   0 STARS — why?. The case is $99 and now there’s a $5 monthly subscription if you want to be able to use the case… that’s ridiculous! I bought this before they started requiring a membership to track the pills and I was already hesitant because the plastic case did not seem worth $99 (it isn’t), but I decided to try it since the concept seemed helpful, especially for a one-time fee. It’s ridiculous that they just decided to make it unable to be used if you don’t pay monthly or annually $50. At the very least, they should make the tracking capabilities included in the $99 base cost and charge for any other features. Now my case is useless because I will not be giving this company any more money. They really should rethink the required membership to use the app if they want to continue getting business. NOT WORTH IT

   Horrible app great concept. Great concept but the WORST app. Seriously it is so glitchy. Never connects. I feel like I’m always fighting it. Not sure how many bug updates they can make to make it work properly but I hate that I have to pay for this to use a product.

   Had to pay to use. Some of us don’t have money to use an app just to make sure they take there pill on time, even though the athstetic looks amazing doesn’t mean it can’t frustrate me becaue I would like something a bit nicer and works faster and doesn't lag as much but you shouldn’t have to pay is all I’m saying.

   Terrible Application. Imagine spending $100 on something you thought was cool to help remind you to take your pills and track your activity. Now, imagine the application is trash and doesn’t even allow you to sign up because you cannot move on beyond the name field to complete sign up. Also, imagine that you cannot complete sign up online and now you have a useless $100 case that does nothing. I mean, she’s cute though but not functional.

   disappointed. The notification sound is really low making it hard to hear. Barely a notification at all!! Defeats the purpose of spending $99 for a tracker case... so I just end up using my phone alarm. The app itself is very basic. There’s no information about anything. All the app does is show you the pills you’ve taken which is pointless since you can literally look at the pack itself when taking it.... sometimes it doesn’t even sync to when you took the pill so you’d have to go in the app and press “taken”... why was this $99?!?! The flo app is free and way better than this....

    Great in theory. Notifications have just stopped. Can’t get them to work anymore. Loved this in theory but in execution app issues + a faulty clip that makes it so that I can’t close the case properly makes this a no go.

    Not for free... Sadly I really enjoyed this app even tho it need it some work like adding widget, more symptoms, etc.. and with none of that happening and it’s not for free at all I can’t stick around.. maybe later on it would be worth paying about $50 a year or $4.99 a month, but not now..

    Helpful, with key flaws. Overall really appreciate this app. However, it randomly shows notification badges that can’t be dismissed, which is very irritating, but I don’t want to turn the badges off, because they are a helpful reminder *when they work* In addition, it is a major battery life sucker

    App is kind of awful. Love this cute case but honestly the app is kind of trash...if you tap a notification, the app opens, but glitches so you can't do anything; you have to close and reopen it. Also I still get notifications to take my pill even after I have taken it (and the app shows that I have already taken it earlier that day). Also wish there was a way to indicate when you are on a placebo week (for those of us who are continuous most of the time).

    Love the app but havent updated. I love this app, I even have the case— however, ever since I got the new iphone this app glitches every time i open it and also keeps sending me reminders to take my pill when i already have. Gets tiring especially for how much i paid for the case.

    Hard to use.. I love the aesthetics of the app but as far as functionality, It’s not my favorite. One of my biggest issues is you’re not able to reach customer support on the app, it brings you to safari. I was trying to have an active conversation with the nurse that was assigned to me after she asked if I had any questions. When I sent my question I got a notification that she replied, but when I went to go check the message, it told me that that conversation was closed. I didn’t even get my answer. I was charged $30 more than expected and I wasn't able to confirm the transaction before it went through. If there’s an app for this program, I feel as though everything should be handled within the app to avoid miscommunication.

    Notifications do not work. Within the past two weeks or so, notifications stopped working in the app. I try to re-enable them and am unable to. I have tried removing and re-installing the app, wiping my phone and restoring the software... Nothing. Unacceptable when I rely on the app to remind me to take my pill. If this doesn't get fixed ASAP, I will need to look into other options. Hope I didn't waste my $99...

    Not what I expected. Really wanted to like this case! But the way it notifies you is with text notifications and little pop up notifications on your phone. Not an alarm, which if you happen to be asleep or away from your phone, means you miss your pill. Also it only notifies you three times and then nothing.

