   Unusable, you'd need a college degree to use this.. Useless without a very long 3hr tutorial. I can't even find how to cancel this!

   Too many ads. Became so frustrated by too frequent ads. When I started use this app a few years ago it wasn’t like every input of words comes with ads. I am leaving this app.

   Bad integration. I have been using this app on my Samsung since 2023 and I recently made a change to iPhone and I haven't been able to use this app on here. Even the instructions on the app about moving my old data from the Samsung to the iPhone didn't display all of my inputed data from before I had to just delete the app all together and let it go because using an iPhone now and still having to hold into an android just because I have to fill in these details doesn't sit well with me. There are times that I forget to input informations all because I wasn't with the phone when I needed to do that and then I will have to start from scratch if I am to use it on the iPhone which I think isn't a good idea because I might change device back to Samsung later on. Please kindly work on your integration with Google account as it can enable users to just login via their Google account and retain all their informations back.

   Doesn't work.. I can't enter and save the most basic of repeating transactions, namely a repeating salary every two weeks.

    Of no use if you have a credit union. This is the fourth app I’ve tried to use; however, I’m finding that each app uses Plaid as their provider for linking bank accounts. Plaid doesn’t or can’t access credit unions. On top of this, the only way one can import a spreadsheet file is to do this through Google allowing easy access for any hacker to see….. and Google keeps track of all types of data one sends on it. I’ll just go back to pen and paper….

    DO NOT DOWNLOAD. FRAUD ALERT. The app requires your credit card information to start a “free” account. Shortly after creating my account my card was charged multiple times in small amounts on an online website and I was contacted by my bank for suspicion of fraud and had to cancel my card.

    Terrible Customer Support. I purchased the ad free version, but somehow I lost it. I submitted a request to their customer support with no response. Their troubleshooting said to delete the app and redownload so I do did and then lost all my data.

    Bank account connection. This app is perfect but I hate that everything is done manually. I wish I could connect my bank account and my transactions could get categorized automatically based on rules. I work 11 hours a day and sometimes I just don’t have the energy or time to do it manually.

    Difficult to use. I downloaded this app to try to help me manage my money and not overspend. Now, i am not an old lady who cannot use technology, i am pretty good with technology actually but this app was very difficult to use for me. if it was easier, im sure it would be a wonderful app, but there are just too many things.

    Data/Values Do Not Update. When entering new income or expenses, the app fails to actually add that when you save it. I am having to do things numerous times just to add another expense, or even set it as a recurring payment.

    You need to be expert to use. Spent a lot of time entering info and had to restart my phone and everything got erased. Also they have another app that is similar but more complicated. This app is too complicated for my use.

    Not really loving it. I cannot find a tutorial for this app. I’ve spent hours on it so not giving up yet but I would not recommend this one if asked. It is confusing, does not seem to take the previous month balance forward so it looks like you have a negative balance when you know there is money. Lots of little things are starting to add up

    Major limitations. I love the look and feel of this app. Love the simplicity of the interface. But it’s a single person application. I need an app that more than one person can access from their mobile device, anywhere. Ever hear of a couple sharing financial data?? I need my wife to have the same access that I do. This was brought up a few years ago and nothing has changed. Dumb!

    STILL SEEING ADS AFTER PUTCHASING THE APP. This is ridiculous. I’ve paid for the no-ad version but I’m still seeing ads on EVERY SINGLE USE. And the ad can last as long as 60 sec. If users are still being harassed with numerous of ads after payment, there should be something in written displayed on the app so that we know what to expect. Would’ve rated 5 stars if no ads after the subscription.

    A bit outdated. GOOD: Has basic budgeting functions and multi-currency! Can backup/export your data (manually). No subscription, just a one-time purchase to remove ads, but the ads are not super-intrusive. BAD: The interface looks like it was created over 20 years ago. Every category has an icon, but they cannot be changed and new categories and all subcategories have no icon which is boring. (And who says “chandlery” anymore?!) Once you delete a category, you can’t get it back! No ability to adjust the small font size and the app ignores user accessibility settings.
