   What happened?. This app was fair and good but then the developer decided to no longer password protect your photos unless you pay for the privilege and on top of that failed to inform previous users that their photos were no longer protected. I would suggest not downloading this app at all, something better is available

   Greedy twats. I have never seen such greediness, i have been using this app since 1 month and everything is running so smoothly, they haven’t mentioned any thing about im using premium version of it and will expire after a month, i uploaded 1200+ photos by this time and now they shown me that i have to buy premium version of it and worst part is i cant even export those pics to my gallery in one go and i have to export those 1200+ pictures export manually one by one, what a shame

   Know before you buy. If you use the free trial to load a bunch of photos into the app then decide you don’t want to use it you will only be able to download ONE PHOTO AT A TIME to get your own photos back out. I had to pay 5 bucks just to get my own photos out of the app. What a rip off.

    Find another app REALLY!. Truthfully this app isn’t ideal at all it wants you to pay because its money hungry granted a lot of apps are like that but what IS NOT GREAT AT ALL is them deleting all the information when they want and you won’t know because IT DECIDES WHEN YOUR FREE TRIAL IS OVER and so to delete everything is ridiculous and unfair to the user who thought the app was good when it’s not. Hope they fix this issue but i fear not but they should it’s disgraceful to call it an app

    Downright Predatory. I kept some EXTREMELY private things on here, only to come back later and find that there was some sort of trial period I had ran out of, and this had REMOVED THE PASSCODE I KEPT ON THE APP. This was my entire purpose behind getting the app in the first place, and if someone had chosen to open the app on my phone while I was unaware that the passcode had been disabled, my relationship with them would likely never be the same. Absolutely disgusting that you would do that

    Misleading advertising, BEWARE!!!. The app advertises itself as free and no extra purchases needed, but suddenly, after a few weeks it removes the password and requires to pay up! SCAMMERS!!! Further, they even LIMIT exporting your photos to only ONE at a time! DISGUSTING!

    not great. Works well until your "free trial" runs out and you can only select and do something with one photo at a time or it removes the lock so when opening app all pictures are visible without password and it doesn't tell you when this trial runs out, you only find out when you go into it one day and realize you have to pay 29.99$ for these basic features that is the only point and only thing making up the app.

    YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING. I used to put everything on this app and private things locked, WITH AN ACCOUNT, then my phone broke and i had to get a new one and couldnt get the apple backup and i downloaded this app again to get my photos with THE SAME ACCOUNT and there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! EVERYTHING LOST why is there a login to platforms if is not usable?????

    Terrible customer service. I have been waiting over three weeks to hear back from someone about a question I asked them. It was a simple yes or no. After my second follow up I’m still waiting. They have no problems billing me, but shockingly actually assisting me is an unreasonable expectation

    Have to pay if you want pw protection after trial. It’s great. Until your trial runs out..then , ANYONE can get your pics…unless you pay.

    Can’t get contact back from the creator!!. I have been trying to get in touch with the creator for almost TWO years now as there are photos on this app I desperately need and I forgot my password. I cannot get anyone to respond to me and since it’s a 3rd party app Apple cannot assist me either. It would be wonderful to hear back from someone but that clearly isn’t going to happen at this point. It says in the description there is an email recovery for your password and that’s all the info I want is how to utilize that. (and yes I have the yearly paid subscription) Otherwise the app has been good, I just want to be able to get back into it. It isn’t a want, it’s a need.

    App. I have been using the application for a while now and everything was working fine but for the past few months the app has not been working correctly I send messages to support but no response or even fix the issues.

    Doesn’t Have Advertised Features. I don’t know if the other reviews are paid for but my rating is due to it not have the functionality it said and the also team NOT getting back to me. I wasn’t going to keep paying the “premium” price for something that isn’t working fully. This is as of version 2.11.1 1. The cloud connection to things like Google Drive doesn’t work. It’s just blank. After I sign in it can’t pull up the folders I have there. Reached out to them about that but no answer. 2. If you were to shorten and/or edit a video, it doesn’t recognize it. It shows the original un-edited video. Idk why this is but other “vault” apps do that. 3. Lack of customer support. That’s pretty self explanatory. It does lock things and and allows for break in reports and a fail safe PIN code but that’s it. I mean every app does that. I don’t recommend this to be paid for especially if you just need basic functionality. Other apps do that better.

    Giving it a try. Giving this app a try still haven’t decided if it’s for me. the trial only allows very limited options & actions. it’s not enough for me to believe I actually need to invest in this for any reason. I’m trying two or three more that are more open and immersive than this app. Without an up front investment.