    Never Connects to Bluetooth. the app and case are ok, pretty colored cases and i like that i can keep track of my pills and the reminders they send but the case hardly ever connects to bluetooth and putting the pill pack in the case is annoying because if you don’t put it in just right it doesn’t close or crushes your pills.

    Helpful. Love tracking my pill cycle. Helpful when going to the doctor. The only recommendation I have is to add a notes section for customized symptoms and to be able to elaborate on moods, sleep patterns, appetite etc. The default symptoms are a good starting point but not enough detail in my opinion.

    Buggy but great concept. I really like the case & app, however I've had some issues with bugs—ex/ the first time I open the app, it usually is glitched out and unusable. If I close and reopen, this usually resolves itself, but it would be great if it was functional on first open. This issue makes me less likely to use the app which is a bummer because it has cool articles & other features. I also occasionally have issues with the accuracy of it tracking when I have taken the pill, but I'm glad there is a manual tracking option to fix the time you actually took the pill on the occasion it's incorrect.

    Helpful but buggy. This app is really helpful for reminding me to take my pill, which is excellent. The downside, however, is that the app itself is not formatted well for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. The buttons at the bottom are a bit cut off the screen, which is crazy because the screen is already so big. Also, if I try to open the app without having fully quit it previously, I can’t see any buttons or anything, it’s like it gets stuck up at the top of the screen and I can’t do anything without quitting and restarting the app. I also noticed this happening since the last iOS update on my iPhone 11 before I upgraded. This is a major functionality flaw as far as UI/UX and greatly decreases ease of use. The app probably just needs a major update to work well with iOS 15, but I wish I would come sooner rather than later.

    Expensive and glitchy. Have been using Emme for a few months and while I see the appeal, I’m frustrated. There’s no option for a 3-month pack with only one placebo week at the end, and my case doesn’t always track when a pill is taken so I get gaps and errors in my month, and have to fix them manually. The biggest frustration is that I can’t get the notification dot to go away no matter what I do, so it always is “alerting” me even before it’s pill time. This is too pricey to have these minor issues.

    Needs more features. I’m trying this app because I was looking to upgrade my current (free) pill tracking app, but the upgrade here is very minimal if at all. They do essentially the same. I was hoping for additional info on how my hormones change over my cycle and how this may impact my energy level, instead they show moon phases and nothing useful on the main dashboard. It would be nice if the notes added showed on the calendar for that day without the extra click and that other things could be added, like exercise.

    Love the UI but Can’t Set Reminder Time Properly. I love the pill packet and how easy it is to log. However, something is wrong with setting the 3 reminders! I set my first reminder to be at 11:15 pm, and then I literally cannot set my second one to be at 11:30 pm. Every time I try to do it, it automatically switches the time to 12:04 am. It is just not possible. Same thing with the third reminder. It automatically switches to 2:15 am. There must be a bug.

    Great Product!!!. I really love this case. It was in my wish list because I could not justify $100 for something my phone alarm did. First off, the colors and the case are so aesthetic, and you can definitely find one you like. Second, the app is so accurate and I’ve had to trouble with Bluetooth connectivity. It is also great that it gives me suggestions on what to do when I have taken a pill late. It also has a bunch of information in their blog that I would have to pay for in other apps. The home tab also allows me to see all the necessary information at a glance. Lastly, I love that this app is all in one - it saves space and it’s convenient. You can order your birth control from the app, and you can track your menstruales cycle. The only thing I wish it did better, was telling me approximate dates when my period will start. Overall, the money was 100% worth it, you are paying for the technology of the case and the app features.

    Great for tracking. I have the case and it tracks my pills perfectly. However I hate that when I have my period I have to manually track each day. I wish that there as a “started” button and then I can press “period is over” when it’s done.

    love this app but the buttons make me crazy. I am obsessed with this app and it has helped me track my birth control for over four months now. It’s very reliable and it keeps all of my information very nicely. although it’s a very nice looking and productive app, it has one major con that drives me insane. The buttons at the bottom of the screen do not work some of the time because I have an iPhone 12 and the home button/slider get in the way. If that were to be able to be fixed, this would be the best app on the planet. Although it has that one con, I highly recommend it if you are looking for a birth control app.
