   Hate it. Currently unable to log in. Sends me a secure link. Link doesn’t work. Doesn’t pull up the app. Pulls up the web page, which isn’t the app, and doesn’t pull up my account at all. Reinstalled. And did everything tech support suggested. Still can’t get in.

   Use Any other App. Never in my life have I had so much trouble logging in, adding a wallet and sending BTC. Would not take my authentication app code. Downloaded another authentication app. Still will not take my codes. At this point i am done with Swan!!!!!

   Garbage Company. Actually, glad it took them so long to set up my account and that I never actually utilized them after reviewing all the one stars and comments talking about accounts being locked and how difficult it is to get the bitcoin that they purchased plus the spread they had is more than average, which makes up for the fact they have no fees.

   Withdrawal and support issues. I have been attempting to withdraw funds from my account for a month. When I click withdraw, the app tells me that withdrawals are temporarily paused and to contact customer service. I have reached out twice and have no response.

   Looks Appealing but Seems Hollow. They seem to offer a decent, helpful platform for buying and storing bitcoin and other services for such. However, understand that if you need customer support for largely anything, you may not get a response. My bank account has been “under review” for three weeks now. Swan has been completely silent to my communication — two emails and two help requests sent over the website — no response whatsoever. Unfortunate.

    Fees still charged @under 10k. There is a problem with the app in that you should get your first 10k in btc purchases without a fee, however, after accumulating almost 5 k in purchases the fee starts to appear. I notified customer service but this error hasn’t been corrected . So it appears this is false advertisement until they are able to fix this error as now i see a fee every time I try to make a purchase

    No ach for months!. I don’t understand how this brand is so popular. I haven’t been able to buy BTC since early November and also had all sorts of issues even seeing pricing back then. Very frustrated that they’re making us miss all this low price time - yes I can wire now but it costs $30 each time I wire from my bank. You also can’t convert to cash in your account … very limited capabilities Updated response: I did contact support multiple times, it was down from November to March and it now restored. Not a great experience.

    Terrible Company. Their support is terrible, their policies are terrible, the app is terrible and most importantly their premiums they charge are terrible. Stick with COIN or HOOD. Tried a small amount of money out and closed after 1 month.

    Nightmare Custodian. Pray that you never have to deal with their horrible custodian Equity Trust. The irony is that digital assets were supposed to liberate humanity from the fee-monsters known as asset custodians. I’m guessing now the fees will just be worse because you can’t do anything on the bitcoin blockchain w/o incurring fees.

    Becoming a Scam. This app use to be legit, but now I am finding that they have switch custodians twice within a small amount of time and now withdrawals are taking forever. Ironically I am taking a small amount for a car repair which is being done today but thanks to these guys I may not get the funds in time to pay my mechanic. This experience has shown me that fiat still rules all economies because I can Zelle funds and get them instant unlike BTC where it takes long as molasses dripping down a tree. How can this new technology be the future of payments if it can’t do a simple withdrawal? Was a huge supporter of BTC but this shows me I was wrong. Will be closing my account once I get all my funds out.

    BUY ELSEWHERE!. This app was suggested to me by a good friend who invests in bitcoin. Everything was fine for the first few weeks. App kept prompting me to set up various authentications but would give me a code too long to input. One day tried to log in and was FORCED to set up Face ID. When I did I was immediately locked out of my account. Unprovoked and communication on their end was poor in terms of resolving the issue or actions to take for moving bitcoin. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

    Terrible experience. Swan has had my bitcoin for months and will not allow me to download to my trezor 3. I have wasted weeks of time and still no response or resolution. Also the spread was extremely high…triple that of binance and kraken.

    Horrible account setup process. Glad I didn’t wait around for my account to be setup. I asked for statue of account setup, no response. I asked for the account to be closed, that never allowed me to put money into, they responded within 5 mins and closed the account. Get real. Seems I dodged all of the negative reviews.

    was FORCED to leave the app. set up my face i.d and of the sudden i got locked out of my account?? so you told me to do one thing, i then follow said instruction and when i do it you CANCEL my account!? 😒 it came out of nowhere. i was so blindsided. i’ve heard horrific stories from people telling me to be careful using this app cause they kick out customers out for no legitimate reason just cause they can. customer service will give you the run and around just to cancel your account smh. i have been consistent buying bitcoin and using the app then they pull this stunt. this app is straight dictatorship. no second chance and no explaining your story. just sad..

