   Unusable. This app needs MUCH more attention. The creators behind this app are clearly not actually using this app. It’s such a mess honestly. I thought it would be as simple as Notes, just make a list. All I wanted was to be able to add prices, then get a total. I thought this app would do just that. But no, it’s beyond confusing. “What’s in stock/out of stock” that feature makes no sense. I just want to go thro a mastery list & add what I need for the day. If you don’t need something on your list, you can select it but it doesn’t go awhile, so you still see while shopping. Or you have to remove it from the list & then whatever the inventory feature does with it, is confusing. I don’t need a damn inventory keeping track, it has no idea what I’ve used through the week or not. It’s assuming. I could go on, but I’ll stop here. Someone needs to actually use this app not just create it & put it out there for others to figure out what’s wrong with it. Don’t waste your time with this app.

   slow. this app is so slow for some reason… adding a item to your grocery list is slow. Waiting for item suggestions is slow. selecting a suggestion is slow. etc. why?? this app is so basic like what is going on to make it so slow??

   Unusable. There must have been an update because in the last week or two this app crashes constantly and is basically unusable. I have switched to using my Notes app for my grocery list until this is resolved. Very disappointed.

   Broken?. Was very happy with this app - bought the paid version so I could have it on my phone and computer and it worked great until now. For the last 24 hours the app WILL NOT open on my phone. Only way to get help is to go to Twitter? There’s no update available for the app so… did I just waste my money?

   Randomly Deleting Lists. Spent an hour making my grocery list and when I opened it at the store it had deleted my whole list

   Deleting. As an early adopter and someone that has promoted this app for many years, I’m finally deleting. I have had this app on my phone for 7 years or longer and stopped using when it became bloated with other useless things such as recipes, planning, etc. Then the price became ridiculous to use. Cleaning up my phone and glad to let this one go!

    Extremely difficult to use. Do not waste time or money on this. I have spent HOURS trying to get it to work for my wife and I. Bought the premium to have no ads and all features. Useless. The app gets confused on how it is set up. Says you can do things that you can’t (one list for multiple stores). I’m so angry about this after spending time I’ll never get back. HUGE AND COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.

    What free trial?. I signed up for a 2 week free trial and it immediately charged me $9.99. I’m so upset. I am disabled and living in poverty. I downloaded this app to see if it could assist me and it robbed me instead.

    Paid app being deceitful. This growing pattern of PAID apps, hiding the fact they are by just listing ‘in-app purchases’ WILL NEVER BE SOMETHING IWILL SUPPORT, SHRUG, AND THEN PAY FOR. If you had just been open and honest that it costs ten bucks a year, I may have bit. It’s the ethics of the thing

    Can’t Share. If you try to share a list with someone the text is totally broken. Maybe this app is worth it if you’re the sole shopper/meal planner but if you need to collaborate with another person, the app isn’t able to do that successfully. The feature is there but the text of the list becomes essentially illegible when shared. Do not recommend.

    Too bad, it would be great if it worked well.. I downloaded the iphone app and have been using it for a few months now. On its own, it's a decent grocery list app. The only thing in this area that I have to say is that the response time is slow when entering items or marking them off as completed. My family has been trying to use the app for synchronized shopping lists so that whoever goes to the store can grab items from the list that other family members added. This hasn't worked at all. I have the premium version and have created a household with 4 of us. They can't see my list and I can't see theirs, let alone edit the lists. Which brings me to my final complaint. I came back to the app store to find support and when I hit the support or website links I'm taken to X and told I have to sign up or sign in. I don't want an X account, I left twitter ages ago and don't want to rejoin.

    Good App but support is abandoned. I have been using this app for a while and it worked fairly well accross devices and with family share, however, recently the Mac app will crash on open and does not open at all. The last update was 10 months ago and I'm afraid that support for the app has be abandoned. If the app is still being supported please fix MacOS crashing issues.

    Frozen at Home Screen. I was so excited to use this app but whenever I open it it freezes on the Home Screen and I can’t use it at all. It is almost as if it is stuck trying to initialize some kind of start procedure like asking me to join premium and can’t get past it. Even when I force close the app and reopen I get the same result. I’ve deleted and downloaded the app several times with the same consistent result. Only thing that I’ve seen seems to solve the issue is restarting my phone but I’m not doing that every time I want to add something to a list.

    Keep freezing. App keeps freezing and reinstalling doesn’t help. App hasn’t been updated in 5 months. I’m glad I was on a free trial bc the developer doesn’t seem to support this app any longer.

    Waste of money. Don't bother.. I needed a simple checklist app that could be synced to another in my home. I wasn't able to demo this feature without purchasing for a month ($4). The UX of this app is horrible. Terrible syncing with multiple hangs, app won't update unless its closed/opened. General usage is very confusing. Developer doesn't seem to respond to feedback given in ratings like others do pointing out issues. Don't waste your money on a trial like I did. I downloaded this app 3 hours ago and now its cancelled.

    Clunky and abandoned. This app feels clunky and has had no substantial updates since it’s initial release. What an unfortunate bait and switch by the developer. I guess I’ll just switch back to Apple reminders.

    THE WORST!. Don’t waste your time. This app has so many issues, and clearly the developers have given up on it (just look at the last time it was updated). I actually paid for a year-long membership hoping they would fix all the issues. I spent an entire year building a library of groceries because there isn’t one built into the app (a huge miss). The app doesn’t categorize (think how a grocery store is laid out), so I had to build in my own organization methodology using the item title. It became cumbersome, and I tried to provide feedback but never saw anything change. It’s best to go with an app that has a better, more seamless interface.

    Awful app. Not user friendly. I can’t figure out how apply categories to items and then get the lists to sort by category. So the whole list is disorganized, and you have to read each item individually if you’re looking for something specific. Impractical to use.
