Terrible app. Doesn’t really offer anything more than a planner, to pay 12 dollars is crazy

So many bugs. Frequently has issues with the api not being able to connect to the internet, also AI is one day ahead: asking to schedule something for today schedules it for tomorrow

Write a review. Each time I use the app I get asked to write a review, sometimes repeating requests. I like the app except for the overaggressive rating tactics
- ★★★★★excessive or broken notifications
Keeps getting dates wrong. I tell it to switch to PDT time and it does for one reminder and goes back to a different timezone and gets my reminders wrong

Overly reliant on AI. The only way I found to update my routines was through the AI chat bot. After 10-15 minutes of trial and error, I unsubscribed and uninstalled the app. The AI bot was duplicating entries, not following basics instructions (gym on certain days but not others), and was hallucinating and adding items to my routine I did not ask for. Might reconsider if manual edits are enabled in the future.
- ★★★★★the notification is the trigger without which the habit never fires, on Android it silently…
Predatory “Get Pro” button. Attempting to use the unpaid version of the app subjects the user to an animated “Get Pro” button on a 3 second animation loop. It sits at the top of the Todo and Reminder views and clicking on it once does not silence the animation. This is a predatory practice used in free to play mobile games and has no place in an app allegedly designed with neurodivergent users as a first class customer. The presence of an attention hostile gimmick is immediately disqualifying, and only goes unnoticed by the broader community because the onboarding workflow conceals it. (require account to capture name and email address -> brief user relief to select desired workflows -> full screen Pro subscription upsell with trial -> “Buy Now” animation only gets observed if user didn’t avoided the trial) Normally I would not ascribe this workflow to deliberate manipulation, but the fact that the Get Pro button never surfaced in my research indicates that it is either a new addition or has successfully prevented the majority of reviewers from observing it. Hard pass from me. A company doesn’t get to claim best interests for the neurodivergent and then use this in their UI design. It’s twice damning because it means they know exactly what they are doing.

Best UNHELPFUL ADHD app!. Provided a schedule for approval that listed tasks out of time order although they were provided in time order (meaning, 10:30a task placed first and 7:30a task listed last). We rejected the schedule and Tiimo switched languages without prompt from English to German. When asked why, Tiimo replied it could speak in English if that’s what we wanted. 🤦♀️🤦♂️When asked what it said in German it ignores the question until we repeated its, and it’s was asking for approval. The schedule it provided for today was labeled “Yesterday”. When asked why, Tiimo replied we’re working on today’s schedule don’t worry about yesterday. Wow! 🤯 AuDHDer’s have energy usage cycles and the Tiimo app burned every bit of morning energy in less than an hour! Finally, which should have been mentioned 1st is that an app (Tiimo) meant to help people who struggle with planning and follow through doesn’t have a built in reminder to let you know when you free 7-day trial will expire, and Tiimo actually tells you, you’ll have to check on that yourself!🤦♀️🤦♂️🤣😑👎! So needless to say we’ve cancelled already. Just for the sake of it since week we’re still in the 1st hour of our free trial, we attempted to set up a reminder, six days from now to check on the cancellation of Tiimo. We received 6 reminders for each day, over the next 6 days, to check on cancellation, excluding “Tiimo” as was requested as a part of the reminder! Yes, DISAPPOINTED and DISSATISFIED with Tiimo, recommending ADHDer’s AVOID Tiimo unless you need some MORE ANXIETY in your schedule. Maybe we should work on producing an app🤔

it wont merg my lists. done
- ★★★★★slow performance and long loading times
Terrible app. Slow and annoying. Not helpful. This app is so slow and it’s annoying. Does not help me organise, I had heard good things about it but not for me. Waste of time. So slow to just make a simple reminder note.

Cannot figure out. Doesn’t allow me to anything other than schedule for Calendar

Clunky and Inefficient. I downloaded the app today for the second time to give it another try. Similar to the last time, I found myself spending more time trying to get the AI to do what I was asking than feeling like it was helpful. I was trying to be optimistic, but unless the pro version has significantly better features… it’s not for me.
- ★★★★★a needed feature is missing
The ai is not properly tokened and needs a better RAG. Multiple times I asked it to make tasks for the next few days it created a task today and the tasks it said it would do tomorrow it set to do today. I will give it a week and if it can’t do that simple task I will write my own. This is a very basic prompt it should be able to do.
- ★★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific
Clunky, not efficient. Repeatedly says I’m not connected to the internet when I am. Created a thorough schedule and for two full days using Ai feature. None of it was transferred and all was lost. No tab on app allows you to re-access. Cancelled my 1 month plan after an hour.
- ★★★★★excessive or broken notifications
Too many notifications to rate the app. The app is cool. Helpful. But I get a notification to write a review after every single action I take, which is disruptive and annoying when I am trying to keep track of things and my momentum is constantly interrupted with additional (and unnecessary clicks) to say "not right now". So here's that review you've been harassing me for. Please stop asking me for one so I can focus on planning my day.
- ★★★★★subscription and paid restrictions
Required subscription. You have to pay to do literally anything. I wasn’t able to change or add most of my tasks without it asking me to pay for a very pricey subscription. It was absolutely ridiculous! This is supposed to be an ADHD helper but honestly this made it a lot worse. Do better company.

