   Saturn should be accessible for all. I was able to access Saturn before the “new update” occurred, and now I am unable to use it because it requires an update that only accommodates newer iPhones. Mine is an X and I can no longer use Saturn because it opens at a screen that says to update, with a button that leads to the app store, where it kindly informs me that I’m unable to update the app because my phone is too old. I can’t get past the “you need to update” screen so I can’t use the app anymore. And my school literally doesn’t have bell schedules anywhere. The old app was fine, can I use it without having to update? Or better yet, give older phones the same update? Thanks for your time, Disgruntled and sleep deprived student

   AI feature is useless. It used to be a good scheduling app before you depended on an extremely buggy AI system for scheduling. I’d much rather manually put my classes in, because everytime i put a photo of my ACTUAL school schedule, it asks for a school-wide(???) schedule instead. Deleting.

   Not as advertised. Advertised as a ADHD calendar, you are forced to enter a school before using, asking only after putting in all your information. Potentially a data farm.

   Glitchy. This app is so incredibly glitchy, first whenever I tried to put my schedule in it would not add my glasses, no matter how many times I tried, so I had to manually add them only for the app to change the days so that the classes show up on the wrong day and it always goes back no matter how many times I fix it. I just deleted it.

   Couldn’t even use it. I’ve tried every possible way to get into Saturn using my phone number and every single time it has not messaged my number. Can yall fix that please😭

   I do not like the AI schedule creation feature. I would like to create my own custom schedule due to the fact my school runs on a block schedule and not the normal 6 hour schedule.

    Issue. it keeps having me send the verification text to log in, but i never get the message with the code. also had my mom do it with her phone number and it didn’t work then either. they should have and option to verify with your email if it’s not even going to work.

    Unusable. Won’t even let me look at my schedule because there’s a big update screen in the way, then when I go to update it I’m not allowed because my phone isn’t recent enough. Mind you it’s an app for students, meaning people who likely can’t just buy a new phone, and that isn’t even tackling the fact not everyone can afford a recent phone. Classist and ageist.

    Friend request not working. Whenever my friends send me a request it doesn’t work but the notification says someone friend requested me and whenever I go to there profiles it says whoops something went wrong and has been doing this for a while now

    It’s getting worse and worse. When you allowed students from other schools join your actual school, half of my friends either left this app or closed their classes, this update was bad. Moreover, now, you made that none can see your schedule unless they are your friends, not people from your school, making this app useless. I hate those updates. Please bring back what was a year ago, thank you.

    Why do I need iOS 17 to open the app. The app says you need iOS 17 and then some people who can’t download the iOS 17 update because of reasons like phone storage etc can’t use the app at all. You should be able to open the app without needed iOS 17 update like before.

    Too many glitches. Half the time, my classes don’t appear and I don’t get notified for things I’ve scheduled like practices or extracurricular activities.

    Wanted to love but couldn’t. I am normally all for a education type calendars as they are normally easier to set up. But this one was HORRIBLE. I have a busy schedule 8+ things due everyday. It keeps asking for me to share my schedule which is great and all if I could actually make my schedule. Adding events are a pain especially if you have more than 1 for each day. And then for all the AI that’s been made you would thin you could get one to change topics for you. But no you have to go in and change every single topic for discussion posts by hand. It’s also not great with online courses, I really wish it had a button that had online courses so I wouldn’t have to fill out meeting times/dates and classroom locations.

    Stupid. The app will not let me change my birth year after I accidentally chose the wrong birth year. Now I cannot log into my school because the stupid app wont let me leave the college category. Stupid stupid stupid app.
