   It won’t open. I’m afraid that all My entries are gone. I used this app to write my thoughts during a loved ones passing away. I tried opening the app now and it won’t open. Deleted and redownloaded, still won’t open.

   Not happy. It lost my first entry. Poor internet connection was the excuse. I have excellent internet connectivity so that’s not true. I am going to try again but this is extremely disappointing!

   Horrible interface. The keyboard covers the screen on which I’m typing and doesnt auto scroll down. I have given this feedback to the dev twice and no response. Absolutely unacceptable.

   Doesn’t work on iPhone SE 2022. Sadly could not get past the 3rd screen on the opening prompt questions :( there seems to be a button missing or hidden that I can’t progress past that screen on my phone. Will try form my iPad later.

   Why?. Call to actions for reviews are cringe and if you ruin my experience of your app by pulling me out of that experience to give you free promotion for a product I paid you for you have earned a negative review on that merit alone. The disruption of user experience is a detriment to said experience.

   Can’t unsubscribe. I deleted the app a few months ago because I just didn’t use it. Despite going through the unsubscribe process multiple times, I am still receiving frequent emails asking me to journal. Spam.

   Lost An Important Entry. I am giving this app 2 stars for now because I recorded a very important journal entry via the voice option, only for the app to fail to transcribe the entry, but then lose it after I was told the voice entry was saved. I can't seem to locate where it was stored. When I look at all of my entries it doesn't reflect the voice entry. Perhaps there is another location where it is stored. I reached out to support so hopefully they can help. I don't want to submit entries that will get lost or not show up anywhere. These are my innermost thoughts. Also, it would be nice to have an option to backup entries or save them on my device in the event this happens again. Hopefully I will be able to update this review to a 5 star very soon.

    Fantastic app. This is a great app for journaling. You can import from another app. (This feature doesn’t work as of November 4 app version 6.14 so I’m removing a couple of stars until it’s available) When I started using this app their website said hopefully by the end of October.. then it was updated in November to December… *12.12.25- still waiting on an import option… *1.1.26- still waiting on an import feature

    Needs work. Love this app. The UI isn’t clean on smaller iPhones (15), the large “submit” or “next” button appears below the home bar, the mac version wont let me log on using Apple to login, and the web based app also gives me the same error. I need to be able to log my entries throughout the day on whatever device is most convenient at the time. I want to lovr this app so bad. Please and thank you.

    Great app but AI is lacking. I’m new to the app but so far it appears to be a solid journaling app and easy to navigate. However, the AI included basically summarizes what you just wrote and then asks some questions. Yes, this is similar to what a therapist would do, but they would then offer some proactive advice to help stuck people get unstuck. If I give Claude or ChatGPT the same journal entry they offer far better insight and then provide suggests techniques to try. If the developer here isn’t going to offer better AI I’d at least like the option to integrate my own Claude or ChatGPT subscription.

    Questionable. App looks unfinished. What’s there is okay but it lacks some very basic functionality. Their website promises the import tool is being rebuilt and will be available “by December 2025, hopefully sooner”. Links to be added to a list to be notified don’t resolve. I’ve tried contacting support multiple times and gotten no response. But when I canceled my trial they noticed that and sent a boilerplate response. I don’t like to be critical in reviews, but that sort of thing isn’t encouraging.

    Great App. I gave the app 3 stars because I literally just started using it today. So far so good. I like it and I have no problems with it. I love that AI reflects my feelings back to me and it accurately interpret my feelings and words. I especially liked that when I said I could not afford $69 a year, they offered me to pay $3 a month for a month. That works for me right now and I have an entire year to get the full use of the app.

    Begin. This is my first go round. It has been any easy app so far. I'm hoping it'll continue to be an easy use. I'll continue to use and hopefully grow into a purchse if it helps me.

    Helpful but you must have at least 3 journal entries. I initially thought the AI analysis on the last tab/page didn’t work. It just kept loading and then nothing happened. After contacting tech support, they informed me that it will not work unless you have written at least three journal entries. I think they should update the app to make this much more clear to the user.

    Best app ever!. I got this app thinking that it would be a good experience to journal in an online app. I downloaded it and made my first entry. I liked the fact that it had prompts I could use when I didn’t know what to journal about but felt like I needed to write. I also started using this app as a way to cope with my anxiety. I have a lot of anxiety and stress and usually keep journals everywhere I go. But I felt like it was a waste of my money to keep buying them. I saw the app on YouTube and thought it would be a great experience. I was so right. This app is amazing! 🤩
