   Support is non-existent. Was so happy with Lock it for about 4 years and all of a sudden all my data disappeared, lost all my passwords. Everyone knows what a hassle that is!! E mailed support about 5 times with no response, that was at least 6 weeks ago. Subscription is paid till Jan. ‘23! Would not recommend Lock it to anyone, in fact I was hesitant to give it one star.

   Lockit app. The worse app I have ever downloaded. I forgot my password and requested to get a new one. One an authorization number is entered do you can change your password, they delete all your data. I removed this app immediately. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. I am requesting a refund.

   Won’t Open. App won’t open after most recent update. I got in once and it said something about there was no back up, so I fear I lost all my passwords.

   Great App, But. I love the app, however, there in NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not sure why they don’t respond to emails or have an easily accessible customer service by phone, email or their web site. It makes one wonder what they may do with your personal information. Since they are out responsive, I can’t recommend them.

   Great App, No Support. Great app, non-existant support. I have been using Lockit for several years. Recently I had the need to remove a couple of devices to make room for two new devices. No matter what I tried I could not remove the devices. Contacted support multiple times (I have the subscription version with ”priority support”) and have yet to receive any reply. Doesn’t give me great confidence in the developer or continued support for the app.

   Can’t install on new phone - customer service won’t respond.. I’ve been trying to install Lockit on my new phone. I am unable to open the app - it tells me I have reached a device limit and have to remove Lockit from a device before proceeding. The thing is, I don’t have it on any other device. I would like to retrieve my passwords, but “customer support” doesn’t respond. Very upsetting...was happy with the app prior to this.

   Absolute worst support. I would give zero stars if I could. I have emailed the company MANY times to have an issue resolved where I cannot remove old devices from my account, and they have not responded to a single email. Absolutely useless app and lost passwords if you run out of devices (from updating your phone) and cannot delete old devices.

    LOST USERNAMES AND PASSWORDS!!!. I liked the app and used it a lot. I shared the usernames and passwords with my wife. 3 days ago the system lost all my usernames and passwords. There isn’t a way to retrieve them. Support has been non-responsive. I wouldn’t use this app. I will find another one.

    Life saver. I have so many passwords in my personal life and to top it off my job requires about 20 more. They are constantly changing. To have them on my watch is a life saver! It's easy to use. UPDATE - Lockit is worthless to me since the Apple Watch feature disappeared.

    Unacceptable Support and Service. This app had an iwatch version. About a month and an half ago without warning or notice, the iwatch app disappeared. After purchasing this app, I spent almost a year moving a large number of passwords to this application so I could access them on my iwatch. I have made several attempts to contact Lockit. The ignore my request for assistance and an explanation of what happened to the iwatch app. I never write reviews of app; however, because this company is so unprofessional, feel it is important to WARN others to not buy or use apps from a company that has such a low regard for its customers.

    Lost EVERYTHING!. Just upgraded my iPhone yesterday. However I need to recover and recreate passwords for most of my apps due to the fact I used TouchID to log into this app all the time & I eventually forgot my password. I even paid to have this App Store more than the 15 free passwords you get with the app!! They need to have a secure process in place like every other app if you forget the password. Now I can’t access them?!?! What a rip!!

    Lost them all. Been using this app for about a year. It’s OK. Recently upgraded my iOS and discovered that my password list has been wiped clean. Replaced with a page urging me to upgrade my version to make sure my passwords are backed up on their cloud. This will be an enormous hassle having to recover all of my passwords. I STRONGLY recommend that you not use this app. A sticky note in your wallet would be a better option than this lemon.

    It should be call StealIt. Run from this app. It doesn't warn you to upgrade and holds your info hostage for an exorbitant fee. Total garbage of an app.

    Poor customer service. I liked this app until I got s new phone. Since I was using the free version of this app I lost all of my information when I switched phones. You can only have 1 device associated with the free version and even though they made it so I could login on my new phone none of my accounts/passwords were there. I write them back asking about it and I've never heard anything else from them.

    All my info is GONE. The same thing happened to me as several people in the reviews- I got a new phone and was locked out of the account so I tried to contact customer service, but never got a response. Then oddly enough I was able to log in, and it showed all the sites I had saved passwords for- except the actual information was not there! Now I've lost all my passwords and private information. This makes me worried- where did all the information go? To not even get a response from customer service is pretty low. Wish I had used a different app from the beginning.

    Very disappointed. I got a new phone. Now I cannot access any of my passwords!! Says I need to update to pro. But doesn't tell me how. I really need someone to contact me. I have sent emails. But have not received any response.

    Follow up. I reviewed recently (Mrsfedup) and after that review I finally did hear from customer services. However they clearly didn't read my whole review. Offering me access for 3 months in order to retrieve my details is hopeless if they have not sorted the issue of me using a different phone number to access MY information. As I explained, I was using a US cell number when I created my account. I then relocated to the UK and changed my number (same phone). I was told I could not access MY information unless I paid to add a second number. I don't want to add a second number. I want the ability to remove my first number (which is no longer mine) and replace with my new number. Telling me you are short staffed isn't a reasonable explanation for not reading my comments properly.

    Zero customer service. I upgraded my iPhone. Now I'm locked out due to a "device limit". I've emailed for weeks. I received a generic reply at one point, now nothing. Do not get this app!!!!

    Getting no help. I have a new phone. And my material was just transferred to this phone. I have trying for several days to open lockit, but am told that I need to upgrade for a price to use on more than one device. I only have one device!

    Loved the app forgot that password, tried to reset about a dozen times… no reset email ever sent.. This is a secure way to carry personal info with you all the time; credit card info, passport info...things that are not close when you need them.

    Bummer!. I'm giving two stars because when it worked, it was amazing. Super bummed that the creators failed to mention that after a certain period of time, it's no longer a free service. I lost a lot of passwords without recovery because of this. Pain in the rear.

    RIP OFF. They tell you you can store 25 files for free before you reach the limit that requires you to upgrade. How do they define a file you ask? A user name is one file. The password is another file. Throw in your account number and you're at three files for potentially one entry. NOT worth it. Find a better option.

    Not a fan yet. Really struggling with the customer service aspect. I liked the free version and upgraded (via $11.99 per year subscription), but the app won't recognize the upgrade. Tried subscribing again, but get the message that I've ALREADY subscribed. Tried logging out and in. Then deleted and reinstalled the app which deleted everything -- download from cloud did not restore any data. It's apparently really gone. Contacted service, but no answer yet. Would like to use and like the app again, but I really don't like paying for premium services and getting a seemingly broken product.