I have Au/adhd and this app is bs and it uses Ai, as the title says. This app is supposed be o be easy to use, NOPE. Pretty much the only thing you can do is add stuff from your calendar, jokes on you I can just look at that. Not to mention no need for ai, you need to pay for like anything more than to look at your calendar, and it’s just completely useless and a money grab The only reason they say “neurodivergent “ is because they want more money and being inclusive gets that, but when you lie it’s worse

Too many glitches. 1. The AI bot gets easily confused when you give it multi step instructions. 2. It stops responding when it’s confused. You have to start a whole new chat to try again. 3. AI bot does not add to the correct lists or dates. 4. When adding a task manually, the app will automatically change the duration multiple times, even after you set the duration yourself. Overall, this app is not worth the price. It needs more user testing and prompt bug fixes based on user feedback.

K. Keeps asking for ratings. Here you go

Bad UX. I work in web design and this app and web version are so hard to navigate. I’m in the free trial period now, but if I don’t acclimate to this poor design soon I’m canceling.

Customer Service. This app is neat and can definitely be helpful as long as it works. Syncing my calendars is super important for me and it has been a week at this point with no response from customer service. It is frustrating and I feel like this app is more expensive than I wanted it to be and is under serving.

keeps opening app by itself. fix this bug! this was the most frustrating thing i have ever experienced. i just wanted to close the app. and use a DIFFERENT app. and no matter what i did, it would open tiimo right back up. i would close tiimo out of my app switcher and it would STILL open the app back up. i could not even search for the app to delete it bc the app kept opening the app no matter how many times i'd close out of it. i could not even shut down my phone, it's like my phone was possessed. this turns me off from ever exploring this app. i'm so upset
- ★★★★★crashes, freezes and errors
Maybe worth it?. I got this to help with completing my tasks due to ADHD, but it doesn’t load right, will freeze on me, and is not intuitive on how to add tasks. I am now required to find answers about how to add tasks under sub headers because there isn’t an obvious “+” or “add task” button once you have a routine in. A good tutorial in the app would be helpful, but once you get this you are on your own with minimal to no guidance. I’ll spend my morning watching videos online about how to work this app. EDIT: I seem to have figured out how, but you have to pay $12 a month for the ability to add sub tasks. What’s the point of this app when the free version is so neutered? I don’t want to throw money down a well on something that may not work for me, but to do a simple thing like sub tasks is kinda central to the whole point of this app. There are other apps that do similar things but let you add steps under headers. This is a dud with how little the free version can do.

Bothersome. Here to get work done. Constantly asking for a review every time I open up the app has earned you a 2 star rating. Keep it up and it won’t get better.

I just upgraded to paid and it’s not working. The integrated AI is not working very frustrating

NOT for ADHD brain, wasted so much time trying to set up. Not good for this ADHD brain! I wanted to use this to schedule tasks and keep from getting sidetracked, but instead I’m practically in tears after wasting over an hour trying to set up my schedule. I used the AI “Co-Planner” and spoke out what I need to get done today, and it did add everything to my task list but didn’t suggest specific time slots as I had expected. I tried using the Co-Planner to edit and add time slots to all of the tasks (plan my day for me, as I thought this app was supposed to do), but it says I don’t have anything planned! I asked it to change the time of a scheduled task and it asks for the title of the task, then says it can’t find the task! The only way to change anything is to manually go into each task and update the time/duration, which I already have the option to do on my calendar app FOR FREE! The AI feature is also super slow on both PC and iPhone, and it stopped responding completely when I tried using it on my phone. Visually, I can see it being useful IF and ONLY IF it were easier to set up a schedule in the first place. I’m really disappointed in all of the ADHD/AuDHD influencers out there who have recommended this app and I feel like the good reviews have to be phony. I can’t see how anyone with a neurodivergent brain could honestly say this app helped them, unless they have someone else doing the setup and scheduling. Now I’ve wasted even more time writing this review so others with a brain like mine don’t suffer the same fate!

Glitchy and locked behind a paywall. This app seems to glitch no matter what, lagging constantly. Cool idea but I can get this same service without paying for it from other apps that don’t have a seizure every time I scroll… also, the AI features always make these types of app a horrific experience. I’d rather write it out on a piece of paper than deal with the dumb ai BS

Not good. I used to have this app and it was very simple and helpful, and using it was very easy and calming. It used to help me make a clear structured plan for my day easily. Now it has been overtaken by an annoying AI interface that makes it very difficult to operate or figure out. Disappointing.

useful, but ruined by AI. I used to love the aesthetics and functionality of this app, but since the introduction of AI features (predicting tags, generating emojis and colors based on the task title, predicting sub-tasks) I’ve been frustrated with it. Not just because AI has oversaturated our entire lives at this point, but because I used to love being able to choose everything on my own. This app used to be so customizable yet structured - now it’s just tiresome. Plus, the AI features make the task menu look and feel cluttered and busy which is the LAST thing my brain needs when trying to organize my tasks. I asked customer support how to disable the AI features and was told to just “not use them,” which is impossible because some of them are automatic when creating a task (e.g. tags, emojis). I’m just very frustrated and wish we had a choice to participate in this or not.
- ★★★★★slow performance and long loading times
Totally disappointed - feels like the devs gave up. As someone who took advantage of the lifetime access when it was offered, I feel completely underwhelmed. I will officially be stopping my use of this app. It is insanely slow to sync to Google Calendar, iCalendar, and Reminders. I spend more time fiddling with this than actually doing stuff. Aesthetically, it looked like it had potential. It had the praise from the App Store, which I don't think was warranted. I'm actually shocked that this won an award. I really, really wanted this to work. Unfortunately, with the lack of updates and everything I said above, I can't in good conscience recommend this app.
