   Horrible app. This is the worst app used To schedule any service. It shows you a positive sign on the right of the service already. Why? Tap it and then it’s now negative. Does this mean you don’t want it? I Need it. App never lets you know to check your email to confirm this is you as it will allow to schedule any service appointment, But it never goes through because you never confirmed your email that this was you. What a waste of my time.

   Service records. It would be nice if after servicing a vehicle the service record/invoice automatically uploaded to your app. I’ve tried to manually upload service records and I usually get an error message.

   Can’t make reservations. Waste of time. Never lets service appointment to complete. Always gives “There was a problem processing your request” error message after spending time setting up everything. Have to call store to make appointment so the app is useless!

   Trash. This app won’t allow you to pay your credit card bill due to “connection issues” and asks you to try again later. It’s been this way for years. The online service is just as terrible and shows your balance in Euros, not USD…… Trash app….

    App Glitch. Would give better rating if the app actually did what was supposed to do I’ve had to re-input the information for different times seven appointment to meet three different times to get the app set up and the coupon I was supposed to get did not even happen

    Frustrated with Firestone. They don’t get the job done what they promise you I took my two vehicles there and I’m still having a trouble on my 2010 Nissan Titan with the noise on the front tire passenger side I took my 2014 mini Cooper to rotate my tires. I got my flat fixed, but I didn’t get my tires rotated. You cannot trust Firestone. Because they don’t do the job, right

    Fake reviews?. How is the apps has such high star and pretty much useless. I opened the apps, it cant load my vehicle. When it does load, it error accessing my services history. When I book appointments, it let me book in time slot that unavailable at the store. Etc

    Car History GONE!!. Have used app for about five years. Now I cannot locate my Toyota Camry hybrid LE. It is not in the options so I can book an appointment for this car to buy tires. Very disappointing this makes the app absolutely useless for me because I cannot put the Toyota Camry hybrid LE into my garage.

    Appointment Scheduling is a farce. I go to Firestone for most of the work on our cars. When I saw they had the ability to schedule an appointment using the app, I was excited. I used the app to schedule an appointment for the following day. I got a call later telling me that the Firestone near me doesn’t honor appointments made using nthe online appointments scheduler, but that they would be happy to schedule an appointment with me over the phone.

    Tune up causes car to run inadequately and check engine light comes on permanently. The check engine light was not on when my car was brought in for a routine tune up. I did not have any prior problems to bringing my car in for a tune up. Shortly after getting a tune up on my car the check engine light came on and is still currently on. Suspicious is that the timing, idle setting, spark plugs, wiring or cables need to be inspected again and necessary adjustments made. Engine components should have been checked more thoroughly before the tune up was supposedly completed. I expected after the tune up my car starts even more easier, runs even more smoother, and performs even more efficiently. Instead the car is hesitating, shaking, not running smoothly, not performing efficiently and the check engine light is currently still on today. I spoke with Mike, the manager @ Villard Avenue and he is committed to bringing my car up to the standards it was when originally before the car was bought in for a tune up. Sincerely, a routine tune up process should have been a standard job to perform. I am a loyal and longtime customer and expect nothing but the best service for the money paid for this tune up.
