   NordVPN. NordVPN is an incredibly dishonest company. They lie to their customers and their software code is mostly unusable. They disable customer accounts and refuse to explain why. It is not surprising that they chose Panama for their company Headquarters. Their ethics are on a par with Noriega. Avoid doing business with this company at all costs.

   Useless for iPhone. You can’t autosave. So if you add/change a password, you need to make sure you manually save it. Makes this product useless in my book.

   Locked out of my own password locker. I spent 3 days locked out of my password manager. I was wondering why their services were constantly on sale. makes sense now. you get what you pay for. lesson learned.

   Awful. Waste of time and money. Stop AI from writing your code.. I initially changed my passwords because they had been stolen by Mercor. I was locked out when I tried to use the new ones, and the recovery key did not work. I had no choice but to reset my account and lose access to my entire vault. I was furious. I generated new passwords for the reset and received ten temporary codes and a new recovery code. I enabled Google authenticator, thinking that it would help with not needing recovery codes. I was wrong. The new passwords didn't work and Google authenticator codes didn't work nor did the QR codes. The only thing that does work is the ten codes from the reset. I burned through five of them, because even after ticking “5trust this device" to “on" or "yes", I still can't log in with the new passwords. I’ve wasted a colossal amount of time and money spent on this. I will decline to renew or purchase additional products unless these issues are fixed, and I can recover my old vault. You really should have real, human talent writing your code and not idiot AI bots.

    Must Add Accts Manually in iOS. Wayyyy too much of a PITA to have to add all of my account passwords manually from the Passwords app on iPad / iPhone. Furthermore, if you have passwords stored in Safari they must be added using a desktop / laptop computer. This would be much better if there were a way to import the passwords directly from the iPad / iPhone from the app.

    Nightmare. Installation has taken days, and still not done. Heat support is horrible. Appears to be AI responses, but in the middle of one session, Chat person said, “My shift is over, so am passing you to somebody else”. Had to start over, so hung up. I’m considering exercising my 30 day money back option.

    No HELP. I have a new device and can’t use Nord pass but I can use it on every other device no help from NORD VPN ! If I can’t get help from the IT DEPARTMENT what good is Nord VPN PASS I’ve been a customer for years so as long as you don’t mind troubleshooting your own problem you will like this VPN because they offer no customer service

    429 error stinks. Never can use on my laptop so frustrating and support never has any answers done moving to another option

    Waste of time, energy & $ unless…... You want an unpaid job doing all the things tech support asks you to do and even create fake files of your real files and upload them in the original fashion. I shared browser logs, screenshots, even used their csv template which cannot even be uploaded in its native state to NordPass. They will apologize and apologize and really do nothing than spew corporate or bot speak back at you. Seek security elsewhere and do not drag this wooden horse into your gates! What is their response to this review but to ask me to provide them with the information regarding my foolish foray into Nord territory. The continue to ask me to do the work for them while they do little more than apologize.

    Nothing but frustration. I’ve used Lastpass for years, never any issues, switched because Kim Komando highly recommended, glad I kept my Lastpass account, because I’m going back.
