   Stopped integrating. Hurdlr has been good to me for years but stopped integrating with my bank and required me to manually import all my income and expenses. At this point it would be better not to pay for a subscription and just make an excel spreadsheet.

   Doesn't even work!!. This app is good in theory, but twice now the app has stopped tracking my mileage when I PAY for it. The first time, my motion tracking somehow got turned off. Fine. This time? It's been on this whole time. I make my payments and everything is set as it should. So why do I have absolutely no tracking for this year? It's April tomorrow and I have no mileage tracking, which is literally the point of this app. So that's 3 months, $30 down the drain paying for this app. It's also hundreds maybe even a thousand miles I don't know how to track or fix, which in turns affects my taxes. Inaccurate and disappointing.

   It kinda works. So I went with this one because it integrates with square, but I’m not sure what expenses are what now. It has a hard time distinguishing the different types of square fees and the payroll taxes

   NOT RECOMMENDED. Breaks up trips into multiple segments if you stop or are stuck in traffic and you receive a ton of trips that should be all in one. Constantly disconnecting from my bank and having to reconnect. Definitely not worth $99 a year. SHOULD BE A FREE APP NOT PAID. RIPOFF

   Won’t save any of my locations OR auto-tag routes. What am I paying for? The auto tagging has never worked properly for the two years I’ve used this app. It costs me a lot of time. Now it’s stop saving locations. And it’s always way way off on my tax estimate. I’ll be canceling soon. Update: the app lost two months of this year’s data. They keep gaslighting me claiming the data was never recorded.

   APP stopped tracking mileage. I have been using this app since 2017 to track my mileage for my real estate business. When I went to pull my mileage logs for 2025 for my taxes it only pulled from January through mid May. I assumed there was some kind of glitch in creating the spreadsheet so I reached out to customer support. Instead, I was made to believe this was my fault and that somehow settings changed on my phone “all of a sudden” that I’ve never changed in all of those years. the app itself shows “no issues” (yes, it literally shows those words!) with my mileage tracking and yet it didn’t track any of my mileage. I now will have to manually create mileage logs for the majority of last year costing me time and money. When I asked for a full or partial refund of my most recent subscription which just started in November I was told no - even though the app has not functioned at all since May 2025. do not recommend.

   LaMona. It always shut down. I pretty much missed the whole half of the year thinking that it was recording and it wasn’t. Not reliable.

    Ridiculous and Unhelpful. I tested out the free version for a year (2025) to see how I liked it before upgrading to premium. It was not user friendly or intuitive. Basic tasks such as repetitive information was never stored or remembered, insisting on numerous manual duplicated entries. Then, when I went in Jan. 2026 to export all of the mileage for tax reporting, ALL OF MY DATA HAD DISAPPEARED!!!! Needless to say, this has been an infuriating experience.

    very confusing. I paid for an annual membership, but it didn’t say anything to me about having to turn on tracking and I had no idea it wouldn’t track starting when I paid. It was tracking before that, but I can’t get to those trips for whatever reason, I think because I had a free membership for a limited amount of time, but it was all very difficult to understand.

    Incomplete transaction data pulls. I’ve had this software for a number of years. The theory is great, and when it works it’s great. The last 3 years when running taxes for my business I’ve found that the data pulls are incomplete. Leaving out random months of transactions causing the need to manually audit data, really eliminating the main value of this program.

    Considering Switching. Woke up today to find that 5 hours worth of data just went up in smoke for no reason at all. This is going to take hours for me to reconstruct. After years of using Hurdlr I expect better. Customer service is taking their sweet time getting back to me. As someone who drives for a living this is unacceptable. In considering switching to a different app going forward

    Starting charging big fees. I had been using this app regularly for over a year, and all of a sudden, without notice they started charging huge monthly fees. Very disappointed, I would be happy to spend a reasonable fee to do mileage tracking, but this is ridiculous.

    Overcharged!!! SCAM!! STAY AWAY!!!. I canceled my subscription to the apple subscription tab and they still charge me and on top of that it’s not $99.99 they charge me $199.99 this app is a scam!!! I provided them a photo that I canceled my subscription and they still charge me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!!!

    Not operating properly. I have put air tracking on and it doesn’t consistently track. It is frustrating and I have to manual do it. Also, if you stop for a long light or other delay it stops tracking then states again so tracking can be “choppy” .

    Not User Friendly. Hi, I used to have TaxBot but they sold to Hurdlr and their site was user Un-Friendly. I have my assistant put in my expenses and I can’t see them. I can’t even find where I can log out of the app. There is so much potential for this app but I can’t even use it and I’ve wasted time putting in receipts. If I had not already paid for the year I would use a different app or just keep them manually. It’s just so sad I wasted this much money on an app that I can’t use. I will keep trying but it’s useless. I would not recommend this app.

    Stopped working.. App stopped connecting and tracking mileage. Checked all settings and it should be working. It isn’t. For any price of a subscription, there is no reason I need to enter everything manually.

    Stopped tracking miles with free version.. It stopped tracking a few months ago and is demanding $80 to keep doing what used to be the only free part of the software. Very frustrating and hasn’t proven itself at all to me after such an epic failure.

    DO NOT TRUST!. Was using this app for years, and found out 2 months later that during apple updates, it will reset settings without you knowing and lost 2 months of mileage as professional driver as a result. Paid for a subscription and got nothing out of it during that time and they won’t refund the money. This is the way they treat customers that has been with them for years! Customer service is terrible! As professional uber/lyft driver you don’t want to trust a company that treats you like that and lose that much data. Not worth the risk.