    Use KRAKEN instead. Locked Account for no reason. Wasted a month of my time trying to open an account, just to be locked out (1 MONTH OF DEALING WITH SIGNUP/VERIFICATION ISSUES). Then decided to try *KRAKEN*. Was able to sign up on the KRAKEN App in 5 minutes and set up a DCA in 10 seconds. DONE!

    Terrible broker. Sent small wire, funds and account locked. Requested bitcoin withdrawal of purchased bitcoin. Denied. Resubmitted. Waiting 7 hours so far. They claim 0% fee for first $10,000 purchased. This is not true. They add 0.5% spread to their pricing so even if you do not pay a “fee”, you do pay a spread to them. Other exchanges charge 0.25% or less. Other exchanges offer instant or within 1 hour withdrawals. Their customer support is nonexistent and not helpful. Once I receive the Bitcoin I purchased, will be closing my account. No advantage versus other, much better exchanges.

    Worst app ever. They promised referral bonus and I had 5 people sign up which means I should’ve gotten 50 bucks and when I messaged them they just told me they were fixing something and when I got back to them to ask them where my referral money was they never responded.such a scam. Also they say they give you 10 bucks just for signing up what a lie. I never got them.

    Withdrawals take forever. For some reason whenever I make a withdrawal which I prefer to do on the weekend for lower network cost it seems like they won’t allow it. It takes 1-2 days, that’s absurd. Almost as if they don’t have the coins they sell to you, then have to purchase so you can self custody. Every other site you can purchase and self custody within hours. I’ve purchased thousands from these guys and will never make that mistake again.

    Disappointed in a platform that doesn’t perform. I am a new customer and was extremely disappointed in it’s customer service and its platform. As I was reviewing how to add funds into this platform. I noted its different approach versus other platforms in that you needed to wire your funds to their bank But it didn’t provide my account information As I was reviewing I thought I accidentally wired a transfer without my knowledge. I noticed that they didn’t provide full details other than theirs for the deposit of my money into their account. I decided to give a test wire with my bank and I had my banker handle the the process. I handed my banker the complete information supplied by Swan to complete the wire transfer He tripled check the information and had me sign to go through with the transfer. After an hour I received a call from my bank and the wire was rejected due to the account number provided by Swan. We reconfirmed the account number was correct as it was listed on their app My wire was returned and I incurred an extra wire fee for the return and fortunately only lost $25. Shortly after that I started having difficulties with the account and it was closed I’m not sure of Swan’s intentions to help new customers but based on what I experienced the wire deposit may be fraudulent in nature. I’m glad the wire service felt their account was not valid and that I didn’t lose any more money I would suggest staying away from this site and move onto a more reputable company and a better platform.     EMERGENCY!!!!. Hello to who it might concern! I was introduced to swan by my girlfriend and I downloaded the app last week and I deposited some money hoping I can start investing in bitcoin, so i tried withdrawing my bitcoin to my wallet, but I couldn’t and I got an email saying that my account was closed and I can’t withdraw any of my money back to my account or withdraw anything for the next 60 days! I cannot wait for 60 days! I have my rent money in that account and I have my girlfriend’s car bills in there,, I can’t wait for 60 days,, I can’t even wait for 1 week! I need to withdraw my money back to my bank account! So I can pay my bills please help me fix this!

    Freezed & deleted my account for no reason. My friend told me about this app & was good for my needs at the moment which was another wallet to store my btc. Upon creating my new account with a referral code i was gifted $10 which i converted to btc. For some reason the app kept glitching & made a deposit from my account for $10 without my knowledge or consent… & because i have my account setup to where i get a message to any purchases made i did some digging to find that i was charged with my knowledge. I contacted support which took a WEEK to hear back after multiple emails. To only find out my account was CLOSED ?!.. huh ?… no explanation no nothing.. they didn’t even bother to ask what happened. Extremely disappointed in this app & its support team
