycle (one every 4 weeks, one every 6). As best I can tell these companies don’t even attempt to provide value, but exist to try to trick buyers into paying unclear subscription fees.

    Fraud. I would not join this app. They are thieves. I canceled my subscription before my trial was up and they charged me $80. And they will not refund my money even though I have the email saying they canceled my subscription. Like everything else you can not talk to anyone on the phone it has to be done through email. And now they are not responding from me. This is a fraudulent company DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING!!! They THIEVES!!! Unfortunately I have to give one star or I can’t send this.

    Not trustworthy!. I signed up for this app for the introductory price. I didn’t get to explore the app so when I got charged the full price, I immediately cancelled. I received the cancellation email then just today about a week later, I got charged again! I emailed customer service to issue a refund and even provided a screenshot of my cancellation email only to find that “the $30.99 charge I saw on March 5 is for my Mindway app subscription, which is a separate service.” I never subscribed to additional services! Please stop scamming people who are already struggling to live a healthy life.

    Don’t Get the Free Trial. Don’t get the free trial, just look elsewhere. They won’t send a reminder, will take your money, and refuse to give you a refund even if you were not using the app. Not an honest corporation, they’re just trying to swindle people out of their money. The app sucked anyways. Didn’t even use it for a full week.

    Just another ….. I signed up, thinking I could use this, tried to go out and get off of the app on the normal place that I do and it’s not there so you have to actually go into the app to do it and it wasn’t abundantly easy so I feel like I just paid $45 for nothing

    Not a Match. This could be valuable for someone who has nature and space (as well as time) to walk. I found the 2 days of workouts I tried mundane, confusing to follow (they incorporate some yoga breathing, arm exercises while walking) and too lengthy. I was ready to stop after the first workout and pushed myself to try one more day but still disappointed and did not find it was a match for my fitness needs.

    Frustrated. I wish there was a way to leave a no star review. When you sign up for this app and pay for the first month, you are automatically signing up for an ongoing subscription. They don't tell you this up front. The only way you will know that is if you read the lengthy terms and conditions. Furthermore there is no refund if you don't like the app, or if you discover you have been charged for another month unknowingly. The cancellation process is only by email and hard to figure out. The yoga itself is minimal. Read the reviews on Trust Pilot, too. Buyer beware.

    Cheat in subscriptions. They manipulate the user and keep cheating for 6-9 months. First they will give you free trial but force you to install other apps. So they force you to activate trial for other apps before they give you trial. All apps will have different trial period and they payment information entered once is shared to all apps. Before ending trial they will send you email for different domain so it get missed. End of 3 months they will charge first app renewal. You will cancel that it’s fine it will not come again. But then after 6 months they will charge other apps before with big money as annual subscription, and before that to they will send email from different domain so you didn’t notice that. I am not sure why apple is allowing these kinds of apps who are cheating with apples loyal customers. I am sure by creating no one becomes rich, to become rich you need to add value not cheat.

    DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. I cancelled my subscription and they still comtinued to charge me twice. I requested a refund and they did not give it to knowing I canceled. They do not have a Customer service where you can talk over the phone only via email. When they did email me it was 6/7 AM ET. The worst experience and a fraud company! Do not even think about downloading it!! They are fraud!

    If I could give zero, I would. They took $220 out of my bank account and refuse to give it back. They said I signed up for an extra “add on” but I haven’t seen any proof of that. Also said I received a notification email, which I didn’t. They are offering to give half back but I’m still very frustrated with this company.

    Poor App Layout, Difficult to Cancel Subscription, No Refunds. Didn’t even use the app. Instructions on their website tell you how to cancel subscription but are incorrect. Must cancel by contacting support instead. Didn’t offer refund for same day payment and proof app was not used even after discussing difficulty canceling subscription and subscription not showing up on Apple page. Customer support is a nightmare because it’s just bots. Be careful if trying this app.

    Scam. The app wouldn’t scroll on my iPhone and the information couldn’t be seen. When I asked for a refund, they refused, saying it was the fault of my iPhone 14. This is their business model provide a faulty app and refuse refunds. I hope to meet the owners in person so I can teach them a serious lesson about why you shouldn’t scam people.

    THIS IS A SCAM - DO NOT DOWNLOAD. This app has a free trial set up that will not show up in your Apple subscriptions and then 6 months later will charge you $220!!! Their cancellation process is difficult and they are very sneaky. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. It’s not even a good app!! You can get things just as good for free on other apps.
