   Rarely use it. I rarely use us,I been trying to cancel it for awhile and the app will not allowed to cancel and I have no idea how to cancel something that I do not use.

   AI cat vibes meets pseudo-positive psychology startup. I wanted to like this app. I REALLY wanted to love it-- it's the first of its kind that's actually affordable 💥 but, unfortunately, it just felt like an endless horribly-gamified tutorial. After each step of the setup, you have to watch a dumb, unskippable, animation of a cat dancing with imaginary points that rack up like you're giving a Google Maps review or something. Then there's the infinite, unskippable AI chat bot tutorial. Even though EVERY SINGLE AI EXPERT EVER says to not use AI for emotional support, this app basically forces the user to go down this dark path. Look, I'm glad it helps others, but, as someone who was unable to complete the tutorial, I really don't recommend this app. It feels disrespectful to my time.

   Let me cancel!. I think it would be helpful to let your customers know that they’re getting charged, and that they can cancel the subscription if they don’t want it. This is my third day trying to cancel. You are literally stealing my money!

   Annoying. Got this app to help improve mental health but it’s so incredibly unstable, crashes, and becomes unreliable that it worsens it. Worst app I’ve ever purchased. I waited for updates to improve the app before asking for a refund, but by the time I asked, the refund was no longer available. Don’t waste your time or money!

   Click bait charges. I knew I should never click on an instagram app ad and I’m kicking myself because now I’ve been charged $20 for a some guidebook that I didn’t want when I was trying to just exit out of the setup page. Trying to dispute it with my credit card company and through the app has already eaten up an hour of time. No clear way to seek a refund and no easy way to cancel your “free” subscription. Apps like this prey on users.

    Total Scam. Signed up for a trail and was charged a year ago (my bad I forgot to cancel before the charge). I then cancelled my subscription. One year later I was charged for another year subscription even though my account said cancelled last year. I contacted support who said they refunded me, but then charged me again. Company is a complete scam doing unauthorized charges.

    scammed $50 for a free quiz. i was targeted by an ad to take a “free quiz” and then i would get a free trial of this app. after taking the free quiz, i never ended up logging into the app or connecting my account — but i was charged $50 recurring payment even though i didn’t have one active in my apple subscriptions. i had to file a claim with my credit card to get the amount back, and i am now waiting 2 hours for a representative to get back to me and confirm my subscription isn’t recurring. i never used this app and they charged me $50 after a free quiz, maybe the app works for others but i can’t believe the amount of hassle and stress i am going through to make sure i don’t have a subscription i never intended to have, for an app that promotes “mental health”

    Impossible to Cancel…. The app itself is okay but they make it nearly impossible to cancel your premium subscription after a trial. There are multiple steps depending on the type of payment and method of sign up. The prompts they have sort of take you in circles and when you try to contact support there is a FAQ list but no actual way to contact support. They also claim they only charge you $39.99 a year but I’ve been charged $39.99 in January and again in April. For an app supposedly designed to support mental health, this subscription has NOT been a positive experience.

    Stole my money. The app says that when you activate the free trial, they will email you a few days before the end of the trial to remind you to cancel. That’s a lie, I was charged $70 for a subscription I cancelled the same day I signed up. I had to submit a dispute with my credit card company, which they fortunately took care of immediately, but I’m angry at being taken advantage of. Do not trust this app.

    Charged my credit card repeatedly without a subscription! Scam!. This is a free app that Apple shows that I did not subscribe to. Then they somehow charged my credit card twice on the same day for $69.99. There is no legitimate way to contact the company. Unresponsive on the website and the phone number on the credit card charge just directs you to the website where there is an unresponsive chat.

    Terrible! Scam!. I downloaded this app for the free trial. I did not find it useful, so I canceled it three days before the trial subscription even ended. Yet, they charged me $1 during the free trial and then $69.99 after I clearly cancel the free trial subscription. This subscription is even listed as canceled and “inactive” on my iPhone settings. I have contacted Apple and they are investigating. An app that is supposed to help you with depression and stress has only caused me more stress, time, energy, and complete frustration!

    free trial?. This app had three different pop-ups for a free trial with three different prices. The first one being $39.99 the second one being $19.99 and the third one being $24.99 the first one I actually tried to sign up for the seven day free trial and thank God my debit card was locked because it tried to charge me $15.98. and then the two other free trials popped up with different prices so I don’t know this app is really cute, but it seems sketchy.

    Tutorial makes it Unusable. For some reason, this app has you go through a tutorial phase that take literal days to complete. You also can’t use most of the features until you complete the tutorial, and it introduces you to about 2 features at a time and then blocks you from continuing until the next day. What is the point of this? I can’t use the app for what it’s intended for and I’ve lost interest in it. I can’t be bothered to come back every 24 hours just to get a new useless feature and then get blocked from doing anything else. I paid for the membership too because I forgot to cancel the free trial and I’m getting nothing out of the money I paid.

    Stole $70 From Me. Initially signed up for trial via Instagram ad, they took my credit card information and said they would link my account once I downloaded the app. I downloaded the app and my payment and initial survey were not linked. This left me with no means to trace back my initial trial sign up and cancel. So on top of being unable to cancel the trial, I was charged $70 for a service I can’t access. Then when I tried to find a way to contact them, their website has no means of support or contact. Another app capitalizing off of people’s struggles for profit. Avoid at all costs.

    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you cancel your subscription per the ways they tell you….THEY STILL CHARGE YOU AFTER YOU CANCEL. And then….has the AUDACITY to ONLY BE AVAILABLE VIA ONLINE MESSAGING….and ONLY MONDAY-FRIDAY…..but let’s charge people on a Saturday so no one’s there to answer to it for “24-48 hours.” And if you call the customer service phone number….youre told to MESSAGE customer service or it will tell you their website because that’s absolutely useless too!!! SCAM & PREDATORY BILLING APP!!!!!!

    Free Subscription is a scam; company has ZERO customer service. Be aware that the 7 day free option is another apps way of charging you $40 bucks annually. There is no way to contact the company on their website, no form submittal option, email, phone number- nothing. If you wish to cancel the auto-renewal after subscribing to protect yourself from forgetting, you will lose the free trial subscription immediately. Sooo, many people will forget and then get charged. If you don't cancel on the 6th day, it will charge you on the 7th. To get a refund, you have to appeal to Apple (for an iphone at least) which will take weeks. Dislike!!!!!

    Have fun getting scammed out of $70. I saw an add for this app and used the add to sign up for the free trial. Then I downloaded the app and when I signed in I essentially had to sign up for the free trial again but it was priced differently. I found it odd but continued as it was the same info I had used previously. I explored the app and wasn't a fan so I cancelled my subscription. Imagine my surprise when I get notified of an Apple purchase for $69.99 today. I spend around 20 minutes trying to navigate the help services and eventually get directed to a chat where I try to explain the issue and request a refund. It says they will be back in and hour. Okay no problem. The time dwindles accordingly eventually going down to 30 minutes. I just checked back and not only is there still no response but now it say "a few hours." If I do not receive a response and a promised refund by the end of the business day, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
