   No option to cancel my subscription. Hi, I want to cancel this subscription but don’t see any option. It’s really bad to get people into the subscription without any option to unsubscribe. I don’t like the app as I thought it would do sugar level test also, which it doesn’t. Please respond me with steps to subscribe. Otherwise I will instruct my card company to treat it as a fraud transaction.

   Poor app. Consistently gets my heart rate way off. Too high compared to manual check which matches my watch readings. By way off I'm mean 40-50 bpm too high. I paid for the app and totally feel it's worthless!

   Limited. ‘Can’t really do much with the free version except measure pulse rate - my watch and my treadmill can do that just fine and probably more accurately since my watch provides a constant 24/7 record. I have a BPM which works fine (and has been calibrated against my physician’s). I would’ve been interested in some of the other functions, but wasn’t going to submit cc or other personal data just to check them out. The app did respond to my finger on the phonecam (returned pulse rate).

   No free trial once you pay subscription fee. I am out $29.95 after thinking that I could cancel my subscription during the first seven days of use. There are no refundable subscriptions.

   Doesn’t work.. I’ve tried for two days to get this thing to take my initial BP or anything else. I’ve read all the instructions, and done what it’s told me to do. Nothing happens. I get no acknowledgement that its noticed my account—other than just enough to collect my payment. I wrote them last night. I haven’t heard a peep from them. No acknowledgment, nothing whatsoever. I’m now going to try to get a refund from Apple.

    False advertisement. Shows you checking your blood pressure with the app. But it doesn’t.. It only tracks it when you enter it from a blood pressure cuff.

    Not as advertised. Comercial made me believe it would read my blood pressure and blood glucose from my iPhone

    Misleading!!! Only measures heart rate -glucose, bp, oxygen saturation are only for logging. If all you want to do is measure heart rate this app works ok but I would not have paid $29.99 for that feature alone. This app has no ability to measure glucose, bp or oxygen saturation. I would request a refund if there was a way to do it but since there isn’t this app feels pretty much like a scam.

    Inaccurate. My pulse is 75 not 127. Tried multiple times and it wasn’t correct. Oh, and the add is a lie as well, it doesn’t take your blood pressure.

    Misleading and no ability to try all features unless you pay. From the ad, it appears to take blood pressure. In reality, it only measures your heart rate, something my Apple Watch does just fine. It does not measure blood pressure. It’s really hard to analyze much else about the app unless you pay, which I would never do without at least a trial to see if the app provides any other benefits beyond the Apple Watch.

    Don’t be fooled, doesn’t measure only tracker.. Don’t be fooled, it doesn’t measure blood pressure. It only tracker for the measurements. Useless for me, and no refund even you found it 5 minutes after purchase. Disappointed.

    Ridiculously priced. How many of these reviews are actual people. At $10 a week how many people are really going to buy this. Admittedly it would be a great app but since I won’t pay their price I cannot make an accurate assessment on their accuracy.

    Useless app. I bought this thinking it measured blood pressure. It does not. It only measures heart rate and does that inaccurately. What a scam!!

    Useless. The app didn’t work. It wouldn’t register my blood pressure, even after several attempts. When I tried to contact them via the support email address they posted, I received a message that no such address exists. I paid for a year for nothing.

    Don’t Purchase. Mine is way off. Can’t cancel for a year.. I thought the BP etc was way off. It is. I just left the doctor. It says I have 120/80 each day. Mine norm is 90/60. Today at Dr it is 111/54. The things the program checks are the same daily with no changes. I kept sending messages but no reply. Now I can’t cancel for a year. I advise against signing up for this. I’m going to check with the fraud unit to see if they can make me pay for a n app I only had for a few days that doesn’t work. Ugh.

    Very disappointed. Does not do what it says. It’s rather misleading and only measures your heart rate. Does not measure your blood pressure or sugar levels etc… it just gives you a place to enter in those stats manually. If you have the equipment to measure them yourself. I believed this app was able to measure those area but alas, No. so I’ll be asking for a Refund - Thank you !
