   Don’t do it. Bought this and it wasn’t compatible. Cancelled immediately and still charged and won’t give me a refund. I emailed the developer directly so we will see if they acknowledge me. Also apple support was very rude when I wanted to escalate things. one customer service agent told me I’m wasting my time and the other one tried mansplaining how they’re billing works instead of addressing the issue which was the refund request. HEY APPLE!!! the developer emailed me back and said refund was all on you even though you said they declined the refund. That’s really freaking messy. So who’s lying to me?

   Do not buy this. Been trying to reach them since day one. Their support brings you to a fake page. No number to call or email to write cause it just gets blocked or bounces back.

   Fake. I paid the subscription only to find out it doesn’t work for 2018 Honda Civic then when I tried to email them about getting my money back it was a fake email address and when you try to contact someone through the app it sends you to a completely different website. Don’t waste your time and especially money with these deceptive people!

    Doesn’t Work. I have been trying to get a refund because the app doesn’t work. I payed for a yearly plan because I thought it was a good deal, only for it not to connect to my car. When I click the link to get a refund it takes me to a completely different website. I have tried to email them and it seems that the email doesn’t exist anymore. So now I don’t know who to contact or how to get my money back.

    Does not work and can’t get a refund. This app will absolutely not connect to my car, despite the information given claiming that it is compatible. I have not been able to get any kind of response from the company and Apple refused my request for a refund. So, be cautious before subscribing.

    Do not waste money on this app it’s a scam. Little to no information about what is needed before you purchase app. After purchase I found out I needed to spend another $149 a year on a Ram app access to even to use this app. No trial just a scam had to buy this app before any information was shared. Now that I have wasted $99 I have an unusable app and no customer support. Save your money!!
