   $20 paid version gone?. Works great but do not pay. I paid and now I no longer have access to the paid content. I guess they just want more money. I refuse to pay more. No where did it say yearly or subscription when I paid.

   This app is a cruel joke!. This app online app is worthless if you can't access it! I've tried multiple times to update my password. It's says I'm successful and then the app still won't allow access. P.O.S.!!

   0 Star Rating. Too bad I can’t give it 0 stars. Only after you create an account you realize that the free version only supports 1 vehicle and you have to pay for multiple vehicles. So if you have more than 1 vehicle look elsewhere.

   Too many flaws. Edit: The APP forgot my login details. No excuse for this. Won’t allow entry without internet access, rendering useless in poor coverage areas. Uninstalled.

    Crashes. I just downloaded this app after a verbal recommendation that was confirmed by the online reviews. I was able to start an account, but every time I try to open the app t freezes then immediately shuts down. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and tried it on my iPad with no luck

    Buggy. Unable to add correct service dates. Every time I put in a date it defaults to current date. Also unable to delete account. Keeps telling me I have no connection. Ridiculous!!!

    Not the service I was looking for.. All I wanted was a digital diary of my records to the expenses of my car, mostly just for the fuel log. What I get here is a cloud service which might be great for some but what I expected was a digital log kept on my phone. When I tried logging in after a recent update, all my records have disappeared. It’s unfortunate but I don’t think I’ll be using this anymore.

    Terrible Update. Upon updating to the new version, i go to re-login to my account and now the app force closes every time I try to use it. Unbelievable. Please fix.

    Update. Updated the app today. Can no longer log in. Works if you go direct to the website but not via the app.

    Terrible!. I had accidentally logged out of my account a few days ago and I have been trying to log back in. It would tell me wrong password or wrong email, finally I decided to reset my password but no account was found. My account was basically deleted, gone, non-existent! Everything I had kept track of is now completely gone! Aside from my account being erased, the app was also slow and lagged. It would take a while for it to work well and when I tried using the VIN, it would say no car was found or the VIN was incorrect.

    Track multiple vehicles only for a fee. I was excited about this app because it allows you to track multiple vehicles. But they don't tell you in the sales pitch is you're allowed to track multiple vehicles for a fee. They should say that upfront that I would not have downloaded this app I deleted immediately will find one for free

    Disappointing. Good idea, responsive support, but the app just doesn't do math well. Often it can't compute the mpg, even though the data is there. I don't like that the data is stored in their server not because if privacy, but because it means it's slow or u available in rural locations where there is no internet.

    Report Issues. The service history report is flawed, in that if you add more than one image/photo to a single service record, it will only show, in the report, one image/photo, and not all images associated with the service history report.

    Disappointed. I'm totally willing to pay for a good or great app. However, an additional $9.99 to archive/inventory a second vehicle? $19.99 for a third? $29.99 for a fourth? RUFKM?! That's just straight up GREED. The app seems quite robust (cloud storage, photos, lots of areas for anything related to a vehicle). However, that also results in too many choices and too many categories to enter something simple like oil/filter change and tire rotation. In addition, it doesn't allow for quick entry of repeated services, i.e. Oil/filter and tire rotation must be re-typed each entry, as if it was the first time each time. PITA, especially for $4.99, then additional $9.99 for each vehicle. NO THANK YOU. An app called "Car Care" is much better and more user friendly.

    Lost All Records. I’ve had this app for several years & very sporadically updated 3 motorcycles & 1 car with repair & maintenance notes. For some unknown reason, after not opening for several months, all records were gone (but pics remained). Customer service was responsive (hence 2 stars), but of no use because ultimately they couldn’t come up with any valid reason this happened. Idk. Use at your own risk I guess.

    Login?. I just want to track oil changes and other maintenance so I know when to do it again. I don’t need the cloud to access my data anywhere as I can look at my phone anywhere. I don’t need fancy reports and I don’t need to track mileage as my car display already does that. Like most apps, overkill.

    Problems logging in. I’ve had nothing but problems most time trying to get logged in. I use the app once a month. Whenever I reset my password, it won’t take the new one and I have to log in under Facebook or google which I don’t want to do...still looking...

    Not Worth It. Basic information can be kept anywhere. This app ONLY allows for 1 vehicle unless you spend big bucks to upgrade. Editing of notes is an issue. Don’t use an apostrophe in naming the vehicle or you’ll get foreign letters built in. Just a plain terrible app!

    Needs to streamline. The basic functionality works fine. Getting to it is another story. 99% of my entries are fuel fill ups. I have to navigate way too many forms that take too long to respond just to reach a new fillup page. I manage one vehicle so why must I specify the vehicle? If I must, then move the menu options into the vehicle summary window. That way I can click the fillup I am also specifying the vehicle. Give me a new fillup option. Don’t make me go through a fillup-summary page first. Come on guys you can do better.

    Hello it’s 2018. Design looks like it was made for someone who is 75 years young. Buttons are massive and interfacing with app is clunky, which makes the app itself feel like a senior citizen. Also, when I go to the “Reminders” section you recommend a few standard services to add (like oil change) and then proceed to give me those standard services as choices to choose from, complete with recommended default values. Haha psych! you don’t..Which means I could just be using my default Apple “Reminders” app. Cool idea. Poor implementation.

    Crappy. They want 9.99 to add a second car, which is a lot. Still the app is so far from production ready. Usage on iphone X is awful. All the icons are unreachable out of screen impossible to click. Lack of basic designer’s touch. Looks like crappy android app ported to ios, rating is so overvalued. There are much better FREE competitors on market, keep looking.
