   Can’t Save Songs to Playlists. Since the latest update, I can’t save songs to my playlists. I have the previous version of the app on another device and have no issues saving songs to my playlists.

   Glitched. It locks itself into loops. Plays music not on playlist. Shuffle does not work, it recreates the same shuffle every time so you hear it in an order instead of a shuffle.

    I would rather listen to the radio.. All this app does is attempt to get you to pay for premium. I did premium for 3 months & quit because it just kept playing the same songs over & over. Much like FM radio. Did not matter if I liked different songs or bands or genres- just the same songs. Amazon did nothing to help or fix it. Just like it took away 60% of physical albums that I paid for that came with auto rip. Amazon Music sucks.

    Audiobooks control panel never works. Anytime you want to rewind it takes you to the beginning of the chapter and the play bar gets stuck

    Downloaded music STILL DOES NOT not play CONSISTENTLY. Tired of dealing with downloaded music not playing well in airplane mode. This has been going on since about four updates ago. I choose to be in airplane mode so I don’t get calls and texting while I am practicing yoga and or out for a jog and still want to listen to music.

    Crash Dummy. The app crashes constantly can’t even get 30 seconds into a song. It’s unacceptable. You should not put out a product like this. Please fix it

    Loops final track of an album. Starting a short while ago, Amazon Music on my iPad will loop the final track on an album or playlist. Reinstalled, rebooted, still the same issue. And yes looping setting is off. Unless I can fix this I might jump ship for another music streamer in a very crowded field.

    Repeatedly crashes. I’ve been using Amazon Music for a long time. This most recent update is very buggy. If I can get the app to start, I can play through almost 1 song before it crashes.

    This is stupide. I have been a three year customer, and now out of the blue my app keeps crashing. Songs won’t play fully. This is utterly ridiculous.

    The app is slow and crashing.. I really love this app. Been using it for over 10 years but recently the app moves so slowly, it takes forever for anything to load on the app and I can’t get through even a minute of a song before the app crashes on me. Every single time. Unless I leave the app open on my phone screen which is just unreasonable. I don’t know if it’s an issue on my part or if it’s the app itself but I’ve never had this issue before. The app is literally unusable right now and I hope there’s something that can be done about it.

    App not user friendly. Prime music seems like another perk of being a prime member - not really. I downloaded the app on Roku and have a difficult time listening to albums that I have purchased; yes, the ones I ALREADY OWN, purchased on Amazon Music. I select and get about 1/2 way through and then the algorithm changes to different songs so that I can’t finish the album I want to listen to. I contacted Amazon and they blamed it on an outdated Roku app. (I wanted to listen on Roku so as to preserve my phone battery while at home.) I tried the app on my phone and encountered the same problem: it’s not an outdated Roku, it’s the Amazon Music app. Calls to customer service don’t help. Amazon Music is a rip-off bc I cannot access albums I purchased through them AND getting any help from customer service is a joke!
