   Update Seriously Needed. I’ve been using this app for over 12 years! I love it. However now blinks once and crashes The last update was 6 years ago so I think my iOS update is more than it can handle. I’m really bummed. This is a great app. RIP 💔

   What happened?. I used to love this app but not any longer. Now when I try to erase/delete a line, the app goes away and takes me to my home screen. Argg, I can no longer use this app.

   Need to Update the App for iOS 16. Long pressing on an item in the list brings up a white box with lines but no wording. You have to click a line to see what it does. Getting more time consuming to use. I’ve had this app for YEARS. Please update it.

   ShopShop shopping list. The edit screen is now blank.there are 4 empty lines. You have to guess which one will delete your item and which one will allow you to edit the item on your list. Too many times you can ask. Accidentally delete the item on your list. One of the lines used to allow you to move an item on your list to another saved list. That is also gone. So it’s only good to type in the item you want to put on a list and help you don’t make a mistake and don’t need to make any changes.

    So frustrating. I had a huge list I’d been building for years. I figured I had some things on there that I prob had only purchased once. I decided to use the “clean up” option. It then gave me a pop up: “clear 252 items that haven’t been used in over 6 months?”. Why, yes please! Every single item on my list - EVERYTHING - was deleted. That really stinks!! Since I’ve got no history to make this list app convenient anymore - I’m moving on.

    The last update ruined the app. The last update (over a year ago) ruined the app. There are countless poor reviews saying the same thing. Please listen to your users and undo this update.

    PLEASE change it back. "Updated" ShopShop with all the clumsy changes is so frustrating I eventually switched to a different shopping app but I still check once in a while to see if you've brought back the amazing app you used to offer before the the awful update. This used to be a Five Star app. I used to recommend it to everyone, now I just complain about it. PLEASE please please change it back.

    Forget about it!. Sad. This used to be my “go to” app not only for shopping but also for to do lists. I regretted that they didn’t have an Android version. After seeing it today, no regrets—just delete.

    IOS update messed it up. I liked this app until about a week ago. I downloaded the newest IOS version and now whenever I type something, it freezes and I have to wait a few seconds before it’ll type out anything. Gets annoying when trying to enter multiple items.

    Not my favorite anymore. I too used to love this app and was my most used. But it’s so very frustrating to have to close it and open it to actually see what’s on my list. I like to see the entire list, even if by scrolling, but now that option is gone. I like to do that so I can plan my trip through a store by being able to see what’s left to buy. Now I have to actually force close the app and reopen it to see my entire list. Please change it back. Already shopping around for something that works better for me.

    Hard to believe you made a great app horrible!. UPDATE: It is apparent that since the latest version of this once-great program was released, the developer has not once read reviews and comments, or he would have done SOME5ING by now to fix the triad problems. Or, maybe he just doesn’t care. But I have bought a new iPad, primarily to accommodate the VP new version of this program, because I use it so often. No success. If I tap on the settings drop down, it crashes, EACH AND EVERY TIME! I can get half way through my lists and it crashes, EACH AND EVERY TIME! Does Apple ever monitor apps? Apparently, they don’t care that this doesn’t work either. I would have reported a problem through the app, but you can’t as it continuously crashes. PLEASE EVERYONE HAS BEGGED YOU TO FIX THIS APP. IF YOU’RE LISTENING TO YOUR USERS PLEASE DO SO!!! I used to use this app all the time. It was fabulous. Then you screwed it up BIG TIME! Ever hear the phrase, “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”? Too bad. I’ve never seen such a big mess and I’ve never seen developers pay so little attention to their users. It’s as if you just ignore the users. Good job guys. Time to start looking for a replacement. Thanks.

    Updated to trash. This app used to be exactly what it needed to be. The new update destroyed the experience. Very unhappy with the us changes. I thought that maybe I’d get used to them, so I’ve continued using it for two months before submitting this review. But, nope, it is still terrible.

    Hate hate the new update!. I have had this app for several years! Why did you have to change it? Go back to the old one. Why does your Marketing people think they need to change things? What the heck does that ✅p mark top right do? Hate the enter line in the bottom! Can not find the move button. If you want a suggestion, would love to be able to look up folders using some kind of a "search option"

    Update not for the better. I would’ve given this app 5 stars before the latest update. Everything’s more confusing now, I can’t have my list the color I want it, and it’s difficult to view your whole list at once because of the addition screen at the bottom for new items. Please fix this app back to the way it was. It was simple, easy, and perfect before.

    Bad update. I have used this app several years and just loved it! I used it all the time and I recommended it to everyone that needed one! But now it is almost unusable. The shake to clear feature no longer works, the list does not scroll so I cannot take things off the bottom of my list! It is now a series of frustrations... I'm looking for a new app for my shopping. I wish I'd never updated it. I'm so disappointed.

    Took away pretty colors. I loved how colorful this app was. I could make each list a vibrant color to match the store logo, but the colors were all muted to very light pastels a while back, and I haven’t used it since. If people want pastels then ADD pastels.

    Disappointing update. This app was perfect before the update. It’s so frustrating now! I hope they change it back! I no longer use it cause it’s much more difficult and frustrating to use!
