   Dikla. Text me time to to understand what is that you are ill after that I recognise this app is cost money and I don’t want to pay if you want money for that app. I’m gonna give you back the app.

   Doesn’t Work. Thought it looked too good to be true, but now the secure photo library access isn’t working and has me locked out of my passwords. Sure a waste of time setting them all up only to not be able to access. And no response from support after contacting twice.

    Developers ignore contact. The app was great until it rejected my fingerprint. Then asked for master password...which I have forgot but the app gives no ability to reset master password. Emailed & tweeted developers several times and not even a acknowledgement or even a “can’t help” reply. So now all saved is lost. Find an app that gives better help.

    Downhill will be deleting. Was good until they did their updates that forces me to view a pop up ad or force me to watch a video before I can access my notes. Will be looking for a replacement and deleting this app.

    Trouble shooting. This app is great - very easy to use. However, I recently tried to send in a request for support and could not get the form to work. Disappointed. There is one entry needed on the form but there really isn’t a good way to understand what the form is asking for. It says something like “Enter Device O...” No idea what this means or what information it is asking for.

    Video handling could be better. Video playback could be much improved. In particular when rotating the phone to landscape I’d have expected the video to fit the screen. Also pinch to zoom without having to keep the fingers in place would be useful. In all other respects this is an excellent app - I have tried several similar apps and has been the best so far.
