   Numerous dead and dying leaves. I have placed two orders. Both have been unsatisfactory. The first had 2 severely damaged leaves. The second had 1 fully brown leaf and brown spots on another 2. There was only one leaf which was not dead/dying/spotted.

   Be very careful with the rewards system. Like someone else here said, I like support small business but once I find out the quality of the customer support, its a make or break for me. Hear are a few things I’ve learned about BWH: First shipping takes over a week and a half on all orders. Second the rewards system is a scam. I have literally received multiple emails for multiple reviews and photos I posted stating I earned 30 points each but my overall point amount remain the same. It will also deduct your points for rewards but not actually give you any rewards on your order. No way of keeping track either. The most disappointing thing (and I’ve ordered 5x over / 15 items here) is that the customer service is not supportive at all. I received one damaged order with two very expensive plants and they literally brushed it of by saying sorry this happened but the plants will recover - just cut some leaves off. And another order with a dead shriveled plant which again was dismissed. Mind you they claim to have “worry free” shipping for damages. I’m shocked at how poorly they treat customers. OH and btw… I uploaded multiple honest reviews for each plant With photos and they never posted it, so the reviews they choose* are only the positive 5 stars on the app. Very unethical way to run a business.

   Not blown away. I have ordered twice and both times they were over the 10 day promise. My monstera mint was so tiny it should have been in a 2” pot. Definitely not 4” worthy. Haven’t gotten my next order yet so tbd.

   Better options. I always try to support a small business and doing so while using their apps. But in this case I had done my due diligence, was prepared for a drop, had a cart ready in the app got a notification that the item had dropped, but in the app it was still out of stock. When I actually searched on the physical website, it showed that item in stock. I should’ve known that the website was superior and have just logged in directly through there, but the app is very user-friendly. This particular drop never even showed in the app as “in stock” it continually showed out of stock while being in stock at the secondary source, and the other item showed in stock, but then when you tried to check out, it would show it was out of stock, I continued trying to check out for over 20 minutes and was finally able to check out with my cart and a pre-order and I have no idea how they’re going to handle this because there is obviously a quantity oversight issue and a app issue. I don’t know if the app is lagging or if the website gets priority but it definitely did not go as they suggested it should go in their IG stories leading up to the drop.

   Please make an option to filter “In Stock”. Just made my 1st order and haven’t received my babes yet but I’ve heard great things so I’m hoping they’re as good as the reviews. However, PLZ make an option for filtering out only plants that are currently in stock. Omg. I had to scroll through hundreds and plants listed in order to select the ones I wanted.

   Amazing plants!. I’ve placed a few orders so far since I’ve discovered BWH, always impressed, always confident I’m getting healthy plants and shipped with great care. Every plant seems to grow beautifully straight from the box. It’s been a rare find but I’m so happy I’ve found them. The prices are always better here too. So thankful for my experience and can’t wait to keep shopping and showing my support.

    One of the best online plant vendors around. These folks take great painstaking care to grow healthy and happy tropicals and it shows. Every plant I’ve ever ordered from them— and let me tell you, it’s been A LOT—all of them have arrived extremely well-packed and healthy minus some yellowing of a leaf or two due to moisture lost in transit, which is bound to happen anyway in the hotter/colder months. Don’t hesitate! BWH is amazing and the selection is huge! Plus, their rewards program has phenomenal perks, not to mention their regular and live sales that they run fairly often!
