   Getting more and more expensive. It used to be free to sync earnings automatically then went to $72 a year now it’s $108. Ridiculous

   A little to much info. It asks for your username & password for any platform you use for the “sign in process” 🚩🚩 I see a potential data leak coming. Your information could be getting sold, hacked and so on. Do not ever link your uber or dasher, etc to an app that makes you login to it so they can see what type of data you have. I wouldn’t download it that’s just me.

   Stay away!. This app is trash. The mileage tracking works periodically but when your job is to drive you need it to always track your mileage. $15 and it did not work. Was unable to get a refund through the developer or Apple. Scummy.

   Why am I getting pop-up ads on an app that I’m paying a subscription to?. I am paying for this app every month but now it just added pop-up ads whenever I start the app. I am already paying for this app I should never see an ad.

   Useless unless in big cities like ATL. One of this apps main selling points was that it can give you insights into when the best time to work!- except it only works in big cities, despite my city being the 2nd biggest city in the state bahaha. What a joke. Uninstalled immediately.

   Inaccurate Miles. I’ve tested multiple times. Mileage tracker is very inaccurate. I drive around 120-200 miles a day and the mileage tracker is off by 5-10 miles per day which isn’t a lot but if you’re doing gig work full time this could lead to thousands of dollars of missed deductions. I’ve tested this out by taking before and after pictures of my odometer, at the start of my shift and end of my shift. it is always inaccurate. I’ve also ran another milage tracker (Stride) at the same time, and “stride” was accurate to the tee, while Gridwise always came in short. I ran this test multiple times. Very disappointed because the earnings tracker is very useful. Hope they can fix this.

   False advertisement. This app is a false advertisement do not use. They will only charge you and use you as a guinea pig to work for your own money.

   Beware - they steal your money. I canceled my subscription. They ignored the cancellation and charged me for another month to add insult to injury. They said they would continue charging me. This is fraudulent. I have reported them to Apple for fraud. I have screenshots documenting everything.

    Can’t Log In, Can’t Get Reports, No Help. One of the worst apps I have ever used. I needed my yearly report to do my Uber taxes, and I tried multiple times to have it sent to my email, but nothing ever arrived. I checked my spam folder and everything still nothing, recently I tried logging back in, but for some reason I had been logged out and couldn’t get back into my account. I attempted to reset my password several times, but again, no email was ever sent. Nothing! I even tried contacting customer support, and they never responded. Completely useless support and a very frustrating experience. I even paid for their service, which makes it even worse. Definitely not worth it. I will not be using this app again.

    Where is my receipt information?. Again, you guys updated this app in wiped out all of our receipt information. Something needs to be done about this. This makes no sense that I have to go back and re-put in all receipt information all expense information from last year. This is ridiculous.

    Not worth the membership at all. Doesn’t track all miles. Not worth it.. Only tracks miles with passengers. Which is the same thing Lyft and uber does. And doesn’t correctly input miles.

    DO NOT LINK GIG ACCOUNS. I got the app this past week, and as part of the process, had to link my dasher account. Someone then used that information to login on my account and called me and phished more information out. Thankfully I called the real dasher support and changed my password. This app is untrustworthy with account data. User beware!

    No customer support. My Amazon flex has been “syncing” for 8 days but no data loads into the app as it does with other gig apps I have disappointed would like my money back as there’s no point for me if I can’t utilize the features that I signed up to have

    Not a good app. This app , is not good for uber The navigation is slow to respond. Sends you pass the pick up location. Trying to get a hold of someone @ uber is impossible. Need to get better navigation maps. Not waste management. Also I’m a handicap driver. And I get out of the car to help passengers. And I come Back to the car. And be cause I help People I get hit on cancelations. Fix this app.

    Airport Arrivals. If you’re looking to be updated on airport arrivals this is NOT the app for you. Gridwise refuses to update their arrivals information on their app until hours later when the info’s no longer useful to you. They do love collecting your money whilst giving NOTHING in return. Worst experience with an app Everrrrr 😩😩😩

    Bad. After a year of using premium - I don't plan to anymore. I'm deleting the app. The UX is made by a person who doesn't like people. You can't find anything in the app at all. It's almost impossible to view the reports you're interested in. As for the functionality, the app absolutely always incorrectly displays synchronized earnings after a couple of months. In a word, you can never be sure of the numbers you see. It's absolutely useless to have hints about which area brings in how much money. Downtown is always the leader and you can't see the others. Overall, the idea of ​​the app is great. The implementation is as bad as it gets.

    I CANCELED THEY STILL CHARGED. I cancelled the trial before the charge, they still charged and it says it’s cancelled and will not renew after a month later. They shouldn’t be charging me this, because I already cancelled before the trial ending.
