   Poor Customer Serivce. Tried to get guidance but poor customer service. We hit the extraction limit right away and they want more money. The reason we hit it was we were entering items in wrong. So I guess make a mistake and to have to pay for it. By the was when you delete and item. It counts against your 300 extractions.

   If I could leave a 0 star I would. DO NOT sign up for Dext. I’ve been trying for months to end my service with them and get no response. I’m going to have to close my credit card they have on file. Use QuickBooks receipts instead. This is not a US company and they have no way to get in touch with.

   Major problem. The app is alright except it would unexpectedly switch between cameras from one to another lens which misalign your page to scan. It is so annoying cause you have to constantly to frame your page and at the same time try to focus. :/ I have reported problem over six months ago and still no fix. It is 1 star rating as it makes it useless unfortunately.

   Horrible. Don’t bother with this. Horrible customer service. I have even tried to cancel and nothing. Can’t get my money back.

   Upgrade and Charges. I’m having a hard time getting a hold of someone to help me. I upgraded from plus to premium and was charged for both transactions, but still have plus. I can’t finish scanning my expenses until this gets upgraded. Not sure if I’m going to keep this. I thought it would be easier. 🤦🏾‍♀️

   Receipt Extraction. I’m trying to file my taxes and do not have an easy clear option to help me extract my scanned documents. There is no contact information for Customer service that will help make this easy for me. That should be number one priority is Customer Service Contact information. I do Not Recommend anyone use this app!.??? Any help would be a big Surprise!!...

    Unusable UX. The design and UX of this app makes me cringe every time I open it - it's horribly outdated. I'm sticking with Expensify.

    No price listed in App Store. When I download an app that does not show up front pricing, but wants my CC info for a free trial... <DELETE> Why is it so hard for businesses (marketing) to be honest from the start. 2 stars for that. As soon as I was offered a free trial, I knew there would be a “hook”. Deleted without even trying.

    App needs same abilities as web based program. Easy app to use for recording only your receipts. It won’t be my preferred method until there is the ability to add your receipt to an expense report.

    Silly banner. A good app but the silly awesome banner you have to tap to enter a new receipt is ridiculous. Please remove this.

    Unmitigated Disaster. Although the premise of this app is valuable, the actual result is poor. 1. The receipt dating process is dd/mm/yy. This causes one to have to re type each individual receipt. 2. If using the expense report option, the user cannot sort the receipts by date until exported to a spreadsheet. And then see 1. So, if you use the UK dating system and do not need an efficient expense report option, this might be for you.

    Good for quick processing of simple receipts but overall it is lacking. 1) Why can’t we categorize receipts as a nothing other than a charge? Need to be able to mark it as a bill. 2) Why have a dashboard but now indicate which clients have items in their inbox? 3) The resolution that the app saves photos in is garbage which makes it difficult to impossible to actually read receipts that are much longer than ~6 inches. This is unacceptable.

    Like it but have issues. I have had this for a couple months and it no longer imports names on the receipts. I keep looking for an update or a chance to subscribe but nothing shows up. Frustrating.

    Expensive but good. For the cost of the service, it did not capture the sales tax on the receipt, that might be useful for the subscription service. I travel for a living so could end up scanning hundreds of receipts I’m looking for a low-cost solution.

    Beginning of something useful. I tested this app and found that it does not allow the user to create new categories of expenses, edit existing ones, nor manually key in a supplier's name. It works well to recognize most receipts. Was able to get a few dozen receipts saved and keyed in without a hitch. Has potential to be very useful someday. Would likely not sign up for fee for service once trial expires.

    Stopped working after a month. I started using it to capture expenses and it worked very well without issue. All of a sudden, it stopped reading names of stores and prices, going straight to export. Being on the go, I'd rather not keep checking whether it registered correctly; especially after resubmitting them a few times.

    Good app and service, but lacks description field. The app does the basics of receipt submission, and sends them to the website where they can be managed. Right now, however, users then have to go to the website, look up their entry, find the right one and *then* describe it for the accountants who issue reimbursements. What would be useful is to have a simple title or description field in the mobile app so submitters don’t have to leverage the website. Even better would be a simple category pick list, managed on the web side. Haven’t seen many feature improvements lately. How is the company doing? Good enough to refine their service, I hope.

    Weird bug. I like Receipt Bank overall but there was a strange bug when changing my pw on an Apple 8+. I could put in the pw but the keyboard perfectly covers the “Save and Login” button. There’s no way to lower the keyboard so I was stuck (I just realized I could have rotated the phone - don’t know if that would have worked). In any case, its a UI bug that should be fixed. Otherwise, its a great program.

    Busy in SW FL. Very useful app. Customer support is prompt and helpful. Uptake on some payouts seems slow, but I tend to be in a bit of a hurry for everything. Ability of software to read receipt source from a variety vendors is very good. Interface with QBO is good and very helpful. Keeps me on top of posting payouts. I would recommend this app to anyone with a smart phone.
