   There’s no such thing as a lite version anymore. The lite version exists only to frustrate you into buying the full version. You used to get the paint textures for free, now they locked ALL of them behind a paywall. They probably locked even more features behind a paywall but that’s where I stopped and deleted the game for good.

   Updated and lost all designs. Arg! This app was great, easy to use with lots of features. Just updated and the design I was working on for the past few months is gone! Even all the demo designs are gone.

   Don’t bother!. No sooner do you start to get a hang of how to use the tools, their “free trial” ends at three rooms —even if you hit undo and deleted a room because the dimensions weren’t right. The moment a fourth wall is drawn, it counts as a room, and that counts toward your three room limit. Typical scamware. Don’t bother.

    Misleading “Full Version”. The “full version” of the app doesn’t get you access to any of the packs of objects (bedroom, garage, etc.) - you have to buy those packs in addition to the buying full version for this app to be worth using. The full version really only lets you create multiple rooms and export images. It was very misleading because the icon to buy the full version is right next to the various packs of objects and the verbiage doesn’t indicate the full version didn’t include any of the objects. If my overuse of “full version” didn’t make my point clear… the payed for full version, is no where near an actual full version of an app by any reasonable interpretation of the words, “full version.” This could otherwise be a very neat app, but I’m disappointed in the shady advertising tactics by the developer.

    You can’t build a Second Floor 🤦🏻‍♂️. Why? just why? What is the point of offering ladders if you can’t build a second store? What wasted potential this app is. When you finally decide to add a second store build tools then I’ll change my score.

    Free version of KeyPlan 3D. There appears to be no clear way of learning how to use this app without purchasing it! Everything I try to touch on my iPad screen to learn how this app works flashes a notice that I have to purchase the app to proceed. Please correct me if I’m wrong.

    Don’t bother. This lets you put a very small selection of furniture in. No TV in living room no sectional etc Gives you one lamp to chose from Everything you try to do it says to buy upgraded for more. Not worth downloading all the stuff they pu on your computer to buy it

    Do not use. I purchased the complete package as we plan to remodel our kitchen and bathroom, to later learn that if you plan to design a room, each room is sold separately. Very misleading :(

    Paid for full but can’t access it. Poor customer service.. Like a number of other reviewers, I paid for the full version years ago and no longer have access to those features. It appears they created two separate apps on the App Store (full and free). Those of us that paid previously were not given access to the new full version. When I try to download the features from within the free version, it just errors out. I contacted customer support multiple times. Bizarrely when they did respond they tried to pretend that they were forwarding a response they had already sent me…and acted as if it must have gone to my spam folder (even though this email came through no problem and there was nothing in my junk folder from them). In their response they suggested I contact Apple and tell them I bought the wrong app and to ask for a refund. Huh? Even if Apple would refund me for an app I bought six years ago, because I “bought the wrong one”, I don’t even have access to the full version to request a refund. It’s not a ton of money but it still stinks that I paid and can’t use those features. It could be a useful app.

    Bad for backyard landscaping design. Unusable for backyard landscaping design as you cannot draw paths for pavers or turf or gravel. Requires you to draw rooms for concrete slabs. Spent a lot of extra money on the add-ons none of which can help me design a turf and paver backyard.
