   Wellbeing Minutes Off. I don’t understand why the app shows my total wellbeing as X but then shows Y in the leaderboards. There’s no detailed stats or a breakdown of where your wellbeing minutes are. Someone could just be watching videos in the apo and doing nothing but racking up points. Least impressive of the challenge apps but works okay for videos I guess.

   Search not working. Love the app but the search function isn’t working. I have the latest update. Can this be fixed?

   This app is not free!!!!!!!!!!. Just as most things anymore that say free app this is not free whatsoever!

   Doesn’t let you sign in thru employer. I saw this app on my employer website and my health insurance website. Said let me try it out. Website lets me login with company info. Then it showed me the app. Downloaded it tried logging in. Keeps backing up to previous page in app before I can log in

   NOT FREE TO USE. What a scam. The description clearly states this is “free to download and use”. Then talks about monthly subscription options that you can get a free trial to try. But when you try to do use it for free, you can’t without a “free trial period” which of course requires you to input payment info. There is not actually a free version at all. This is false advertising! It should only say there is a 14 day free trial period and not that it is free to use. If the description had been clear about that, I may have actually done it. But now I won’t even give it a try because I feel lied to. Not cool.

   Nothing is free. This app requires you to sign up for the premium before entering the site even though their App Store description says it’s free to download and use without it. False advertising!

    Not free. The app is not, in fact, “free to download and use.” The second you open it it asks you to either log in to a preexisting account or pay the subscription, with no exit option available. I cannot afford this right now, and I made sure the description said it was free to use before downloading. Very disappointed

    App freezes. The past week has been very frustrating. Programs continually freeze. Sometimes on the same second count every minute. Same on cellular as WiFi. Nothing like getting the heart rate going and then come to a sudden stop. Please fix!

    Can’t log in via employer. I cannot login to use the app at all. When I try to login via my employer, it opens up safari and I can log in there, but I’m never able to log in in the app. So frustrating!!

    No free version. The description implies you can use this app (I’m sure with limited content) without a subscription, then *also* mentions there’s additionally a free trial that will automatically roll over into a subscription, but it seems you can only sign up for a trial, not use the app free of charge with limited access. The developer either needs to update the description language to remove the “free to use” section or update their app to include free limited-content access (not trial period).

    Why don’t they tell you the cost before installing??. This app costs $15 a month!!!!! Way more than any other app I’ve bought. No thanks!! Deleting it. The only reason I got it was because of my work health insurance- there’s a way to save money on our premium by using Grokker. When I signed up on Grokker online, they sent me an email suggesting that I use the app. No mention of the cost. And in the App Store, no mention of the cost! So strange that using the website would be free, but the app is $15 a month. (They give you a 2 week trial for free, but the cost is $15 after that.)

    Protect your money from these thieves!. Using this company costed me so much wasted time and money. I tried to cancel the subscription, online and over the phone. Though they said it was cancelled, money still came out every month and Grokker refused to refund me for the unused subscription. Finally I had to go though my financial institution to block future charges because Grokker would not stop charging me!

    BS. After applying for free trial the app wasn't working then it wanted me to pay for a month so pretty much no free trial for two weeks like it was stating, just wanted payment...no thank you!

    Log in doesn’t work on iPad. I have not been able to log into my account on the iPad app. After I put in login and password, just get the spinning circle forever.

    Nothing new. Been here for a year. Absolutely no new yoga classes. Zero. It’s like renting a set of dvds. Cannot for the life of me figure out who gives this 5 stars.

    Videos won’t play. When I try to play a video, the app shuts down. I tried 3 times with the same results. Also, I read somewhere it can support chrome cast but not sure if it does. (Did not get a chance to find out!)

    Videos locked in zoomed in view in iPad Pro 10.5 inches. I love Grokker on Desktop, but this is an App review. The videos are locked in a zoomed in view in my iPad Pro 10.5”, I wouldn’t mind the extra upper and lower black rectangles, as long as I’m able to see the full content of each video. Right now I am unable to see what’s happening in the screen because the videos are locked in a zoomed view.

    Deceptive one month "free" trial. I signed up for the "free" trial and only after that received an email that I would have to cancel it in less than a week in order to not have my account charged. I then lost access once I canceled. So, I guess they should be more honest and say you get one free month if you pay. But not a free one month trial. I never even had a chance to try the videos. I did attempt to schedule videos, but the calendar feature never worked for me.

    SPAM trap, misleading. The app didn't really work for me, and I didn't want to pay, so I uninstalled it - now I am on a SPAM mail list that I can't get off of. It makes me log in to the 'account' I thought I deleted, which I can't, to get off their list. No simple unsubscribe link without going back to their app (deleted). It's a huge headache and I wish I'd never tried the app. These sort of marketing scams are really unfortunate- I DON'T WANT YOUR SPAM!

    Not what it appears!. This is a free trial! It should say that in the app description, not inconvenience the user, and save the time to uninstall and leave this review.

    Cannot Log In. Cannot log into the app at all. Tried logging in, Facebook, and even creating a new account. Nothing worked, never got beyond the log in screen. Very disappointing. I'm glad they had a free trial & I didn't pay for an app that doesn't work!
