   No backup. My tablet had hard drive issue. It did not sync to iCloud. Lost everything. Did not sync to other devices. Why pay?

   It is not reliable. Do yourself a favor and look for another platform. I have a very busy schedule and rely solely on a calendar app. I tried this one, created an account and even paid the premium membership. In two different occasions it deleted EVERYTHING with no explanation. I didn’t even sign out or did anything that would make the app reboot. Probably an app for a school girl with no important tasks

   Pro subscription with no access. I signed up with my Apple id for login, paid for the pro, but can’t access the app due to an invalid error.

   Erased most of my calendar. Used this app for years and it was great. It recently glitched, signed me out and erased everything from May of 2019 and on. I had several upcoming things scheduled for work and had to go back through emails and texts and call clients to retrieve all the dates and times. I emailed them and the app trouble shooting address but they have not been any help. It has been really frustrating.

   Unusable. Won’t let me sign into a former account. Can’t retrieve a password as it doesn’t see the account and won’t allow creation of a new account (even with a new email address) to be created. A totally unusable app that I’ll now delete.

   Terrible Customer Service. I’ve had this app for two years and I loved it until it lost my login. It won’t acknowledge my lifetime subscription so I’m basically out $40. I have put in many emails and the company has not responded.

   Disappointed. Free 7 day trial didn’t work for me. I tried the 7 day free trial, but was immediately charged $19.99 for the year subscription. I contacted Apple and requested a refund. I would still be very interested in potentially purchasing the subscription IF I could try it for 7 days!

    I cannot access! 😭. I paid for a lifetime subscription a few years ago and got a minute I stopped using it. Now I try to go in and it doesn’t recognize my email or my password!! I tried to write privately but it says it doesn’t have an email. What’s happening?

    Mismanaged. The subscriptions are totally mismanaged. I paid for a yearly premium subscription, but my iOS apps still shows me the upgrade to premium ad. If you have an android device and iOS device and a Mac none of the subscriptions connect. I use lots of apps and I’ve never had the problem syncing or subscribing that I have with Planner Pro. It has a nice interface, but a lousy management system… Avoid!

    It’s just gone. I woke up this morning and my schedule was wiped clean. I’ve been using this app for almost 2 years. I pay for the premium use of the app yearly. I relied on this app. I trusted this app. And everything is gone. I’m going back to paper.

    Account randomly deleted. This was my all-time favorite planner app after experimenting with like six different options. I’ve been using planner pro for years and tonight and it randomly logged me out and is now saying there’s no account associated with my email. I had my whole life in this app and now it’s gone!!!! Plus I had paid for the add free version and now I’d have to repurchase it and put all my events and tasks back in if I create a new account. For sure not worth it. I’m so mad

    Can’t even contact them. I wanted to try out this app and had a question - clicked on contact - wrote my email and it won’t send! Tried three different times. They ask that you contact them before you leave a poor review. I TRIED!

    “Free” trial. Don’t make me pay for it to get the free trial. Let me use it for a week & if it’s any good I’ll be glad to pay for it. Evidently you don’t think your app is any good.

    Glitchy, Poor UI and Bad Customer Service. I subscribed for a few months and liked the app a lot. But it does not sync accross devices and one of my devices is completed locked out because I am told I need a pin to sign in but I never even set up a pin in the first place. Customer support just denied an issue. There are better apps out there with much better reliability and customer service.

    Not very pleased. The notes are not organized by day and tasks not easy to use. They were very quick to charge with no confirmation for charging after trial period. Kinda shady.

    Seriously??. I was getting ready to use the Planner Pro app for the upcoming year and started to look through the quotes at the top of the pages. The quotes are overwhelmingly from white men - I had to go two months into the calendar to find one from a woman, and then there were only a handful in the entire year. There is even less diversity. And the app creators actually used several quotes from Richard Nixon…seriously? Do they even know who he was? Fortunately, you can turn off the quotes in settings but the lack of understanding about whose wisdom would enhance the user’s experience is disgusting. Deleting this app. It’s insulting.

    LOST DATA. Do not download this app. Even if synced with other calendars, you will, at some point, lose all your important dates. Wiped clean, wont sync with google calendar. COMPLETE RIP OFF! DO NOT PURCHASE!

    Dark. The small font is starting to become too small the older I get. Wish you would provide an update for a larger font than the one available.

    New version is just awful. Loved this planner until the update. The new version is just awful. Hard to work with and almost impossible to get past information from. Go back to the old version cuz this one stinks.

    Current Calendar is difficult to maneuver. I’ll check out the new one but the current one is the worst! It’s just hard to maneuver. And at the end of a month or close to it, to go back and forth is a nightmare! I’m checking out other calendars.

    Purchased but won’t give access. I paid for the premium version 9/4/23, but can’t access any premium features and keep being told I have to buy again. The FAQ makes it pretty clear that this is a frequent problem, but the solution offered isn’t available. Very disappointed.
