   Don’t waste your time. I took five pictures to ID plants that I knew the species, after extended “scan” time and extended ad time the app only identified 1 plant correctly on the 5th picture the app froze so I got out of the app and came back in and took one more picture…wrong again. Not worth the download

   Very Disappointing. I scanned four plants and only one was correctly identified. That’s not why I needed it, it was for helping me identify what was wrong with them. If it can’t get it right, it can’t give me accurate information.

   Pawpaw tree. I posted two different pawpaw trees. One was obviously very healthy and the other one very sick and leaves turning yellow and dying. The app stated both were healthy and the fruits should be removed to prevent disease. Both trees were two feet in height and did not have fruits. This app is flawed.

    Unable to ID common plants. What a joke. I took photos of common plants like Dracena, Variegated Fern, etc. and it failed to identify a single one. I can only imagine that it’s health diagnostic and care instructions are equally incapable.

    Bait and switch. After misidentifying your plant and misdiagnosing any issues the app directs you to paid apps for any further information.

    The ads are unbearable. This can ID some plants, but I have several variety of pothos and it lumps them all together. Also, I can't take a picture without then having to sit through an ad. It's awful.

    Horrible identifier. I got better results using Google, Facebook and chatgbt (they all identified one plant. But this app mis-identified three times using different photos/angles. Plus a bunch of ads that you can’t tell if it’s the app or ads. Also, my plant was Schefflera (umbrella plant) this app miss-identified it as fiddle leaf fig. Easier to just google

    Completely Inaccurate. I scanned my bamboo plant that had discolorations the tips and it said it was healthy, when something was off about it. Then I tried scanning my Juncifolia air plant that was dying and it also said it was healthy. Plus it identified the plant as a moss. Not even close.
