   Simply awful. This app has got to be the absolute worst song identifier on the Apple Store. Seriously, it just spins and spins and spins until it regretfully informs you that it can’t find whatever it is you’re looking for. Don’t waste your time.

   What happened?. SH hasn't found a song in weeks. Lay the phone next to speaker? Nothing. Don't even ask it to find music without words (Impossible Germany - Wilco!) and Shazam found it in 5 seconds. SH could not find it after 3min

   Having issues finding songs. App needs an update. Having issues getting to share songs on social media and doesn’t recognize songs.

   More like Music Never Found!!!. App works fine for a little while, but then works not at all. Constant searches with unfounded results. Have had this app for years, but only works part of the time and then just sits on my phone not being used. Whoever, whatever, or how ever this app needs to be improved needs to be done, never produces search results, always shows no results found and that’s with songs from the radio with clear sound. ~Not a happy user~

   Stopped recognizing music. Last dozen times I’ve used the app it doesn’t recognize the song. I even tried it on a U2 song just to see, and it didn’t recognize it 🤡. Deleting, it’s just taking up space on my phone

   Keeps saying "no internet connection". I'm connected to the internet. I can play YouTube videos and listen to music. I've tried wifi and cellular. Keeps saying "No internet connection...." LAME!

   Downward spiral. App no longer recognizes songs, even under perfect conditions WiFi connected, directly under a speaker with no ambient sound, app still detects humming and never picks up song. Last update was in Jan 2026(it’s April 2026) and still sucks. Don’t know what happened, this thing used to be fire.

    Removed this app. Removed SoundHound app due to sexually suggestive advertisements that do not align with music discovery. Definitely feels like the app has been hacked or neglected. Just not worth running it.

    Can’t Recognize Songs. Have consistently had issues with the app recognizing a song, despite turning up volume, being in an otherwise silent area, etc. Not worth using.

    Don’t know how this has 5 stars. I have tried to use this app numerous times over multiple years and never once has it successfully given me the song name of what I’m trying to find whether I’m humming or using some of the lyrics, whistling or anything. It has never worked.

    Used to be Great, Been Sucking For Awhile Now. Not much to elaborate on. It used to be awesome, a perfect alternative to stupid paid apps, just to find a feckin song? But in the last year it has gotten worse and worse and now it can’t recognize well known songs 95% of the time. Not sure if they’re not upgrading or what but SoundHound SUCKS BALLLS NOW

    Inappropriate advertisements. I used to like this app for identifying songs until one song it continued to wrong AND had pornography pictures as an ‘ad’ I deleted it right away never to look back. I found another app that was better.
