   Thought is was amazing, until….. I was amazing. And then it wasn’t. It will NOT open. So upset.

   Clumsy app. Need other apps for full benefit.. You need at least 5 days to see any weekly reports yet trial is only 3 days. Why?? Steep learning curve to entering foods with no barcode. Took over 20 minutes to enter 5 foods, 3 from barcodes. Multiples steps to add to a day. Cumbersome. Lists daily total protein in ounces not grams unless I switch everything including daily weight over to metric. (Except water stays in ounces.) why?? App Store lists 3 day trial followed by 9.99 for 1 month yet defaults to app 3 day trial followed by 3.99 weekly. This can be changed but I gave up on this app when I realized they wanted you to buy into 2 other sister apps. Canceled trial.

   Never loads. I’ve been on WiFi and my data plan and it never loads. Instead it keeps asking me to do their plan which has horrible menus.

   IF - not for everyone. This app is an intermittent fasting planner. I’m not the diet police. If you like IF, that’s great for you. But for others, it’s extremely problematic, especially if you have a history of ED. I resent being tricked into a subscription for a plan that only offers an unhealthy option for me.

   Not professional. Looked good, but lost me when it said “loose” weight. Any ap that does not pay attention to the smallest details will lose out on the bigger picture and leaves doubt to their grasp on erudition and competency.

   Okay!. Update : they renewed my subscription a year later even though I canceled this last year. This is unacceptable!!! This app is okay at best! Their idea is great but I have found that it’s not super user friendly. They also don’t have a good customer service and they take forever respond to emails. Last but not least, my biggest problem with this app is the lack of transparency. When I signed up for the not-free trial and paid, they didn’t tell me what the full price subscription is and it is not a small amount, $86 per every 2 months!!

   Scam. UPDATE: I reached out to them again since they commented on this review saying to do so, but they didn’t even respond! I agree with a lot of other people on here! They took my money. I cancelled the free subscription because this app was useless to me, but somehow the subscription stayed and they took my money & wouldn’t even give me a refund. I kept unsubscribing to make sure it wouldn’t charge me again, but somehow it only showed once on their end. $100 wasted, still don’t use this app even though I have a subscription, useless! Don’t download this app!

   WORST APP!!!!. I have tried and tried to get my money back from this app and I have not gotten a response. They charged me 92 dollars for a subscription I never subscribed for! Please don’t get or sign up for this appppp!!!!!!!!

    Scam. I would leave zero stars if I could! I was charged $86 dollars for 1 month of access! I contacted customer support who stated that they worded it weird but that i wasn’t over charged. I even sent a screenshot of what there listed prices are! I’ll be fighting this with my bank.

    Ugly awful app + thieves. They don't even deserve zero stars!!! I signed up for a week trial and I didn't like it (because it's such a horrible app) so i canceled it. After the week ended I've received a mail from them telling me that i have a New membership for two months!! And I charge them 87$!!!! Even that I didn't ask for a subscription nor they asked me if I want to subscribe! They just took my money!!!! I emailed them that I didn't ask for one!!! Their response wasn't helpful at all. The costumers service is awful! I emailed them back but no answer. Shame

    Free trial cost me almost $200. I wish I could give zero stars!!! I have canceled more than once. I never used the app because I decided I didn’t like it the day after getting it and canceled then (during the free trial). I have been billed twice since then. I emailed to understand why months later I was still getting billed. They respond with a auto generated reply and stated I didn’t cancel. The first time I didn’t think to screenshot my cancellation but now I wish I would have. They stated they will not issue a refund. I’ve had to get a stop payment and put a block on my bank account because this company is unwilling to reverse the charges and continue to bill me. Horrible app please don’t waste your time and please don’t give them access to your bank account.

    They’ll steal from you. I’ve been charged $95 twice after unsubscribing during the free trial. I’ve explained this to the support team and have received crappy customer service. They’ll steal from you and don’t care about anything other than money.

    App deletes/replaces/alters entries. I really did enjoy the app at first, but I noticed that it would change the quantities of some general food entries (such as setting my .5 banana to 1), and sometimes change manually entered calories and nutritional values to outrageous numbers (sometimes 55,000 kcal). This throws off all your averages, including your carbs, protein, and fat intake counters, and can occur to any manually added entry added in your calendar (even if it’s a week old) making it impossible to keep proper track of your intake average. While customer support was friendly, and assured me this issue would be resolved within a week, no additional updates have been released since that conversation resulting in almost zero dinner entries for me since it’ll just mess them up anyways. I went from high recommending this app to friends and family to warning them away because of this issue.

    Less than 0 stars. It’s just a recipe list with a calorie count, there’s no guide, no special plan, nothing. For that they’ll charge: First, they will ask you to pay 1$ for a week trial, then you’ll pay 87$ at once for a two months membership, and so on every 2 months. There’s no refund there. After all the angry moments and automated system responses, you’ll unsubscribe. Finally, they’ll send you a retarget email selling you the same benefits but for 10$/mo So, if you really want a digital-short-recipe with no nutritional precision cancel it and get the new plan. In fact, they will probably answer to this review with a common automated response.

    A SCAM. I ended my subscription before the free trial ended and made sure I wasn’t subscribed so I didn’t get charged. I get a email for a receipt stating I paid 86.99 for a 2 month subscription....I double checked everything from my Apple subscriptions that I did have and trying to sign into the account I “paid from” and nothing! How the F*** were they able to charge my account!? Don’t waste your time with this app!!

    Bad Customer Service. I wanted to try this app because I am trying to eat better and thought this would be helpful. It turned out this app wasn't for me and I canceled my subscription, or so I thought. My card gets charged even though I canceled and I get told that I cannot have a refund. After reading a few reviews, I see that I am not the only one who has had problems with canceling my subscription. Looks they need a better, more efficient and clear way for someone to cancel their subscriptions. I am very disappointed.

    DO NOT GET THIS APP. I signed up for the 7 day trial thinking it was 1 dollar a month but then they charged my card 93 dollars I did some research and in their site it says if you cancel within 48 hours you can get a refund so I cancelled and they did not give me one and said I’m not eligible!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND APP THEY DID NOT EVEN ANSWER ME AFTER 10 HOURS DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

    this is a completely scam they sell false advertising. i got a charge on my card of 87$ for a subscription that i do not want. company claims to not charge beyond the trial period but is not true. the app is advertised for 9.99$ but i ended up paying almost 90$ for 2 months an app that i do not like and i am never gonna use. i didn’t like the app neither. they said they give you a “personalized plan” and all i se is something really standard that you can easily find in google for free i want my money back

    Scam. Company claims to not charge beyond the trial period but this is not true. I cancelled before it ended yet they still charged me. Only purchase this is you plan on skipping the trial period because that’s what they do from the beginning. Also looking at the app it’s not with the money to begin with. You’re better off using macros+ or myfitnesspal.
