   Consistently fails to send messages. My wife and I are about to get rid of this app and look for an alternative. We’ve been using it for about a year whenever I travel and over that time we have had multiple instances where one of us would send a message only to find out later it was never received. This app is not reliable at its primary job and therefore I cannot recommend it to anyone.

   Doesn’t work anymore. Keep receiving messages but I can’t see anything. My partner gets my messages just fine, but I can’t see hers even though I get notification

   Doesn’t work. We have loved this app up until recently. It has an encryption error and we can’t log in. I deleted and reloaded the app. Some issue. Since the app doesn’t work. There is no reason to have it. Sad to see it go.

   Upgrade. The upgrade is a big problem where the promises of a better system it really is not. Gif and videos shows as still pictures. Have reached out to them several times and they told me it was fixed but still after several months the same.

   Glitchy. App deleted all our messages after a few days. Even after entering the encryption key they could not be restored. Very frustrating and ruined the whole purpose of the app. I don’t even want to try again with this app.

   Disappointing. I was disappointed in this app. The only real feature is the blur. You can’t save photos or videos without paying AND you can’t delete them without paying. All the ads are for religious companies and I have been getting emails from these companies too. I don’t appreciate having my data sold.

   They will sell your personal information. A few weeks after I started using this app I started getting spam emails I didn’t sign up for regarding marriage counseling, retreats, etc.

   App keeps deleting messages. Glad it’s working for some, but not for us. We’ve deleted and tried to restore multiple times. My partner can’t see any of the messages I send, and then they get deleted after a couple of hours anyway. Zero customer support. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS APP.

    File Size Limit?. The file size limit restricts large pictures or even very small videos. I can’t sent a 15 second clip? Even after paying for the upgraded version? And there is no mention of file size limit in the app that I can find Come on, team. We can do better than this.

    Find another app. It sounds like a good idea but the issues are to many. Videos and pictures either don’t up load for the sender or they are unable to be received on the other end. It should be a simple update. The creators don’t care. There are years of complaints about the same issues and it’s never been fixed. Find another app.

    Very buggy. Constantly get errors like “can’t send message”, and there isn’t a way to ask for help or report issues. Zero response from the devs. Definitely not worth the price until things are fixed. Is it even maintained anymore?

    Could be great but…. I like the app the only issue I have is that I paid for the video feature and it doesn’t work. When I reached out they said the feature was for 20sec clips, which is frustrating. I’ve tried short clips and those doesn’t load either. It also won’t allow us to send GIFs we created. I’d gladly change this to a 5 star if the video and GIF sending is fixed.

    Umm…. Has anyone not noticed this??. Great idea for an app, but one GLARING issue. Let’s say my kid has my wife’s phone and is watching a show. I send her a message on the app. The notification pops up and she taps the notification. It takes her right into the app. No password or other verification needed. Now my kid can see everything mom and dad have been sending each other. Yikes…. Put some sort of authentication on there anytime you come back into the app and We’ll use it. Until then hard pass.

    Loved it until. . .. My husband and I have loved this app until the last week. I paid the cost to have all of the available app options unlocked so this is very disappointing. I’ve had to delete this app and reinstall it almost every time I’ve wanted to use it. Hoping this gets fixed asap. . .

    Videos don’t stay. We’ve been loving this while I’ve been away traveling, but after a couple days or so you can’t even rewatch the videos in the gallery. I didn’t see that there was a time limit on posted videos. Really unhappy about this 😤

    Encryption Error prevents any use. The content and concept are great. But as soon as I paid for the subscription it forced encryption which doesn’t work and now I can’t use the app at all. And they have a warning about “report it if this doesn’t work” so they know it’s a problem. How irritating to have paid for an app that’s now useless.

    Post update issue. Will change to 5 after fix is made. My wife and I enjoy this app a great deal, it makes for worry free and fun communication. There was an update today, that, unfortunately has left the app basically unusable for me, as I’m unable to access the “chat” portion of the app, it has a loading notification that says initializing for over 20 minutes and one phone restart now. Beyond this, the app is intuitive and enjoyable to use, but currently, at least for me, unusable.

    Be careful. You can send photos with the free app, but you can’t delete them without PAYING. Then, once you pay, the photos still will not delete. Do not recommend. Steer clear of this app.

    Not ready for market. This app has the concept just not executed correctly. Constantly glitches and photos come across at 50000 letters completely ruining it when you get a sexy photo that you don’t get to see. Then you have to try and get the wife to do it again. Possibly free until all changes are made.

    Wish I could give this a negative. this app is continually failing me and my wife. She uploads pics, it fails. I get a notification but then I can’t open them, I upload things and She can’t open them. nothing is showing up in the gallery. after having paid the full price extra to get the bonus features, I couldn’t be more disappointed in an app that I was super excited about. Now we just get the pinwheel and it says failed to decrypt/download messages. every time we open the app and I’ve tried everything. The app lags even when trying to get to the settings. I don’t know what else to say or who to talk to?

    Video Uploads are a Joke. My husband and I absolutely love the idea of this app, especially for intimate conversations when we have four children at home. However, one thing we were really looking forward to sharing are some videos, and the longest video I can get to upload is 45 seconds long. To share videos you have to upgrade, so we spent the $50 to share videos. Sending short little video clips is NOT what we were intending, and there is no warning before purchasing that you are limited to small videos. It’s a total waste of $50. The other features are nice, like blurring the images in the chat and sending the messages as a notification that has no preview, but if we can’t send longer videos the fee 100% is not worth it.

    Doesn’t work well at all. The idea and concept of this app is amazing. We love the ability to send pictures and messages that are not connected to other messages. I love the blurred out images. However even after paying for the yearly subscription we’ve lost so many pictures and messages. The app constantly glitches. We tried the encryption code but that didn’t work. I am so surprised that there are so many positive reviews. We have updated phones and are great with technology. The quality of this app is very low. We are very disappointed. I wish there was something that functioned better.

    Was a great app until recently. When we first started using the app, it was great. Recently we have been having issues. It gave us a decryption key error, we attempted to restore, but continued to give us this error. We created a new encryption key and lost all of our messages from before. Just to not be able to see any new messages still. so we deleted the app a few months ago. We now came back to attempt again, created a new encryption key and still having the same issue. Very very frustrating.

    Everyday My spouse and I have problems with the app. My spouse and I have a daily message after we have sent messages stating, “ you have some messages that can not be decrypted.” Then one of us will chose the restore button, then we have to put our key in and hit the restore button. And then our precious messages disappear. Very Very frustrating. This app is not helping us have privacy between us. I am sought after speaker for conflict resolution within couples. I have promoted your site for at least 1000 couples. Please help me or point me to a privacy app that initiates intimacy not frustration

    I’m done with this!. We’ve owned this app for a couple of years now I’d guess and, although there’s some great aspects to it, it’s often too buggy and won’t work. I’ve contacted support once and got a weak attempt at a fix and then they went radio silent.

    Frustrating. I want to love this app because the concept is great. However, the bugs have gotten worse since we initially downloaded it over a year ago. Our biggest frustration is that videos of any size cannot be uploaded to the app anymore, which has not always been the case. (You can record something in the app itself, but that process isn’t very user friendly and doesn’t offer fun editing options.) Texting also takes forever in the app. If they fix these two issues, it will be a fantastic option for couples!
