No hay sincronización. Existe un falta de sincronización entre completar una tarea desde las notificaciones y creando tareas con Siri que no aparecen y no envía recordatorios a menos que necesariamente vuelva a abrir la aplicación

Horrible Interface. This apps SUCKS. It’s impossible to add members, I literally only wanted to add one member to a project and it failed over 20 times. The interface sucks. Instead of it being easy to use and track, the setup itself was a nightmare to navigate and the page so messy with the multiple video and to do idea options
- ★★★★★cross-device sync is unreliable
Delays in updating the data and data loss. You change it on iPhone app, it can’t sync, overrides by desktop version, you lose your updated data. Ongoing problem for years.

Trash would be putting it politely. Massive waste if time. Another SaaS product that needs to die huge what AI can do. Tried it for the Ramble feature and nobody in product was smart enough to allow a text input?

Doesn’t connect to apple calender. Can’t use it for anything, doesn’t even connect to my calender? Built for iOS? Useless app.

No Apple Calendar Integration. No Apple Calendar integration in 2026 is insane. You won’t be able to add your calendar events to Todoist unless you use Google Calendar or Outlook. There are a lot of people that don’t want Google or Microsoft to have access to their personal calendar. Unfortunately, Todoist doesn’t care about those people.

Support not responding. I’ve been a paid subscriber for over 8+ years. Lost access a week ago. Restore doesn’t work. Support not responding. Already submitted two tickets 7+ days ago.
- ★★★★★privacy and excessive permissions
Useless Trash - & Privacy Concern!. Privacy concern because they have access to your data and there’s no opt out! Every platform I’ve used has an opt out except this one. Also - the app is useless. I didn’t increase my productivity in any way using this app. They keep sending annoying emails and spam notifications daily and trying to get you to upgrade. Also the interface is horrible and totally unintuitive. Total trash app how does this have 5 stars, unreal.

Missing important feature. This application does a great job with task management. But it’s missing a major feature. It must be launched and running in the background to use quick entry or to receive notifications. There should be a helper file running in the background at all times, even when the main app is not running so that no notifications are missed and quick entry is available.

Disaster. Upgrade erased all future items and reverted back 2 months

Why take away the swipe to select option. Now I have to use both hands because they depreciate swipe to select. Makes working super hard on my phone now

Great with one major flaw. ONE STAR! Todoit is great for solo tasks, quick tasks, reminders, labels but it COMPLETELY FAILS at team stuff. How do you miss something this obvious? A whole @mention system with zero way to actually see them. It’s like they built a killer solo planner then forgot the “team“ part. You text someone, they get pinged but good luck trying to find it later without scrolling through every SINGLE random alert in their notifications section. Feels lazy honestly, like why even have mentions if there’s no way to surface them? I reached out multiple times but no replies. Looks like I may have to look for a better team application unless this gets fixed soon

Customer Service is Nonexistent. I recently purchased and annual subscription to Todoist but unfortunately the app doesn't appear to recognize that I did. I submitted a support ticket (actually several) since there is no way you can actually speak to a human and they have yet to address this concern.

Horrible. They’ll take your money & support never answers

App unusable with current bug. Cannot add a task - when you click the red plus button (or any other option to add a task) the creation window pops up but then the whole thing freezes. I have to then force close the app and have not been able to create any tasks through mobile app. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and it still doesn’t work.
- ★★★★★crashes, freezes and errors
Buggy.. I’ve deleted and reinstalled and still can’t add a task or create a new list. I click the red button and every field is non responsive and I can’t dictate. Fully can’t use the app bc of the bugs

update. it sucks. they got rid of the general tab which is the most useful list and force you to date everything. also many features are now behind a pay wall
- ★★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific
Waste of money. The app is no different from a regular to do list. I dont think it helps with organization or productivity. I want my money back

Latest Update deleted all new tasks from my Wedding folder.. Hopefully I will just happen to remember everything I have to do…

My todos are gone after update. I installed the update and my todos are gone! Also nothing happens when I click on the plus sign, this is so buggy.

No longer supporting older iOS and shutting down!. I’ve been paid a user of this app for years. It’s helped me manage my cognitive needs as a part of my disability. Some of the updates to this app have made it less accessible and when I’ve reached out, I’ve never gotten a response. Now, the developers/management have decided to no longer support devices below iOS 17 and they are shutting my version down. My devices STILL work and I cannot afford to buy new things. These business decisions are made because the bottom line matters more than access and people with special needs do not matter. That is a horrible thing to experience. I can’t express my disappointment to loose access (and the energy I’ll need to use to learn something new) when this app stops working across my devices if I don’t spend money to get new stuff. AND the browser isn’t supported on a mobile device when they shut down the app! Their response to my “no longer supported device is that I can use it on my other devices. For the well-healed crowd apparently! And they just charged me for another year and none of my devices work!
- ★★★★★an update broke a familiar workflow
Not for Mobile Phone Users. And purchase this app, as it was highly recommended by AI. Although this it has some nice features, it is designed primarily for desktop and businesses, not individual mobile phone users. 1) you were unable to easily sort your task by context such as phone errands, etc. compare this to Apple reminders she’s basically a one and done. I updated the app just now to see if some of the issues were resolved, and they were not. In fact, they were worse. Sort by contacts, which is foundational to the clarify step in GTD, go to browse, select filters, choose one filter (if you choose more than one, it won’t even sort at all), go back to inbox, and you’ll see just the items in the context/filter you chose. The new update changed this so that it’s even less convenient for mobile users. 2) lack of easily accessible Health Center for mobile users when browsing for a help help topic. The mobile app did take you to YouTube. The YouTube videos show you how to use the feature you’re searching on the desktop version. If you’re lucky, there’ll be a small section at how to use a feature for your phone. I could go on, but hopefully you get the idea. It’s really quite pitiful.

A great app but…. I HATE apps that constantly remind me to leave reviews. Todoist… thanks for the reminders.
- ★★★★★subscription and paid restrictions
Do not purchase. The payments make it through your bank account but not the software. It is apparently a regular problem for this app. No money and no premium features.
- ★★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific
extremely inconvenient. Todoist needs to be constantly reminded of the name of the list again, when adding tasks to the list.
- ★★★★★subscription and paid restrictions
Multiple tiers buyer beware.. I purchased the pro plan at $7 a month to find out it was the “legacy” plan so it would not let me do the newest features which were the ones I wanted. They wouldn’t refund my $7. So the just stole it.
- ★★★★★crashes, freezes and errors
Broken. Forced updates broke my list. Now when I log in I see teams and no task list. What a terrible experience. Hope my data isn’t gone, can probably only view on web.
- ★★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific
Waste of $60. A simple function of showing all future occurrences of a repeating task is impossible, and the help section directions do not match to what the app actually shows. Fundamentally flawed app.
- ★★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific
Confusing. I need to focus a lot to understand the app. This is frustrating

Icon badge persistent. It’s beyond frustrating that I have a badge on the icon saying I’ve got a notification, but when you open the app, there is no clear indication where this dumb notification resides. I check the notifications, empty. I HATE not being able to clear notifications because it makes me think I haven’t completed something
